A Portrait in Criminal Defamation

Earlier today, I received an email from someone named Roland Gamp, which quoted an email from someone else named Catherine Boss, supposedly sent on Monday, which I did not see or receive. He wrote:

My colleague Catherine Boss sent you an enquiry on Monday (see email below). Unfortunately, we have not yet received a reply from you to our questions. In the meantime, we have found further statements from you which make your radical right-wing stance clear and which are racist, sexist and discriminatory. We would like once again to give you the opportunity to comment. We are extending the deadline and you could respond until 4 pm today in the afternoon. If we do not hear anything by then, we will note in the article that you have not responded to requests.

Thank you very much and kind regards,

I responded to him as follows.

Dear Mr. Gamp and Ms Boss,

I am pleased to respond to your request for comment. Please note in your article that I have responded in a timely manner to your urgent request and be very sure to accurately quote my following response to you in full.

“I look forward to the opportunity to file a criminal defamation complaint against Mr. Roland Gamp and Ms Catherine Boss, as well as their employer, the TX Group media house, under Articles 173 and 177 of the Swiss Criminal Code.”

Regards,
Vox Day

Amusingly enough, these intrepid reporters appeared to take my clear warning that they were about to step over the line of criminal defamation in Switzerland as mere rhetoric. Which is to say that they did not quote my response, as I specifically required, and instead ran an error-filled hit piece attempting to discredit me as a “misogynist” and a Hitler sympathist, among other things, as well as demanding my prosecution by the authorities for offenses “against the anti-racist norm.”

Needless to say, the Legal Legion is already on the case and we will definitely be filing criminal complaints of defamation (Article 173) and insult (Article 177) against Messrs. Sylvain Besson and Roland Gamp, and Ms Catherine Boss.

A figure of the American radical right takes over a Swiss castle
The castle of Cressier, in Fribourg, has been bought by the misogynist and nationalist blogger Vox Day. He wants to turn it into a hotel to accommodate his supporters. The Commune says “to monitor the situation”.

It is a place full of history and, according to the Confederation, a “cultural property of national importance”. The castle of Cressier, in the canton of Fribourg, is a delightful residence of blonde stone, with rooms decorated with frescoes and surrounded by a vast garden. It has just been bought by a foreigner, and not just any foreigner: its new owner is a prominent blogger of the American radical right, who intends to save “white people”.

He is 53 years old and lives with his family in the Broye region of Vaud. He presents himself as a philosopher, editor and author, notably of comic books and video games. He speaks only under his pen name, Vox Day.

In the United States, Vox Day is considered an important representative of the alt-right, which has gained visibility in the wake of Donald Trump. According to American researcher Damon Berry, Vox Day defines the alt-right as nationalist, opposed to globalization, gender equality, and committed to the “right to exist” of ethnically homogenous states. This places it on the extreme right of the European political spectrum.

On the internet, Vox Day summarizes the alt-right – to which he avoids being directly attached – as the defense of “the existence of the white man and the future of white children”. The blogger also confesses a certain admiration for Adolf Hitler. “National Socialism is not only human logic, it is also much more logical and true than communism, feminism or secular Zionism,” the Minnesota-born American writes on his blog.

That Vox Day has set its sights on the Château de Cressier is perhaps no accident. The old house belonged for a long time to Gonzague de Reynold, a conservative writer from Fribourg, an admirer of the authoritarian regimes of the 1930s, who became a leading figure of the Swiss “spiritual defense” during the Second World War.

On social networks, the list of extremist and misogynistic statements of Vox Day is long. In 2015, he stated in an interview that African-Americans are genetically 500 times more likely than white Americans to be prone to violence. After an Islamist attack in Manchester in 2017, he posts a photo of Norwegian Anders Behring Breivik, the right-wing extremist who killed 69 young people on the Norwegian island of Utøya, with the caption, “Saint Breivik, pray for us.”

Vox Day has no problem displaying a retrograde view of women. “If a society cannot persuade women to marry, bear and raise children, it has no choice but to force them to do so or die,” he wrote in a tweet that has since been made inaccessible, as Vox Day has been banned from Twitter.

On the war in Ukraine, his opinion is just as clear-cut: the aggression is the work of “imperial America”, which has put Russia in a situation of compulsion. He calls the West “Clown World”, while Russia would represent “Sovereign World”. At the end of February, he titled his blog, “Grandiose stupidity in Switzerland.” And criticized the fact that the President of the Confederation Ignazio Cassis has sided with the European Union sanctions.

Finally, Vox Day posts the same opinions about the coronavirus pandemic. The vaccine has killed more people than Covid itself, he wrote in March.

Where does Vox Day publish his tirades from? On the internet, he gives the impression of living in Italy. But our research shows that the right-wing populist and his family of five have been living in the countryside of the Broye vaudoise for over ten years.

His messages are aimed at an American audience, but he is clearly broadcasting them from Switzerland. This raises the question of whether some of his statements fall under the anti-racist norm. This type of offence must be prosecuted by the authorities. To date, we are not aware of any proceedings against him.

Vox Day has been expelled from the American Science Fiction Writers Club. He is also blocked from Twitter. Instead, he developed the site “Infogalactic”, described as a “Wikipedia for the alt-right” by the “Washington Post”. He also created a social network, “Social Galactic”, which is owned by a company in Zug.

For the time being, the historic monument is already available for rent, for about 400 francs per night. In Cressier, the Commune only recently learned that the castle was available for rent, after having conducted research. They thought that the family of T. B. would eventually move from the canton of Vaud to Cressier.

For the commune’s mayor, David Humair, the case presents a “challenge,” as he puts it. But so far, we have had absolutely no problems with the new owners,” he says. And as long as it stays that way, I don’t see any need to act.” He’s not responsible for the political stance of his residents; that’s their private business, the mayor says again. “But we are carefully monitoring the situation since the arrival of this person in Cressier and we are ready to take action if necessary,” he says. Without specifying what exactly he means by that.

As for Vox Day, he refused to answer our questions, contenting himself with threatening us with a criminal complaint for defamation.

In Switzerland, Vox Day’s ideology is disseminated in books that can be purchased from the Zurich publisher Orell Füssli. On its website, the American author offers “Cuckservative”, a book that shows “how 50 years of immigration has lowered the average IQ in the United States”. Orell Füssli explains that it does not ban books from its catalog because of the authors’ personal opinions. A wide range of books contributes to the diversity of opinions, according to the publisher. Which says only two Vox Day books have been sold on its site since 2016.

Swiss SJWs are at least a decade behind their US counterparts, who have learned to be considerably more careful before swinging for the fences like this. How many errors did you notice? I count 12 factual errors and 3 egregious misrepresentations, but I may have missed one or two. They also haven’t gotten the message from the US media that a) the once-terrifying Alt-Right is now a well-coiffed CNN mouthpiece, and b) the threat to Clown World doesn’t just come from sovereign nations such as China and Russia, but also Christian Nationalists like yours truly.

Unsurprisingly, this inept hit piece relies upon both misinformation and disinformation, omitting the aspects of my words that provide the obvious context necessary to understand their meaning. For example, it’s not hard to see how this sentence could be portrayed as “a certain admiration for Hitler”, right?

“National Socialism is not only human logic, it is also much more logical and true than communism, feminism or secular Zionism.”

But you’d have to be profoundly dishonest to do so, since it cannot reasonably be portrayed that way once the very next sentence is quoted. See the post dated 17 March 2015.

Salomon’s statement [that Mein Kampf is outside human logic] is more outrageous than anything Hitler wrote in the book. National Socialism is not only human logic, it is considerably more logical, and truthful, than Communism, feminism, or secular Zionism. That was part of the tragedy of Germany’s descent into it. Unlike the first two ideologies, it actually functioned effectively.

National Socialism is also cruel, pitiless, and militaristic, but those are undeniably human failings.

Indeed, one of the most striking things about Mein Kampf is that it is not, as one would tend to imagine, a wild-eyed, frothing-at-the-mouth sort of text. Perhaps the most disturbing thing about it is how reasonable Hitler often sounds throughout. And that is possibly the best reason of all that it should be published; it is a vivid reminder that far from being “outside of human logic”, every rational man is capable of choosing between good and evil, and choosing between setting himself to achieving great good and committing great harm.

And, of course, their attempt to defame me as being sympathetic to National Socialism, and therefore, Hitler, required omitting pretty much every single reference I’ve ever made to both National Socialism and Hitler over the last 21 years, to say nothing of my publication of Martin van Creveld’s Hitler in Hell. It’s not as if my opinion on either subject is hard to find, and the proven fact is that I have absolutely zero sympathy for Adolf Hitler, the only German leader who somehow managed to be both more evil and less competent than Angela Merkel.

  • The list of things that Hitler did wrong is considerably longer than the list of things he did right. I mean, successfully bluffing the French and British governments, and stabbing the Soviets in the back first, hardly makes up for a) launching a two-front war by b) invading Russia, then c) unnecessarily declaring war on the most powerful industrial nation on Earth. Hitler wasn’t merely a complete failure, he was a guaranteed failure before the end of 1941.
  • I always find it amusing when people call me a Nazi. I have considerably more contempt for Nazis than the most sincere Nazi-hater. Those who hate the Nazis fear them and consider them to be evil and scary villains. I don’t fear them and I consider them to be inept, ignorant losers. I’m not counter-signaling here; I don’t counter-signal Communists or people with Down’s Syndrome either.
  •  I oppose 20 of the 25 points of the National Socialist political program, which is considerably more than the average Democrat or Republican does.

But this is nothing new. Conflict is in the air we breathe. And yes, that is a familiar sound you’re hearing. snicker-snack….

UPDATE: Three portraits, actually. You know, not only did these intrepid exemplars of attack journalism fail to provide any links to this blog or any other source, but they also mysteriously failed to mention is that according to SimilarWeb, this blog (4M) gets nearly 2x the traffic that their news site (2.2M) does.

Starwarsism is the New Transgenderism

Obi-Ewan Kenobi denounces the criticism of Africans in space.

‘You’re no Star Wars fans in my mind – I’m sickened’: Ewan McGregor blasts racists who attacked his ‘absolutely amazing’ Obi-Wan Kenobi co-star Moses Ingram.

‘It seems that some of the fan base… have decided to attack Moses Ingram online and send her the most horrendous, racist DMs. I heard some of them this morning and it just broke my heart.’ McGregor praised Ingram as ‘a brilliant actor,’ ‘a brilliant woman’ and ‘absolutely amazing in this series,’ adding that he had been ‘sickened … that this had been happening.

‘I just want to say as the leading actor in the series, as the executive producer on the series, that we stand with Moses,’ the Trainspotting actor said. ‘We love Moses, and if you’re sending her bullying messages, you’re no Star Wars fan in my mind.’

Well, I have some bad news for Mr. Kenobi. Starwarsism is rampant among those still foolish enough to hope for entertainment from the Devil Mouse. A female reader sends in her review of what apparently is a new Devil Mouse streaming show called Obi-Woke Kenobi.

Watched the first two episodes of Obi Wan, dang that hurt to watch. They are just so determined to destroy all that is good and beautiful in our world. Awful tropes, one after another…

Bratty spoiled kid with no awareness of safety or danger putting everyone in harms way. I am sorry, I sure as heck don’t remember ever acting that way or seeing any other kids act that way.

Little girl outrunning everyone? For a few seconds, yeah, cause I saw that meme of the little boy running out on the soccer field with arms and legs pumping. But for that long? They must have been really enthralled with that scene, caused they used it over and over.

Reluctant hero, resisting the call to action, how long will he stew in his regret, it just drug on an on, we get it, he is alone and lonely.

Super Whaman hear her roar, evil jedi POC female, what is it with hiring women who don’t have any ability to have any expression at all on their face? Gonna call her POC Ms Marvel, I was really bored during all of her scenes.

Reusing the scenes from original star wars, brilliant then, kinda overused now.

Save the Cat, nice to the animals, kind to the droids, if you are going to use the trope can’t you find a more original way to show it?

Betrayal amongst the evil folk, yep, checked that one off the list

What did work? Very little. Comedic actor pretending to be a Jedi, kinda cute. Any Star Wars is better than none? Meh. Can they save this? My husband is hopeful and desperate, myself I no longer believe in Disney Star Wars.

So Starwarsist. I can’t even.

Okay, to be honest, I had literally no idea what either Obi-Ewan or the reader were talking about. I presume there is some new Disney streaming show out or something, which is so far off my radar these days that it might as well be broadcast only on the sixth moon of Jupiter.

This one should be entertaining. The narrative is transparently obvious and tends to indicate that while European SJWs are about a decade behind their US counterparts, they are every bit as dependent upon Wikipedia for their “research”. I’ll provide the link as well as a translation when it appears.

The funniest thing is that they actually rolled out the old “we want to let you tell your side of the story.”

When The Reaper Calls

The Death Jab is killing a lot more Australians than Covid ever did.

So, the good news is that you’re not necessarily doomed if you were dumb enough to get the Death Jab one or more times. The bad news is that you not only proved that you’re literally gullible enough to kill yourself on the basis of a government agency’s recommendation, but you’re also much more likely to die of “suddenly” or some other cause due to your genetically-altered, vaccine-compromised immune system.

It’s possible for science and the media to hide or otherwise explain away a lot of statistical anomalies, but all-cause mortality isn’t one of them.

The Great Bifurcation Continues

ITEM: Russia is now SWIFT-free.

Russian banking giant Sberbank has been disconnected from the SWIFT global financial messaging system under a new set of sanctions approved by European Union leaders on Monday. “This sanctions package includes other hard-hitting measures: de-Swifting the largest Russian bank Sberbank,” European Council chief Charles Michel announced following the EU summit.

ITEM: The European Union has largely stopped importing Russian oil.

After weeks of deliberation, EU member states have agreed in principle on a sixth round of anti-Russia sanctions, the bloc’s leadership announced after a meeting on Monday. Hungary and Bulgaria will keep buying Russian oil, but most other import routes will be blocked. EU Council President Charles Michel said the watered-down embargo will affect about 75% of Russian oil imports, with the percentage growing to 90% by the end of the year.

ITEM: India has replaced the USA as a primary customer for Russian oil. In 2021, the USA imported 6 million barrels of Russian crude per month.

More than 24 million barrels of Russian crude were supplied this month, up from 7.2 million barrels in April, and from about three million barrels in March. The South Asian nation is set to receive about 28 million barrels in June, data shows. Last year, Russian crude exports to India averaged just 960,000 barrels per month, roughly 25 times less than this month’s total.

ITEM: China has publicly denounced the “rules-based international order” as a “US rules-based international order”.

The “rules-based international order” it touts is actually the “US rules-based international order”, a hegemonic order to dominate the world with the house rules of its clique… The US places its domestic law above international law and international rules and willfully resorts to illegal unilateral sanctions and long-arm jurisdiction. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Venezuela, Syria and Iran have been grappling with severe difficulties with a struggling economy and strained medical resources due to prolonged US sanctions. Under such circumstances, the US, rather than halting those sanctions, redoubled them, making things even worse for these countries. The international community sees with increasing clarity that the US only complies with the market competition principle and international trade rules it claims to champion when it suits US interests.

On the basis of these developments, I suspect that we are going to see China voluntarily and preemptively disconnect from the SWIFT and global trade systems later this year. China will likely be followed in this by India and a number of other anti-Clown World nations. This will not only trigger a serious financial crisis, if not a comprehensive banking collapse, but will likely lead to regime changes across Clown World.

Brighter Than a Thousand Suns

The recent school shooting in Uvalde glows glowingly:

The day of the Uvalde shooting, a US Army MC-12W recon plane left FortHood/Killeen at 10:15am CT. It approached the Uvalde area ~ 11:02 and flew over KUVA; entered a pattern at 11:16, & landed at 11:25. At 12:48pm, the plane took off and returned to Ft Hood.

The MC-12W is designed to intensify data collection operations through intelligence-collection capabilities in-theatre, allowing real-time full-motion video and signals intelligence for battlefield decisions of military troop leaders.

Reports are that Ramos entered the school at 11:28am and was taken out at 12:50pm. Why would a military recon plane like this that had never been to Uvalde, land there and leave there near those same times? Did it drop someone off and/or pick someone up? Did they need to collect all cell phone activity by all players, to ensure their future narrative doesn’t collapse under a kid with some video footage emerging a year from now with a somewhat different set of facts?

The future glows so bright, you’ll have to wear shades. Nothing spells “sell the Narrative” like burying the evidence. Although I suspect the glowies now very much regret selling the 9/11 steel to China’s Baosteel.

Joe Biden reportedly told State Sen. Roland Gutierrez that he is looking into having the federal government tear down Robb Elementary School in Uvalde and replace it with a new building.

Who Deceives Wins

Even relatively recent history is fake and gay. The great hero of the SAS was a complete fictional construct:

In 1942, a downtrodden Britain desperately needed a hero. The widespread respect – even grudgingly – enjoyed in Britain by charismatic General Erwin Rommel, the commander of Hitler’s Afrika Korps, was a source of particular frustration to Prime Minister Winston Churchill.

Rommel’s capture of the Libyan port of Tobruk that June, leading to the surrender of 34,000 men to his German-Italian troops, was one of the worst moments not just of the western desert campaign but of Britain’s entire war.

What was required, in Churchill’s mind, was a counter to the adulation of Rommel. A soldier who was not just Rommel’s match but who was his superior in guile and courage. A warrior of whom the British could be proud.

That September, newspapers carried a scoop: the tale of the ‘Phantom Major’, a military mastermind whose covert team of guerrilla soldiers was striking terror into the hearts of Rommel and his men.

The major in question was David Stirling, and his new elite fighting squad the Special Air Service, or SAS, would become one of the most celebrated units of the British Army with its fearless motto Who Dares Wins.

Stirling was described as ‘the newest terror of the desert’ who, ‘towering 6ft 4in, is as lithe as a panther, a former boxing champion, one of the finest horsemen in the Army’. He was fluent in German, capable of fooling his way through enemy checkpoints and was, they claimed, a veritable ‘Robin Hood in battledress’.

In the space of a year, Stirling had risen from a humble lieutenant to a major with a Distinguished Service Order – a truly startling ascent. For, in reality, David Stirling was a man of limited capacity with a troubling, error-strewn history.

He might have been the Phantom Major to the British tabloids but to his soldiers, Stirling was a liability who had repeatedly gambled with their lives in his pursuit of glory. His languor and fondness for drinking and gambling in the clubs of Cairo, meanwhile, had earned him the nickname ‘the Giant Sloth’.

Born to a wealthy aristocratic family whose ancestral home was Keir House in Perthshire, Stirling, the fourth of six siblings, had underwhelmed since childhood, overshadowed academically and in charm by his older brothers Bill and Peter. His mother Margaret Fraser was also a force of nature whose father, the 13th Lord Lovat, had been aide- de-camp to Queen Victoria.

When war broke out, Stirling joined the Scots Guards but struggled from the start. He lacked the discipline to knuckle down and submit to the drudgery of drilling. Meanwhile Bill, who had also trained with the Scots Guards, submitted proposals to the War Office to develop a guerrilla warfare training programme to prepare troops for special missions.

This was set up at the Commando Special Training Centre at Inverailort House in the remote north of Scotland, and among the first recruits – thanks to Bill’s intervention, and to the relief of the Scots Guards – was Stirling.

Bill quickly discovered what the Guards had known for several months: David Stirling was indolent and temperamental, a disruptive influence. Now it was Bill’s turn to look for a way to offload his wastrel sibling. The man who would, indirectly, prove his salvation was Winston Churchill.

Keep this little historical detail in mind if you’re ever tempted to fall for the grand heroics of the Navy SEALs or any other brave and daring special forces that are publicized for the benefit of the public. Remember, the Official Story is always false in at least some important detail.

The Staged Show in Texas

AC points out some of the obvious questions, contradictions and inconsistencies raised by the detailed timeline of what appears to be a federally-staged school shooting in Uvalde, Texas.

First, the teacher who propped open the door next to the shooter’s crashed truck, a door that was always kept locked, was seen on video doing so one minute before the shooter arrived on scene and crashed his truck. Work out the statistical probability on that. After crashing, the shooter immediately shot at two men who approached his vehicle outside, and the teacher then left the door propped open for 12 minutes, while they went and got a phone and maybe called 911, returned to the door, and then fled into the school afraid, leaving the door open for the shooter to enter. The school, which had both, lockdown drills, and weekly real lockdowns due to border-crime pursuits, then did not lockdown in those 12 minutes, while there was shooting right outside. All classroom doors were left open and unlocked, apparently just waiting for the shooter to walk through them, as 5.56 was going off outside. The shooter finally entered, and was able to walk freely into a classroom, and then lock the door behind him to prevent law-enforcement entry. And then you have all the weird law enforcement activity, which basically contained the shooter in the room with children for an hour, as they were calling 911 and apprising the dispatcher there were live children with the shooter and he was killing them. None of that makes sense, even before you consider that they are now saying the second rifle was a Daniel Defense too. So the unemployed, 18 year old shooter’s kit cost as much as $6300-$8000, per the link, and it was not bought on a credit card.

Now, keep in mind that the only thing of which we can be certain is this: the event did not happen as the official story is reported. Everything asserted by the government-news complex, from the heroes to the villains, from the motivations to the methods, is fake and gay in at least some way.

But that doesn’t mean that no one was shot and killed. In fact, on the basis of historical observation, it is logical to conclude that the federal agencies responsible for producing these “school shootings” have, over time, gone from initially a) permitting genuine school shootings to take place by refusing to intervene to b) staging false ones using crisis actors to c) staging real ones using wind-up toys and/or patsies to cover for professional shooters. The truth may be considerably darker than most conspiracy theorists wish to imagine.

Precisely which school shooting happens to fall into which category is irrelevant, and in most cases would be difficult to ascertain, although the way in which the police perimeter was reportedly utilized to actively prevent the parents in Uvalde from interfering with what appears to have been a very reluctant shooter for over an hour tends to suggest the latter.

The police have since been heavily scrutinized for standing outside of the school while the massacre unfolded. It has since been revealed that Pete Arredondo, the Chief of Police in the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District, ordered his officers to wait for backup and more equipment before initiating a tactical breach, People reported. The police remained outside of the school for more than an hour.

Whatever genuinely happened there, it is simply another transparent attempt to manufacture rhetorical support for disarming Americans, and that’s all we actually need to know about the matter. Ignore all the sob stories, the pictures, the interviews, and all the other blatant attempts at emotional manipulation, don’t permit yourself to get drawn into pointless discussions of these events, because it’s nothing more than the usual satanic attempt to shut down your intellectual capacities and rule you through the emotions of anger and fear.

As a general rule, never trust anyone who seeks to inflame or frighten you. It’s a near-certainty that anyone who does so is attempting to make use of you in some way. Neither fury nor fear tend to be in harmony with the Good, the Beautiful, and the True.
