He Took the L

Scott Adams seeks to stop the bleeding. Without, you know, actually admitting that he was wrong in any way.

I decided to stop coping and take the L on vaccinations.

Sadly, that implication of having been incorrect was determined to be insufficient by the arbitrators. The mocking shall continue. So ordered this 19th Day of January, in the Year of Our Lord 2022.

This is a parody of the original cartoon.

Boosters 4 and 5 on the way

Shoot ’em all, Scott Adams. You know you want to shoot ’em all!

Fauci says we aren’t going to eradicate the virus and is will be like the flu, becoming endemic with seasonal pandemics. We will continue to get more variants, and we don’t know if they will elude the immune response.

Wilder-Smith says it’s likely future variants will be less dangerous, but we need to prepare for the worse-case scenario—a variant with high transmissibility and mortality. Hatchett says we should be concerned about future pandemics, even after it becomes endemic.

Moderna is expecting a new omicron version of their vaccine to go to regulators for approval in March. Moderna is also working on the new version to be released in fall 2022. Let me emphasize that. In addition to the initial two-dose series plus booster, in 2022, you will be expected to be vaccinated again in the spring and in the fall. (No mention if these new formulations will be single shots or multidose series.)

Moderna is focusing on how to make people want the vaccine. To overcome “compliance issues,” they will combine covid, flu, and RSV vaccines into a single shot for fall 2023. Fauci says herd immunity is elusive because this virus has an “extraordinary capability” to mutate, unlike viruses like the measles. Immunity from infection wanes “rather quickly.” Vaccines are “extraordinarily successful” but immunity can also wane.

Moderator asks how to “bridge the divide between believers and nonbelievers.” (This is definitely not a cult, people.) Fauci, followed by the others, laughs and then launches into a tirade against nonbelievers.

Fauci: “There are some inherent nonbelievers that no matter what you say, give you a real problem.” We should fight “the real enemy,” the virus, but instead have to fight “disinformation” on social media, which is destructive to their “comprehensive public health endeavor.”

Moderna is likewise saddened by the “misinformation.” We have to “get people to believe in the vaccines.” “The enemy is not another company or another group; the enemy has only been the virus and is still the virus.”

This isn’t going to end until everyone stops complying. So ask your friends and family this question: what is the maximum number of boosters you will take until you realize that it’s all BS? Because whether they realize it or not, Mr. Fauci already has them down for number 4 and number 5.

Drums in the Not-Very Deep

The war drums are getting steadily louder as both NATO and Ukraine increasingly engage in “defensive” actions.

Vladimir Putin will opt for the ‘nightmare scenario’ of a full invasion of Ukraine as tensions rise towards tipping point, UK defence chiefs fear.

The region has been on a knife-edge since the end of last year when Moscow moved as many as 100,000 troops, as well as tanks and missiles, close to the border.

The White House warned yesterday the situation was ‘extremely dangerous’ and that Moscow could launch an attack ‘at any point’.

It had been thought Mr Putin would choose the ‘simple option’ of sending troops into the Donbass region in south-eastern Ukraine and then negotiate for it to become an independent state, providing a buffer between pro-western Ukraine and Russia.

As the region is already occupied by pro-Russian separatists, and has been in a state of war since 2014, it was believed it would offer little resistance.

But the latest intelligence now has Ministry of Defence chiefs worried about a much larger incursion, raising fears of warfare engulfing cities and high civilian death tolls.

They believe Mr Putin’s troops are being positioned in line with his new objective, with armoured divisions set to head into neighbouring Belarus on exercise but now stationed within striking distance of Kiev.

Last night a senior defence source said: ‘We strongly believe [Putin’s] preference is for a full invasion rather than a limited offensive. In a sense he might as well go for as much of Ukraine as he can get hold of because the penalties are just the same.

No one puts Vladi in a corner. Because it’s almost as stupid to do so as invading Russia in winter. Unfortunately, the neocons are both stupid and evil, being intoxicated by their success in taking over US foreign policy. And since we know the Official Story is always wrong, it would be interesting to know the real reason underlying these two developments. First, the suspension of flights to the USA.

Prominent airlines from Japan, India, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have suspended flights to airports across the United States after expressing concern over the deployment of 5G.

Emirates, Air India, Japan Airlines, and All Nippon Airways canceled flights to New York, New Jersey, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, and Seattle, among other US cities.

Air India announced on Tuesday that it would no longer operate flights the next day to New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport, San Francisco International Airport, Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, and New Jersey’s Newark Liberty International Airport “due to deployment of the 5G communications in USA.”

On the same day, Emirates canceled flights to at least nine US cities, again “due to operational concerns associated with the planned deployment of 5G mobile network services in the U.S,” while Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways canceled at least 13 flights.

Second, the real reason for the Hunga-Tonga eruption that created a tidal wave and was big enough to be seen from space.

On January 14, a very large eruption of Hunga Tonga–Hunga Haʻapai, an uninhabited volcanic island of the Tongan archipelago in the South Pacific Ocean, began. Hunga Tonga is 65 km north of Tongatapu, the country’s main island. The eruption caused tsunamis in Tonga, Fiji, American Samoa and along the rim of the Pacific Ocean. Tsunami warnings and advisories were issued in Fiji, Samoa, Wallis and Futuna, Vanuatu, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Russia, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile and Ecuador. Damaging tsunami waves were reported in New Zealand, the United States, Chile and Peru. Two people drowned in Peru when a 2 m wave struck the coast, and two fishermen in the United States suffered minor injuries. The event is likely the largest volcanic eruption of the 21st century to date.

Tsunamis are typically triggered by earthquakes, not volcanoes.

There are rumors that the “eruption” was actually the detonation of a massive Russian nuclear weapon. And the rumors are based on a modicum of actual evidence, or rather, the absence of evidence that should be available.

In yesterday’s report we noted that any nuclear weapon detonated in the Pacific Proving Grounds would throw into the atmosphere radiation signatures from the previous atomic tests conducted there still existing on the seafloor—and is critical to notice because in today’s transcript it notes that American radiation networks – updated in real time every minute – stopped updating on 16 January—and when checking the United States government RadNet system for real time atmospheric radiation levels, today it sees their hundreds of stations displaying the message: “RadNet Outage: EPA’s RadNet system is down for routine maintenance”.

Let’s see if the claim is credible. (checks RadNet). “RadNet Outage EPA’s RadNet system is down for routine maintenance.”

Okay. Perhaps that’s just a coincidence, though. When was the maintenance scheduled? “EPA’s RadNet system is down for routine maintenance from January 7-10, 2022.”

Isn’t it January 19, 2022?

THE AWAKENER is out

We had a watching party to celebrate the English-language release of the movie based on the SuperPrumo/Arkhaven comic THE AWAKENER tonight. It was, in the words of one attendee, better than expected. Granted, one doesn’t have the same expectations for a Brazilian movie dubbed in English, but if the stunts and CGI were low-budget and the character development was occasionally a little clumsy, the story, the music, and the style were all really good.

It will warm the heart of anyone who ever wished that the January 6th media narrative had been based on something real. And it ends with a line worthy of the great John C. Wright himself. The last time I felt so amped at the end of a movie was after watching the one and only The Matrix movie.

Arkhaven will be releasing a pair of commemorative comics very soon, featuring custom cover art from one of our best illustrators, but in the meantime, you won’t want to miss the movie, which is available from Amazon.

A really good job by Luciano and his crew!

Trust Not in Government

They don’t have your best interests in mind. They aren’t trying to keep you safe. An Australian man not only claims to have lost his 7-year-old son due to his ill-advised trust in the Australian government, but can’t even tell his story on Facebook.

Im not sure how long my post will last as I’ve had it removed 4 times already, the disgusting inhumane fb fact checkers and our corrupt government will not allow my comment to stay up. Everyone, I lost my son lachlan last Wednesday to the vaccine. He was 7 yrs old. He had been unwell on Wednesday night with a fever and we monitored him closely, 6am the next morning he started having breathing difficulties so we took him to westmead hospital. They tried to stop us from going in with him but it did not work as I threatened to contact Rebel news and have a reporter here within minutes and they backed off, we were allowed in. 4 hours passed after many tests. He was sent home 5 hours later. Friday morning at 4am we heard him yell out, he was on his bedroom floor, he then collapsed, he was not breathing, my wife and i began cpr, I called the ambo on loud speaker. Ambo arrived within 7 mins, my son passed away in the ambulance. He had a massive heart attack.

My wife is now hospitalised in westmead hospital heavily sedated. I am trying to hold everything together for our 2 Yr old daughter Sammy. The government has ruined my family, they have taken away our only son, we put our trust in the government to keep us safe and they killed my boy!

Steve Leary, Facebook

This account may or may not be real. I have no idea why this guy would waste his time trying to post to Facebook rather than doing something about those who murdered his only son, although the feckless stupidity of his response does tend to lend an air of verisimilitude to the story.

But if real, the man’s foolishness in sacrificing his son to corporate profits in the name of the Australian government was programmed into him by the wicked men who control the media, as Robert Malone explains:

Remember those Johns Hopkins Pandemic war games that occurred over the span of decades? Where the outcome usually ended in a need to control the populace, by which behavioral modification techniques are used to enforce cooperation from the populace.

Right now, one can wander over to Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and see their current projects include an analysis of “anti-misinformation actions’“, which they call the Environment of Misinformation.

World leaders, governments, big media, big pharma and tech giants are busy planning out the next pandemic response. So, maybe it is time for those of us who believe there is a better way to live than to be controlled, to plan out responses to all these draconian measures. As well as to begin to develop counter measures to a bio-threat that do not use censorship, propaganda, mandates and behavioral modification techniques. You know, the old fashioned way where the government relies on people to use their own critical thinking skills to assess what is best for themselves and their families, after getting all the information available.

Behavioral Control and the End of the American Dream, Robert Malone

As a general rule, one does well to keep in mind the following axiom: the official story is always – always – false.

Don’t Trust the Corpocracy

Building your own platform with the help of the corpocracy is building on a foundation less stable than sand.

AT&T’s DirecTV will drop One America News (OAN) in a move that raises questions about OAN’s future.

Court findings in October revealed that 90% of OAN’s revenue comes from a contract with AT&T-owned television platforms, including DirecTV. So AT&T, CNN’s parent company, has funded OAN, a pro-Trump news network, almost entirely alone.

Since the findings, activist groups have pressured AT&T to drop OAN and essentially sink the network’s business model. As we predicted it would at the time, AT&T has willingly succumbed to that pressure.

“We informed Herring Network, [OAN’s owner], that following a routine internal review, we do not plan to enter into a new contract when our current agreement expires,” a DirecTV spokesperson said Friday.

Because no other major U.S. cable provider carries OAN, the network’s future as a linear channel is uncertain. As a result, OAN may now have to survive as a direct-to-consumer service.

While OAN could find a strong enough niche audience to last digitally, the network’s lawyers are not confident it will. In a 2020 court proceeding, an OAN lawyer claimed that “if Herring Networks, for instance, was to lose or not be renewed on DirecTV, the company would go out of business tomorrow.”

If you have a single point of failure, that’s precisely the point that will be targeted by SJWs. You cannot afford to be reliant upon corporations, because corporations have neither principles nor souls. They will not hesitate to betray you and your organization if they see that betrayal as being in their interest.

The Great Barrington Declaration

For some reason, those who declare everyone should “trust the science” and “listen to the experts” absolutely refuse to listen to actual epidemoiologists, public health scientists, and Israeli academics:

In the end, the truth will always be revealed, and the truth about the coronavirus policy is beginning to be revealed. When the destructive concepts collapse one by one, there is nothing left but to tell the experts who led the management of the pandemic – we told you so.Two years late, you finally realize that a respiratory virus cannot be defeated and that any such attempt is doomed to fail. You do not admit it, because you have admitted almost no mistake in the last two years, but in retrospect it is clear that you have failed miserably in almost all of your actions, and even the media is already having a hard time covering your shame….

You refused to adopt the “Barrington Declaration”, signed by more than 60,000 scientists and medical professionals, or other common sense programs. You chose to ridicule, slander, distort and discredit them. Instead of the right programs and people, you have chosen professionals who lack relevant training for pandemic management.

THE GREAT BARRINGTON DECLARATION

As infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists we have grave concerns about the damaging physical and mental health impacts of the prevailing COVID-19 policies, and recommend an approach we call Focused Protection.

Coming from both the left and right, and around the world, we have devoted our careers to protecting people. Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health. The results (to name a few) include lower childhood vaccination rates, worsening cardiovascular disease outcomes, fewer cancer screenings and deteriorating mental health – leading to greater excess mortality in years to come, with the working class and younger members of society carrying the heaviest burden. Keeping students out of school is a grave injustice.

Keeping these measures in place until a vaccine is available will cause irreparable damage, with the underprivileged disproportionately harmed.

Fortunately, our understanding of the virus is growing. We know that vulnerability to death from COVID-19 is more than a thousand-fold higher in the old and infirm than the young. Indeed, for children, COVID-19 is less dangerous than many other harms, including influenza.

As immunity builds in the population, the risk of infection to all – including the vulnerable – falls. We know that all populations will eventually reach herd immunity – i.e.  the point at which the rate of new infections is stable – and that this can be assisted by (but is not dependent upon) a vaccine. Our goal should therefore be to minimize mortality and social harm until we reach herd immunity.

The most compassionate approach that balances the risks and benefits of reaching herd immunity, is to allow those who are at minimal risk of death to live their lives normally to build up immunity to the virus through natural infection, while better protecting those who are at highest risk. We call this Focused Protection.

Adopting measures to protect the vulnerable should be the central aim of public health responses to COVID-19. By way of example, nursing homes should use staff with acquired immunity and perform frequent testing of other staff and all visitors. Staff rotation should be minimized. Retired people living at home should have groceries and other essentials delivered to their home. When possible, they should meet family members outside rather than inside. A comprehensive and detailed list of measures, including approaches to multi-generational households, can be implemented, and is well within the scope and capability of public health professionals.

Those who are not vulnerable should immediately be allowed to resume life as normal. Simple hygiene measures, such as hand washing and staying home when sick should be practiced by everyone to reduce the herd immunity threshold. Schools and universities should be open for in-person teaching. Extracurricular activities, such as sports, should be resumed. Young low-risk adults should work normally, rather than from home. Restaurants and other businesses should open. Arts, music, sport and other cultural activities should resume. People who are more at risk may participate if they wish, while society as a whole enjoys the protection conferred upon the vulnerable by those who have built up herd immunity.

Do What You Do Best

Scott Adams could benefit from some of the best advice ever given to Garrison Keillor:

Every time Chet came on the show, he’d sit backstage and jam with Paul and whoever wanted to join in, Johnny Gimble, Bill Hinkley, Howard Levy with a harmonica, Peter Ostroushko, and the tunes would flow along from old-time to swing, one tune emerging into another, “Just as I Am” into “Stardust,” Stephen Foster, George Harrison, “Seeing Nellie Home,” “Banks of the Ohio,” and maybe Recuerdos de la Alhambra, Boudleaux Bryant, “Freight Train,” one sparkling stream, it was all music to him. He held his guitar like a father holds a child, he was happy, the genuine article. He loved jamming backstage, where he wasn’t obligated to be Chet Atkins and could be a man in a crowd of friends. He had made his way in the country music business though his real love was jazz, and when he sat backstage with the others, a sweet equality prevailed in which strangers were old friends—the music made it so.

I envied that and asked Chet once if I should learn to play guitar and he said, “The world does not need another mediocre guitarist. Stick with the monologue. Nobody else does what you do.” So I did.

Chet gave me good advice: “Never read anything anybody writes about you. No matter what they write, you won’t learn anything from it, and you’ll probably read something that’ll be a stone in your shoe for months to come.” I could see the reasoning, which was the same as what LaVona Person told me in the eighth grade: It’s not about you. It’s about the material. Don’t make it be about you.

That Time of Year: A Minnesota Life, Garrison Keillor

The world does not need another mediocre political commentator, Scott. You’re not a great predictor. You’re not a great persuader. You’re not a great podcaster. You’re not a great hypnotist. You’re not an economist.

You’re a great cartoonist, one of the greatest ever. Stick with the cartoons.
