Evil in high places

 Attorney Lin Woods makes some serious charges about Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts:

This may be most important tweet of my life.

Chief Justice John Roberts is corrupt & should resign immediately. Justice Stephen Breyer should also resign immediately. They are “anti-Trumpers” dedicated to preventing public from knowing TRUTH of Donald Trump re-election.

In discussing Donald Trump in phone conversation in 8/19, Justice John Roberts stated that he would make sure “the mother f#*ker would never be re-elected.” Roberts engaged in phone conversations with Justice Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out.

Corruption & deceit have reached most powerful office in our country – the Chief Justice of U.S. Supreme Court. This is a sad day for our country but a day on which we must wake up & face the truth. Roberts is reason that SCOTUS has not acted on election cases.

Rumors about Roberts being compromised have been around for years. His unexpected and remarkably incompetent defense of ObamaCare pretty much confirmed the rumors in most intelligent observers’ minds. So this would hardly qualify as a surprise, considering everything else that is happening of late.

It would be hard to make a movie about this, though. Imagine trying to build the tension up to the moment when the intrepid, embattled attorney struggles with his decision to… tweet.

The narrative shifts

The media appears to have concluded that the social pressure campaign against the president has failed. From Business Insider:

Trump has threatened not to leave the White House on Inauguration Day, report says

This appears to mark an important shift in the narrative. Now the media is no longer focused on trying to legitimize the Biden charade, but is attempting to preemptively delegitimize President Trump’s metaphorical crossing of the Rubicon, which would be marked by the president’s invocation of the Insurrection Act and Executive Order 13848.

CodeMonkeyZ contemplates the river-crossing

This Twitter thread strikes me as a repetition of what has been obvious for over a month, but since I am told what I consider obvious is often considered nothing of the sort, I’ll post it here.

Trump is about to make the biggest decision of his presidency. Let me explain.

Julius Caesar was enormously popular and commanding an army of fiercely loyal soldiers. The Roman swamp wanted nothing to do with him and in January 49BC the Roman Senate ordered Julius Caesar to disband his army and return home or become an “Enemy of the State”. Julius Caesar, with the popular support of the Roman populace, and the loyalty of the military, marched his army over the Rubicon river in the North of Italy and became a LEGEND in history.

Donald Trump is enormously popular and commanding an army of fiercely loyal soldiers. The US swamp wants nothing to do with him. Election infrastructure was allegedly attacked and he now has his back to the wall. The courts have failed him. His own political party has failed him.

Trump still has immensely popular support within the US populace, and the fierce loyalty of the military. Trump has EO13848 which allows him to take drastic measures and could potentially be used to restore the Republic.

Does Trump utilize EO13848 and become a LEGEND in history?

OR

Does Trump submit his family to the mercy of the incoming administration who will be hellbent on making an example of them?

I don’t know if CodeMonkeyZ knows something in particular or just enjoys explaining the historical analogy on an audience that is unfamiliar with it, but I am not aware of any reason that President Trump needs to do anything until the middle of next month. That being said, #crosstherubicon has been the #1 trending hashtag on SG2 since early November. It’s what Americans want him to do. No, it’s more than that, it’s what Americans are demanding, in light of the unprecedented electoral fraud.

Anyhow, the only opinion that matters is President Trump’s. He has stated, repeatedly and clearly, that he will do his duty to the country and the Constitution. And perhaps more importantly, he has shown absolutely no sign of bowing before the manufactured social pressure of the corrupted institutions.

This isn’t that hard

The fact that I have not posted about something should never be confused with the idea that I have not heard about it; as it happens, I don’t post about the vast majority of things that happen around the world.

Unrestricted war in action

I don’t think anyone is slow-rolling the intelligence reports. The problem is more likely that the ongoing hacks are bringing more clarity and providing more context every day. Kevin McCullough reports on Twitter:

BREAKING: It appears that China’s attempt to interfere in the elections of 2020, was so intense that it may take a bit longer to codify and report on. Significant since they are so close to the Biden’s, the left, & Dominion.

Keep in mind this was all laid out by a pair of extraordinary Chinese army strategists, Qiao Lang and Wang Xiangsui, more than 20 years ago. From Unrestricted Warfare:

In a world of unprecedented complexity, the form and the scope of application of means is also in a state of continuous change, and a better means used alone will have no advantage over several means used in combination. Thus, supra-means combinations are becoming extremely necessary…. During a war between two countries, during the fighting and killing by two armies, is it necessary to use special means to wage psychological war aimed at soldiers’ families far back in the rear area? When protecting a country’s financial security, can assassination be used to deal with financial speculators? Can “surgical” strikes be made without a declaration of war against areas which are sources of drugs or other smuggled goods? Can special funds be set up to exert greater influence on another country’s government and legislature through lobbying? And could buying or gaining control of stocks be used to turn another country’s newspapers and television stations into the tools of media warfare?

Apart from the justifiability of the use of the means, that is, whether or not they conform to generally recognized rules of morality, another point in common among the above questions is that they all touch on the use of means in a supra-national, supra-domain way. They are also issues in what we are talking about when we say “supra-means combinations.”

President Trump is not exaggerating when he says the election fraud is a national security issue. The current situation goes well beyond a Constitutional or election crisis.

OANN stands strong, DNI report delayed

Fox News is already dead. It may not have stopped moving yet, but it’s dead. They owned 60 percent of the news market, but they cucked so severely that no one will ever trust them again.

One America News will not recognize Biden as the President-elect as all of our investigations indicate there was fraud in voting. There will be no decision until Jan. 6, 2021.

– Robert Herring, CEO, OANN

UPDATE: The much-awaited DNI report is delayed, but foreign interference has reportedly been confirmed in it.

Amanda Schoch, ODNI Director of Strategic Communications: “This afternoon the DNI was notified by career intelligence officials that the Intelligence Community will not meet the December 18 deadline, set by Executive Order and Congress to submit the IC’s classified assessment on foreign threats to the 2020 U.S. elections. The IC has received relevant reporting since the election and a number of agencies have not finished coordinating on the product.”

It’s not like the CIA has ever obeyed the President or Congress before. One wonders what they’re so desperately trying to explain away. Regardless, this won’t have any effect on the eventual outcome.

Bringing Big Tech to heel

The European nations are tired of Big Tech thinking it can ignore their laws and is going to put an end to their incessant shenanigans:

EU Commission decided to put the foot down, and show Big Tech who runs the show. In a proposal of new rules for digital platforms that are meant to make Europe fit for the Digital Age, the European Commission proposed several Acts whose intended purpose is to better protect consumers and their fundamental rights online, as well as lead to fairer and more open digital market for everyone. In the name of European values. Nobody know what those are, but they do always sound nice.

Concretely, the Digital Markets Act will:

Apply only to major providers of the core platform services most prone to unfair practices, such as search engines, social networks or online intermediation services, which meet the objective legislative criteria to be designated as gatekeepers;

Define quantitative thresholds as a basis to identify presumed gatekeepers. The Commission will also have powers to designate companies as gatekeepers following a market investigation;

Prohibit a number of practices which are clearly unfair, such as blocking users from un-installing any pre-installed software or apps;

Require gatekeepers to proactively put in place certain measures, such as targeted measures allowing the software of third parties to properly function and interoperate with their own services;

Impose sanctions for non-compliance, which could include fines of up to 10{e61d147451bc60549e96d95b5c07be35845e0345eab7ed5d54cc3d49f812ab5c} of the gatekeeper’s worldwide turnover, to ensure the effectiveness of the new rules. For recurrent infringers, these sanctions may also involve the obligation to take structural measures, potentially extending to divestiture of certain businesses, where no other equally effective alternative measure is available to ensure compliance;

Allow the Commission to carry out targeted market investigations to assess whether new gatekeeper practices and services need to be added to these rules, in order to ensure that the new gatekeeper rules keep up with the fast pace of digital markets.

The devil, as always, is in the details, but the details actually look fairly smart and effective. Could they be abused? Certainly. Will they be abused at some point? Most likely. Will Big Tech do everything it can to escape being held accountable? Absolutely.

But as much as I dislike and distrust the EU, I dislike and distrust Big Tech even more. I’ve never been treated unfairly or unjustly by any European government, whereas I can count the number of US-based Big Tech companies that haven’t singled me out for some form of harassment or another on one hand.

An unfortunate glitch

Alas, poor SJW. It appears our Googler’s ill-considered efforts have already been overturned by his superiors. And yet, the evidence of his defamatory actions remains in our possession. Whatever shall we do? A question to ponder indeed, as we await the unrelated outcome of Google’s obvious labors in its infrastructure that have been affecting everything from YouTube to Gmail accounts.

In the meantime, Crypto.Fashion has commemorated that great day upon which Google publicly announced that this blog is, in fact, officially dangerous. I so need one of these for the Darkstream. As for those aforementioned efforts, it must be admitted that they did succeed in reducing yesterday’s pageviews to a paltry 295,112, which is a mere 168 percent increase from this year’s daily average of 110,305.

UPDATE: Apparently those warnings about malware and information-gathering apps was all just an accident or something, as this Google systems review – which usually takes several weeks – successfully concluded in record time. Google actually resolved this faster than Amazon did! Thanks very much to everyone who helped chronicle the full extent of this inexplicable and unfortunate software glitch.

Review successful for http://voxday.blogspot.com/

To: Webmaster of http://voxday.blogspot.com/,

Google has received and processed your security review request. Google systems indicate that http://voxday.blogspot.com/ no longer contains links to harmful sites or downloads. The warnings visible to users are being removed from your site. This may take a few hours to happen.

How very good of them to resolve the matter so speedily! I’m sure your appreciation, like mine, knows no bounds.

Bigger margin than expected

 President Trump is clarifying the situation for everyone:

“Study: Dominion Machines shifted 2-3{e61d147451bc60549e96d95b5c07be35845e0345eab7ed5d54cc3d49f812ab5c} of Trump Votes to Biden. Far more votes than needed to sway election.” Florida, Ohio, Texas and many other states were won by even greater margins than projected. Did just as well with Swing States, but bad things happened.

I don’t think it’s going to take until January 20, 2021 for Biden to publicly concede. Because it’s already apparent that the “hey, it’s a done deal” approach isn’t going to work.

And of course President Trump is not planning to attend the inauguration of Joe Biden. For the very good reason that he knows it’s not going to happen. Forget Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, I think it is more likely that Ezra Cohen Watnick will be the next President of the United States than Joe Biden.

If Google wants to dance

They’re practically begging for it now. That’s straight-up defamation and it is completely and utterly untrue. The only entity recording information here is Google themselves.

PLEASE STOP SENDING RED SCREEN SCREENSHOTS. I already have hundreds.

Then we dance, and ever so beautifully:

Google put up a full page red warning against this page. A warning that it contains malicious software. It did let me through after a couple clicks.

Smells like defamation. This may have been a major miscalculation on some low-level SJWs part that will hand us skulls on a silver platter. First, there are no apps or software on this site. Second, this site is hosted by a Google-owned company. Third, I know what they’re doing and how to prove it to a jury. So, if you’re outside the USA and you know how to take a video of your screen, email me and I will provide you with instructions. We only need one video per country, so if you see your country crossed off, don’t email me.

  • USA
  • UK
  • Brazil
  • Canada
  • Singapore
  • Denmark
  • Hungary
  • Japan
  • Germany
  • France
  • Italy
  • Portugal
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • Slovakia
That should do for starters. For the record, the first observation of this false alert was December 15, 2020 16:54.
UPDATE: They are so screwed. I know exactly what they did, and it was not only retarded, but obvious.
UPDATE: The Legion is on it. Notice the conspicuous lack of URLs that are supposedly causing a problem.
UPDATE: If you’re making a video, stop and think for two seconds about what you are trying to demonstrate for two seconds before you record it. If you go directly from the transparency page to the .com page, you prove NOTHING. You have to go from the transparency page to the country-specific page, because THAT will show the redirect as well as prove the malicious intent and the falsity of the “warning”.
UPDATE: I’m going to test if it’s the post I suspect it is. As you can see below, Google hasn’t specified anything at all.
To: Webmaster of http://voxday.blogspot.com/ ,
