I wanted to take this opportunity to provide some updates regarding the direction of our community. After carefully considering all the feedback received, I have decided to shift the focus of the sub from Neil and his personal life to solely his work. This decision was not made lightly, and I spent considerable time pondering this matter.

Consequently, you may have noticed some changes such as the removal of Neil’s face as the sub’s avatar, the retirement of the “Good Gaiman” flair, and some adjustments to the rules. I have also archived older posts and updated the automod. This also means the response thread will now be closed. It’s important to note that this change is not intended to discourage discussions about Neil’s life or the significance of biographical context in his work. Instead, it aims to foster meaningful analysis and critique of his work within those contexts along with other forms of literary criticism.

In arriving at this decision, I sought guidance from Reddit’s crisis management team and consulted with moderators from other subs focused on notable individuals. I also reviewed information from sexual assault support sites, as well as reports and papers from educational institutions and law firms. Additionally, I reflected on my own experiences with grooming and considered this matter from the perspectives of being a partner, a parent, a child, and a sibling. It is essential to approach this situation with integrity and empathy for all parties involved.

Our community is committed to upholding the principles of believing victims and recognizing the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. These are not conflicting ideas but fundamental principles that ensure fairness for all involved: we believe when someone says something happened to support a fair investigation while also believing the accused is innocent to ensure fair representation. We are not vigilantes.

Moving forward, the sub will enforce a zero-tolerance policy for defamation, including victim blaming and baseless accusations.

Translation: Even Mr. Tubcuddle’s biggest fans believe he’s probably guilty as charged, and that more is eventually going to come out, but they don’t want him to be cancelled, so they’re just going to pretend that his personal life has no connection to the dark fantasies that he expresses throughout his violent and sexually-deviant work.

It would appear that they’ve done this in order to justify eliminating the very detailed summaries of the accusations as well as the exposures of Gaiman’s inadequate and dishonest responses to those accusations that were being posted in the forum about him. That being said, the moderator hasn’t deleted any of the previous discussions yet, so it’s possible that they just want to prevent any further damage to their hero’s reputation.

The media is really doing a full-court press to try to protect Gaiman. This is the sum total of what presently appears on his Wikipedia page about the matter.

Accusation of sexual assault
In July 2024, Tortoise Media reported that Gaiman was accused by two women of sexual assault, and that Gaiman had denied both of the accusations.

It’s rather amusing that there is far more critical content about me on Wikipedia than there is about Gaiman, despite his alleged sex crimes.

In any event, it’s pretty sure his ex-wife knows what’s happening. These are what would appear to be highly-prescient lyrics from her song Whakanewha, recorded in 2024.

Evolutionists are Retarded

It’s almost astonishing to read the papers and presentations of the 1966 Symposium and see how a) biologists simply do not understand the logical and mathematical criticisms of their vacuous tautologies, and b) how their futile defenses of evolution by natural selection haven’t substantively changed in nearly sixty years despite all of the advances in genetics. Consider the similarities between three following attempts, separated by 55 years, to address the obvious problem of probability and fixation when applied to mutations, by resorting to what the evolutionists call “cumulative selection” and “massively parallel fixation”.

  • Natural selection may appear to be a vacuous and tautological principle if only a single step is considered, but considered over a long succession of little steps, it is the only guiding principle that has stood up under experiment. Eden refers to the 10350 proteins, each consisting of 250 amino acids. He seems to imply that it would require something like this number of operations of natural selection to arrive at a particular useful one. On the principle of the children’s game of twenty questions in which it is possible to arrive at the correct one of about a million objects by a succession of 20 yes-or-no answers, it would require less than 1250 questions to arrive at a specified one of these proteins. While this is not a perfect analogy to natural selection, it is enormously more like natural selection than the typing at random of a library of 1,000 volumes with its infinitesimal chance of arriving at any sensible result. – Dr. Sewall Wright, 1966
  • I don’t know who it was first pointed out that, given enough time, a monkey bashing away at random on a typewriter could produce all the works of Shakespeare. Now, there is no shame in their trying to address the criticism, but the retardery lies in the fact that they believe they have addressed it successfully when they haven’t even grasped the problem correctly. There exists no (computer) model successfully describing undirected Darwinian evolution. Period. By “model,” we mean definitive simulations or foundational mathematics required of a hard science. We show that no meaningful information can arise from an evolutionary process unless that process is guided. Even when guided, the degree of evolution’s accomplishment is limited by the expertise of the guiding information source — a limit we call Basener’s ceiling. An evolutionary program whose goal is to master chess will never evolve further and offer investment advice. There exists no model successfully describing undirected Darwinian evolution. Hard sciences are built on foundations of mathematics or definitive simulations. Examples include electromagnetics, Newtonian mechanics, geophysics, relativity, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, optics, and many areas in biology. Those hoping to establish Darwinian evolution as a hard science with a model have either failed or inadvertently cheated.

Booktopia Goes Under

The combination of Amazon, an increase in paper prices, and a foolish decision to spend $12 million on a roboticized warehouse killed Australia’s largest book retailer.

Australian online book retailer Booktopia has gone into voluntary administration, leaving customers in the dark about the status of their orders. An “urgent assessment” of Booktopia’s assets has been flagged, with a possible sale or restructure the focus of three administrators from McGrathNicol Restructuring, who have been appointed to head the evaluation of Booktopia Group Limited and three subsidiaries.

The company’s shares have not traded on the ASX since June 13 while it was attempting to secure additional funding. In its initial public offering in 2020, Booktopia issued shares at $2.30 and debuted on the ASX at $2.86. The stock has since lost more than 98 per cent and last traded at $0.045.

Booktopia suffered a $16.7 million loss for the six months to December 31, compared to a $3.9 million loss a year ago. The company has said that economic headwinds and the continued soft performance of the Australian book market had diminished its core business which was selling books via two websites,

The Unrepentant Evil of the Boomers

I don’t think Boomers who foolishly attempt to defend their fellow Boomers understand that doing so only makes those of us in the younger generations all the more invested in seeing The Day of the Pillow come for all of them.

We spend our children’s inheritance traveling around the world, people call us ‘selfish’ but we don’t care. A rich boomer couple has been labeled “selfish and privileged” after revealing they intended to burn through their children’s inheritance with luxury holidays. Victorian parents Leanne and Leon Ryland appeared on SBS program ‘Insight’ to discuss why their two adult sons wouldn’t be seeing a cent of their inheritance.

The couple has spent $114,631 on seeing the “wonders of the world” since their retirement, and their travels have included Machu Picchu in Peru, India, Sri Lanka and the Maldives. In fact, they plan to continue traveling and joked their sons would only inherit the “shelf of s–t” from their travels.

The couple started their jetsetting ways four years ago after they saw a financial planner about their retirement. “We’ve done all the right things by investing in property, boosting up our super, making sure that was healthy, going without a lot of things,” Ms Ryland said on the program. “And he said, ‘You’re crazy if you don’t retire when you can, because you’ll spend most of your wealth on travel or whatever in the first 10 years, and then after that it slows down’.

“It’s changing our mindset. You get into a phase now where you actually spend instead of save.”

The couple have not only taken the mindset themselves, but have taken steps to help other rich, older parents spend their children’s inheritance.

I don’t call them selfish. I call them a wicked generation that will deservedly burn in Hell as their descendants curse their memory. Remember, the Boomers collectively received the largest inheritance in human history from their parents, and the majority of them are going to leave their children and grandchildren with literally less than nothing, with nothing but their debts.

This is straight-up wickedness, both according to the Bible and the natural order.

There Are No Studies

As I have been pointing out for literal decades, there are very few, if any, actual scientific studies that have been performed on vaccine safety. Not for any vaccine, not for any age group of recipients. The pro-vaxxers have always begged the question and assumed the conclusion by claiming that it would be unethical to actually perform a proper double-blind study by leaving one study group of children unvaccinated, and tried to substitute ex post facto statistical analyses for genuine scientody that can be replicated with reproducible results.

But, in the aftermath of the Covid 19 vaxxastrophe, courts, lawyers, and politicians are finally looking a lot more closely at the actual facts in evidence with regards to the science of vaccine safety, and they are discovering that despite decades of assurances, there simply isn’t anything there. The scientific community has been lying and gaslighting everyone with false assurances longer than I’ve been alive.

  • For decades, the medical community insisted vaccines are the most thoroughly studied product ever; for example, Dr. Paul Offit said, “I think we should be proud of vaccines as arguably the safest, best tested things we put in our body.”
  • For decades, parents of vaccine injured children, vaccine injured adults, and other stakeholders contested these claims only to be shunned and attacked by the medical community and health agencies.

  • That brings us to the present in which Plotkin and his disciples realize they can’t cast voodoo on the public. They can’t hide the truth. So, their only option is to try and co-op the truth they have lied about for decades by now admitting that the studies to show vaccines are safe do not exist. But in making that admission, they conveniently fail to admit that for decades they lied, gaslit, defrauded (and I don’t use that word lightly) the public by claiming that vaccines are probably the most thoroughly safety tested products on the planet and that people should rest assured, no stone on vaccine safety was left unturned.
  • Thus, in their article just published, they pretend they never lied about vaccine safety. They pretend they are now just pointing out vaccine safety has never really been conducted, as if that was not known to them before.

The Doability of Mass Deportation

The Dominican Republic’s mass deportations of Haitians prove that it is very easy, very humane, and very practical to deport even large numbers of immigrants if the Clown World government doesn’t stand in the way:

Following the success of the Haitian revolution, Jean-Jacques Dessalines decreed in 1804 that all white people on the island were to be killed on sight. Following the success of this gruesome act of genocide, Haitian forces sought to export their revolution by invading the Spanish side of the island, which had a much smaller, sparse population, though they encountered resistance in this crusade due to the high percentage of mixed race and white people living there. Dominicans racially classified as white, which included some light-skinned African-mixed people, were stripped of their citizenship and land by the Haitian constitution and forced out of their cattle ranching trade to work for blacks in slavery conditions in the cash crop industry.

A group of multiracial and white Dominican nationalists called the Trinitarios, led by Spanish descendant Juan Pablo Duarte, led a rebellion against Haitian dictator Charles Rivière-Hérard and expelled his forces from the eastern portion of the island in 1844, establishing the divide that exists today. Though the occupying army was numerically superior to the Dominicans, Rivière-Hérard was himself undermined from within by an uprising of Haitian blacks enraged by the fact that their leader himself had some European ancestry.

Today, the trauma of Haitian rule continues to inform Dominican identity. This national sentiment helped Abinader, of Spanish and Lebanese ancestry, successfully win the 2020 election on a platform of ending Haitian migration and cutting through red tape to deport those already in the country. It was estimated at the time of Abinader’s victory that Haitians, most of them in the country illegally, numbered somewhere between 750,000 and 1 million out of the Dominican Republic’s 11 million population.

Soon after taking office, Abinader began preparations to keep his promise. His Modern Revolutionary Party, with consensus support including from opposition groups, passed a law in 2022 to form a new immigration enforcement police unit that would specialize in targeting job sites known to hire Haitian illegals for unannounced mass round ups. In 2013, a constitutional reassessment removed birthright citizenship from all those born to foreign parents since 1929, which granted the Dominican government the powers needed to detain and remove 170,000 Haitians from the country by the end of 2022.

The next year, what the US State Department has condemned as “mass deportations” reached unprecedented levels. That year, 250,000 Haitians living within Dominican territory were identified by immigration authorities and expelled, while an additional 200,000 voluntarily repatriated. A substantial portion of these Haitians had their citizenship retroactively revoked under the 2013 constitutional amendment, which means they are not recognized as either Dominican or Haitian citizens, but this did not stop Abinader from sending them back at a rate of 50,000 immigrants per month. In one instance during this crackdown, 20,000 Haitians were deported in a time span of nine days. The small and relatively poor Dominican Republic now has one of the most active and prolific immigration enforcement systems on the planet.

From January to April in 2024, the rate of deportations fell to a total of 30,000 in four months, but this reduced level of enforcement is more of a testament to the government’s effectiveness in removing Haitian migrants in previous years rather than any dampening of their burning enthusiasm. Last May, the Abinader government completed a 250-mile concrete wall, modeled after Israel’s barrier to Syria in the Golan Heights (which, in the Israeli case, the United States supports), permanently preventing Haitians from illegally crossing into the country. The Dominican government has adamantly refused to host any Haitian refugees in its territory and has rejected demands from the UN that it grant citizenship or residency permits to multi-generational migrants regardless of how long they have resided in the country.

Within the Dominican landscape, Abinader’s policies are uncontroversial. He was recently re-elected in a landslide and all of the major parties support his anti-migrant efforts. The opposition to these policies is restricted largely to outsiders: Washington, the United Nations, and various foreign funded non-governmental organizations who have sought to undermine the effort.

The Haitian migration amounted to about ten percent of the Dominican population. That’s equivalent to about 35 million people in US terms. In the UK, the entire post-Windrush invasion could be sent back to their homelands, while in Europe the post-2015 migrant crisis could be entirely undone before 2030. And it’s no more “racist” for the European nations to ensure their futures than it is for the Dominican nation or the Jewish state to do so.

The only thing standing between the continuation of Western Civilization and its demise is Clown World. And Clown World is not only intellectual bankrupt and debunked by reality, it is actively being defeated by the sovereign nations every day now.

If you’re a one-issue voter, this would be the one vital issue upon which everything else rests.

Never Trust Ebooks

Now, I quite like ebooks. I do most of my reading on my tablet and I have a massive ebook library of which Project Gutenberg is merely the foundation. But I endeavor to obtain a hardcover edition of any book I want to preserve, because I have absolutely zero confidence in ebooks necessarily surviving the coming Dark Age of post-Christianity.

In addition to its relentlessly Orwellian ideological practices, Amazon is already showing the cracks in its core technology that will only be exacerbated over time. I’m not saying one shouldn’t read or collect ebooks, only that it’s important to understand that digital technology is simply not going to survive over time due to its reliance on a technological ecosystem that cannot reasonably be expected to survive.

An outage was preventing Amazon Kindle users from downloading both new and previously purchased books to their e-readers, as noted on Amazon’s support forums and Reddit, but the company says things should be resolved. “Yesterday, some Kindle customers experienced an issue that impacted their ability to download e-books. The issue was quickly resolved,” writes Amazon devices spokesperson Jackie Burke in an email sent to The Verge.

The forum post included many reports of Kindles that were only able to download the title and cover art of books before the progress indicator got stuck at 1 percent. The outage also seemed to affect downloading books from Overdrive to Kindle devices using Libby. However, downloading books to the iOS and Android Amazon Kindle apps is not affected.

This latest issue comes a week after several Kindle users on Reddit reported a problem with Amazon’s “Send to Kindle” feature, which allows ebooks and documents to be sideloaded onto the e-readers without having to plug them into a computer. Some users received error messages telling them their files “could not be delivered due to a service error,” while other users in the thread were still seeing problems with the service earlier this week.

Later this year, I’m hoping we can unveil some of the first steps toward an actual Castalia library. In the meantime, we continue to collect old books that are worth saving, such as this priceless BIBLIOGRAPHY OF MILITARY BOOKS UP TO 1642 that I acquired a few months ago for less than three dollars, one of only 250 copies that were ever printed in 1900.
