Diversity Fails the Hellmouth

Hollywood is discovering that diversity is not a strength:

“For three years, we hired nothing but women and people of color,” said a senior film executive, who like many leaders in the industry is a white male. He added that he did not think some of them were able to do the jobs they got.

In hushed conversations over lunch at Toscana Brentwood and cocktails at the San Vicente Bungalows, some powerful producers and agents have started to question the commercial viability of inclusion-minded films and shows.

They point to terrible ticket sales for films like “Bros,” the first gay rom-com from a major studio, and “Easter Sunday” a comedy positioned as a watershed moment for Filipino representation. “Ms. Marvel,” a critically adored Disney+ series about a teenage Muslim superhero, was lightly viewed, according to Nielsen’s measurements.

They weren’t able to do their jobs for obvious reasons related to IQ, ideology, and solipsism. Now imagine how badly that same diversity is going to fail the US military when it finds itself going up against the non-diverse Russian and Chinese militaries in the next decade.

Anyhow, the Hellmouth’s struggles are our opportunity, as I expect to be able to demonstrate soon.

Yes, And?

A white individual complains about a preference for black employees:

I know a company diversity officer whose salary is $160k plus bonuses. His entire job revolves around how to avoid hiring qualified whites for unqualified blacks. He also provides special treatment and exceptions to blacks for their underperformance which is about 95 percent of them.

Not long ago, he offered a corporate scholarship to a black graduate student. This student ultimately scored in the BOTTOM 10 percent of his class and was hired to a position when hundreds of white candidates scoring in the TOP 10 percent of their class were not hired because they were white.

So what? Why shouldn’t a corporation hire whomever they want to hire? Isn’t that what free association is all about?

Of course the deck is stacked. That’s fine! All they’re doing is creating opportunity while teaching you that all that equalitarian nonsense about meritocracies and equal opportunities was a lie from the start.

Stop believing nonsense and start looking out for the interest of your family, your community, and your people. There is no such thing as “equality” or an “idea nation” and life isn’t fair.

The Need for Gun Control

As evidenced by a recent massacre in Thailand:

More than 30 people have been killed in a horror mass shooting at a children’s daycare centre in Thailand, with victims as young as two years old. In total, 35 people have been killed. 24 bodies, including 19 boys, three girls and two adults were found at the nursery. A further adult and young boy were killed outside the centre. At the shooter’s house, one boy and four adults were found dead, and another adult at a nearby building was also killed. Three further adults were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.

Clearly, Thailand needs to make guns illegal… wait a minute.

Thailand had about 10 million privately owned firearms in 2016, or one for about every seven citizens. Of those, about 4 million were illegal.

Well, even if people do break the law, only the police should be allowed to have guns… wait a minute.

Among the dead are at least 24 children and multiple teachers after the brutal massacre carried out by a policeman.

The unarmed society is a defenseless society, which is why the body counts are usually much higher in places that are gun-free zones than in places where people are able to defend themselves by legally carrying arms. And, as always, it’s vital to keep in mind that gun violence is primarily a racial issue, not an availability of weapons issue, as the newly-adulterated nations of Europe are beginning to discover in the aftermath of Merkel’s Migration.

The Racism is Shocking

These South African rapists are fortunate that they didn’t commit their gang rapes in Sweden.

A teenager who was among eight models viscously gang-raped by an armed gang of illegal miners in South Africa while they were shooting a music video has described the horrific attack and told how she and her sister had their virginity ‘stolen’ by the men.

Nombosino, 19, whose name has been changed, and her 21-year-old sister had accepted a £15 a day job to model in a gospel music video when they were ambushed by the gang near an abandoned gold mine close to Krugersdorp on July 28.

The teenager, who feared for her life at the hands of the heavily armed gang, told how the men raped the black and Indian women but left the three white women who were among the 22-strong production crew alone.

The models and crew, the youngest of whom was 19 and the eldest 37, were raped up to ten times each over several hours by the criminals.

While these vibrant gentlemen wouldn’t face any jail time or have to worry about being deported from Sweden for committing gang rapes, they would almost certainly have found themselves imprisoned for the horrific crime of racist not-rape.

Send in the Boomers

Clearly all that is required in South Africa to avert horrific racial violence is for some Boomers to explain to South Africans that there is just one race, the human race:

A South African opposition figure has warned of impending civil unrest in the continent’s richest country and likened it to ‘an Arab Spring.’ The controversial opposition leader Julius Malema spoke of the country waking up one day with ‘very angry people that are not going to be reasonable.’

Discontent with the ruling African National Congress (ANC) party in South Africa is at all-time high levels due to the social conditions within the country and ‘the poor becoming poor,’ according to Malema.

‘When the unled revolution comes… the first target is going to be white people,’ Mr Malema told the BBC’s Hardtalk programme, adding that the uprising would also target ‘black elites.’

It’s fascinating to observe how, outside of the USA and Western Europe, absolutely no one believes one single word of all the racial equality nonsense that the subjects of the neoliberal world order take as the inerrant Word of Science. For example, in Latvia, people of Russian descent are not even allowed to become citizens.

Starwarsism is the New Transgenderism

Obi-Ewan Kenobi denounces the criticism of Africans in space.

‘You’re no Star Wars fans in my mind – I’m sickened’: Ewan McGregor blasts racists who attacked his ‘absolutely amazing’ Obi-Wan Kenobi co-star Moses Ingram.

‘It seems that some of the fan base… have decided to attack Moses Ingram online and send her the most horrendous, racist DMs. I heard some of them this morning and it just broke my heart.’ McGregor praised Ingram as ‘a brilliant actor,’ ‘a brilliant woman’ and ‘absolutely amazing in this series,’ adding that he had been ‘sickened … that this had been happening.

‘I just want to say as the leading actor in the series, as the executive producer on the series, that we stand with Moses,’ the Trainspotting actor said. ‘We love Moses, and if you’re sending her bullying messages, you’re no Star Wars fan in my mind.’

Well, I have some bad news for Mr. Kenobi. Starwarsism is rampant among those still foolish enough to hope for entertainment from the Devil Mouse. A female reader sends in her review of what apparently is a new Devil Mouse streaming show called Obi-Woke Kenobi.

Watched the first two episodes of Obi Wan, dang that hurt to watch. They are just so determined to destroy all that is good and beautiful in our world. Awful tropes, one after another…

Bratty spoiled kid with no awareness of safety or danger putting everyone in harms way. I am sorry, I sure as heck don’t remember ever acting that way or seeing any other kids act that way.

Little girl outrunning everyone? For a few seconds, yeah, cause I saw that meme of the little boy running out on the soccer field with arms and legs pumping. But for that long? They must have been really enthralled with that scene, caused they used it over and over.

Reluctant hero, resisting the call to action, how long will he stew in his regret, it just drug on an on, we get it, he is alone and lonely.

Super Whaman hear her roar, evil jedi POC female, what is it with hiring women who don’t have any ability to have any expression at all on their face? Gonna call her POC Ms Marvel, I was really bored during all of her scenes.

Reusing the scenes from original star wars, brilliant then, kinda overused now.

Save the Cat, nice to the animals, kind to the droids, if you are going to use the trope can’t you find a more original way to show it?

Betrayal amongst the evil folk, yep, checked that one off the list

What did work? Very little. Comedic actor pretending to be a Jedi, kinda cute. Any Star Wars is better than none? Meh. Can they save this? My husband is hopeful and desperate, myself I no longer believe in Disney Star Wars.

So Starwarsist. I can’t even.

Okay, to be honest, I had literally no idea what either Obi-Ewan or the reader were talking about. I presume there is some new Disney streaming show out or something, which is so far off my radar these days that it might as well be broadcast only on the sixth moon of Jupiter.

Amazon is blackwashing Tolkien’s elves in Tha Rangz a Powwa:

Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power is set to take the franchise in a diverse new direction, featuring the first ever black elf in Middle Earth’s history. New images for the much-anticipated series, which has a reported budget of $465 million, have been released by Vanity Fair, and show Ismael Cruz Córdova taking on the role of silvan elf Arondir…. The series is set to feature the most diverse cast in the franchise’s history, and along with starring a black elf, Lenny Henry will star as a harfoot elder. Sophia Nomvete also stars as a dwarven princess named Disa – making her the first black, and female, woman to play a dwarf in the Lord of the Rings universe.

Black elves, black hobbits, and black dwarves. This grotesquerie is going to redefine the concept of “epically bad”.
