Diversity or Unrestricted War?

Of course, regardless of the intentionality, it all comes down to immigration and open borders. The Francis Scott Key Bridge was destroyed last night by a container ship from Singapore:

Rescue workers in Baltimore are working furiously in an attempt to save the lives of dozens of people who were plunged into the frigid waters of the Patapsco River when the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed after being hit by a container ship.

Initial reports indicate that at least a dozen cars hit the 47 degree water in addition to a 20 or so construction workers who were working on the bridge at the time.

There appeared to be an explosion on the container ship as it collided with the bridge sending containers, the concrete that was being poured on to the road and diesel flooding into the water.

The ship involved is the 948 foot long Dali, a Singaporean-flagged container ship which could be seen on ship-tracking websites positioned stationary under the bridge following the crash.

There are a number of factors involved here, from the aging of the US infrastructure, the effects of diversity and social spending on the maintenance of that infrastructure, and even the vaxx status of the ship’s crew. But the observable fact of the matter is that a single foreign-owned, foreign-crewed ship just accomplished what the very best efforts of NATO and the Ukrainian military combined have not been able to accomplish, which is the destruction of a major bridge.

Pride, Prejudice, and Peacocks

Castalia Library has posted information, complete with pictures, about the successful test stampings of both the Library and Libraria editions of PRIDE AND PREJUDICE at the substack.

In producing the Castalia Library limited editions of PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, we started the process by acquiring an original first edition of the famous Peacock edition illustrated by Hugh Thomson. We wanted to reproduce the original design, but we also wanted to ensure that the spine of the book looked good on the shelf next to the other Library books. This necessitated a modification of the spine layout. We also needed to clean up the lines of the feathers on the cover, since the fine lines on the cloth original would not translate well to the gold stamping featured on the leather covers.

Due to the unusually high level of interest in this book, we are making it available for purchase ahead of its scheduled shipping in the second week of April to subscribers and non-subscribers alike. The usual discount codes apply for subscribers who wish to purchase an extra copy or two as gifts or for their collections.

It may be interesting to contemplate the fact that while Pepsi replaced its 32oz Gatorade bottle with a 28oz for the same price, Nabisco shrunk the family-size box of Wheat Thins by 12 percent, and Easton Press increased the price of a signed first edition by 72.7 percent, Castalia Library subscription books are still available for the same price at which they were first introduced in 2019. We’ve managed to do this by making improvements in the efficiency of our production process while steadily improving the quality. And although we will eventually charge for shipping, we haven’t found it necessary to do so yet.

Clown World’s Next Victim?

Two weeks before the Moscow mall attack, the media was publishing the concerns of the US and UK embassies in Moscow that there would be a terrorist attack in a public place in Moscow. Now, for no particular reason at all, the media is suddenly publishing French concerns about the possible assassination of French President Emmanuel Macron:

French President Emmanuel Macron is increasingly concerned about his personal security, Marianne magazine reported on Sunday citing multiple sources within Macron’s detail, the country’s Interior Ministry, and his notorious ex-bodyguard Alexandre Benalla.

Macron has always been concerned with his personal security, Benalla claimed, revealing the president had bolstered the ranks of his guard right after assuming office.

“As soon as we arrived at the Elysee, the staff responsible for the president’s security were immediately doubled compared to those responsible for that of [predecessor] Francois Hollande. There are two reasons for this. First, Macron makes contact, within a slap range. Then, from the beginning, it creates a form of antipathy. It electrifies,” the bodyguard explained.

During his time with Macron’s security team, Benalla became embroiled in multiple scandals, including getting caught beating up demonstrators alongside riot police during the Yellow Vest protests.

The Yellow Vests protests, which have plagued Macron’s presidency throughout his first term and beyond, have left a dent. Macron’s spouse Brigitte has been particularly concerned that her husband would ultimately end up assassinated, Benalla claims.

“She was always very worried about him. At home, there is the fear of ‘Kennedy syndrome,’ that he will end up assassinated,” the insider reportedly claimed.

NATO is desperately casting about for a casus belli capable of justifying its past and present involvement in Ukraine. I would expect there will be multiple false flag events blamed on Russia, right up until Russia either a) declares war or b) provides an unmistakable casus belli and publicly takes credit for it.

If I were Macron, I wouldn’t worry so much about the Russians. I’d worry a lot more about the French citizenry as well as his putative allies in NATO. Sooner or later, everyone who rides with the Black Rider is thrown from his high horse.

The strange thing is they never see it coming…

Reality Always Intrudes

New York City insists that the crime statistics prove that crime is down in Manhattan. But, as Samuel Clemens once said, there are lies, damned lies, and statistics. And the problem with relying upon a false narrative based on cooked statistics is that sooner or later, reality intrudes and it becomes obvious to everyone that the map no longer resembles the territory:

The MTA is suing mall giant Westfield after the company notified them it intends to end its lease and cease all operations at the Fulton Center in Lower Manhattan. Westfield signed a 20-year lease on May of 2014 – meaning they still have 10 years left in their lease. Westfield is blaming crime and quality of life concerns as their reason for terminating the lease. In response, the MTA is suing the retail management company for breaking the lease.

But Westfield says the MTA is not properly maintaining public safety at the transit hub and the mall giant has told the MTA that multiple tenants have left — citing break-ins, theft, vandalism, harassment and assault. “The rate of subtenant vacancies is at an all-time high,” Westfield wrote in a legal filing. “Few businesses want to open and operate a store where their employees and customers regularly would experience theft, property damage, bodily harm, or threats.”

Workers and subway riders told Eyewitness News that the biggest concern is the homeless population that congregates at the Fulton Center.

But New York City isn’t going to let a little thing like vanishing tenants and a failure to maintain civil order get in the way of its revenue needs:

The MTA is pushing back against Westfield’s plans and filed a lawsuit in federal court to keep the company in place. “NYCTA will face irreparable injury if Westfield abandons the Fulton Center in derogation of its Lease obligations by advancing its own self-serving business interests over the interests of NYCTA, retail establishments in the Fulton Center, and members of the public,” the lawsuit said.

And this is what a no-trust society looks like. Everyone lies, and everyone pretends to believe the lies. This is the future for the post-Christian, post-American USA… while it lasts.

Ironic Inversion

Clown World has even succeeded in inverting the concept of book-banning, of all things. Free speech was always a lie and all of the Enlightenment “virtues” are actually vices. When Christendom rises again, it will enforce the old blasphemy laws, some of which are still on the books, because, as even Andrew Klavan will admit, Jesus Christ is king, regardless of what you might want to believe.

The Free Pass Has Expired

This is the second public warning, in less than a week, that Russia is no longer willing to permit the USA and its European satrapies to continue waging a proxy war directly against it without experiencing the repercussions of their actions:

A proxy war between the nuclear powers is already underway; moreover, in the course of this conflict, more and more restrictions are being removed, both in terms of the weapon systems used and the participation of Western troops, as well as the geographical limits of the theater of war. It is possible to pretend that a certain ‘strategic stability’ is being maintained, but only if, like the US, a player sets the task of inflicting a strategic defeat on the enemy at the hands of its client state and expects that the enemy will not dare to use nuclear weapons.

Thus, the concept of strategic stability in its original form – the creation and maintenance of military-technical conditions to prevent a sudden massive nuclear strike – only partially retains its meaning under current conditions.

Strengthening nuclear deterrence could be the solution to the real problem of restoring strategic stability, which has been seriously disrupted by the ongoing and escalating conflict. To begin with, it is worth rethinking the concept of deterrence and, in the process, changing its name. For example, instead of a passive, we should talk about an active form. The adversary should not remain in a state of comfort, believing that the war he is waging with the help of another country will not affect him in any way. In other words, it is necessary to put fear back into the minds and hearts of the enemy’s leaders. The beneficial sort of fear, it’s worth stressing.

It must also be recognized that the limits of purely verbal intervention have been exhausted at this stage of the Ukrainian conflict. Channels of communication all the way to the top must remain open around the clock, but the most important messages at this stage must be sent through concrete steps: doctrinal changes; military exercises to test them; underwater and aerial patrols along the coasts of the likely enemy; warnings about preparations for nuclear tests and the tests themselves; the imposition of no-fly zones over part of the Black Sea, and so on. The point of these actions is not only to demonstrate determination and readiness to use available capabilities to protect Russia’s vital interests, but –most importantly– to bring the enemy to a halt and encourage it to engage in serious dialogue.

The escalation ladder does not end here. Military-technical steps can be followed by real acts, warnings of which have already been given: for example, attacks on air bases and supply centers on the territory of NATO countries, and so on. There is no need to go further. We simply need to understand, and help the enemy to understand, that strategic stability in the real, not narrow, technical sense of the word is not compatible with armed conflict between nuclear powers, even if (for the time being) it is being waged indirectly.

It is unlikely that the enemy will accept this state of affairs easily and immediately. At the very least, they will need to realize that this is our position and draw the appropriate conclusions.

Translation: Russia doesn’t need to nuke anyone yet, or even rattle its nuclear saber, but since neither the USA nor the European states have been willing to pay any heed to a) the comprehensive defeat of the Ukrainian forces in Ukraine, b) the series of tactical defeats of the NATO forces in Ukraine, c) diplomacy, or d) the observable geostrategic imbalance in favor of BRICS in general and Russia in particular, it is going to be necessary to inflict damage directly in the territory of the various NATO countries before any negotiated settlements are possible.

Fortunately, even in the aftermath of the murderous attack on the Russian civilian population, it appears the Russians intend to remain disciplined and will limit their response to military targets. However, this will certainly be an escalation which will, no doubt, lead to an absolute explosion of fear, hysteria, and warmongering on the part of Clown World’s pet politicians and media outlets, and, quite possibly, among the general populations.

So, it’s time to prepare yourself for the next stage of World War III. It appears we’re going to learn the difference between a special military operation and an actual war.

Candace Owens Banished

It’s official. Even in the post-BLM era, Promethean > Black in the hierarchy of Clown World.

There will be no more Candace Owens at the Daily Wire amid claims the conservative commentator has promoted antisemitic rhetoric. The right-wing political website announced Friday it had severed ties with Owens, known for her support of Donald Trump and Kanye West, famous for their own controversial comments.

“Daily Wire and Candace Owens have ended their relationship,” co-founder Jeremy Boreing wrote on social media.

Boreing did not provide any further details on what led to the exit, but Owens — who joined the outlet in 2021 — confirmed “the rumors are true” in her own post on X.

“I am finally free,” she said.

In recent months, Owens incited a firestorm of backlash with her antisemitic commentary about the United States’ role in the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas. Owens also floated claims that a small group of Jewish people in Hollywood and Washington, D.C. were involved in something “sinister.”
Her remarks caused a public clash between the polarizing political pundit and Daily Wire brass, who have typically stood by her inflammatory views on the transgender community, COVID vaccines, immigration and Black Lives Matter.

Now, all of this is false and same-gender loving, of course. It’s all nonsense. There is nothing even remotely “right-wing” about Candace Owens, Ben Shapiro, Jeremy Boreing, or the Daily Wire, it’s just a minor struggle for precedence among the grifters, gatekeepers and other grotesqueries of Clown World’s Fake Right.

But it is highly illustrative about that which is allowed, that which is partially allowed, and that which is absolutely not allowed and will not be permitted by the Fake Right. Which, in turn, allows the perspicacious observer to easily concern which opinion leaders are, and are not, genuine. Anyone who will not cross Clown World’s red lines is inorganic and is being paid to mislead you and redirect your thinking away from what have been deemed the Dangerous Thoughts.
