A Glimpse of the Game

A veteran Conservative Party politician informs on the real shadow government that controls the Members of Parliament:

‘At any one time, there are around 30 MPs behaving in the most shocking way and getting into serious trouble that they need help with. That is an extraordinary number, and nothing is done. Often they will go on to be promoted. Not straight away – the misdemeanours are held over them and used to control them.

‘To be honest, that’s how the whips’ office has always worked. The difference is, this isn’t the whips doing it in a whips’ way to secure party unity. This is being done by a small group of self-serving men who think it is all a game. They live and breathe politics. They think of nothing else. And they control people using fear. If I were a religious man, I’d say there was something about the Devil in No10 right now.

‘Many voters regard us as the party of the family, but these people have very different morals. Most of the people who support the Conservative Party, who work for it, who vote for it, who pound the streets delivering leaflets for it, would be horrified if they knew about the behaviour, the morals, the principles and values of many of the people who governed them.’

DAILY MAIL, 5 November 2023

The same shadow government controls most politicians in the USA, in Europe, and quite possibly more than a few in Israel and Japan. What they call “democracy” is actually “katantocracy”, as it is government of the people by degenerates for the blackmailers who use the threat of exposing their degeneracy to control them.

China and Russia have mostly, if not entirely, rooted them out, which is why both nations are now condemned as being “anti-democratic” despite the fact that their rule is observably far more in keeping with the actual will of the people than is the case in most “democratic” countries.

Ideology is Dead

Not even four decades of solid, relentless left-wing loyalty is enough to save a Guardian artist who violated the current Clown World Narrative on a single occasion.

Artist Steve Bell says he has been sacked by The Guardian over claims that a new cartoon linked to Israel was ‘anti-Semitic’. The cartoonist, who has worked for the Left-wing newspaper for more than 40 years, claims he has been told it is no longer willing to publish his work after he submitted a controversial image of Benjamin Netanyahu.

He added that it was becoming ‘pretty nigh impossible to draw this subject [Israel] for The Guardian now without being accused of deploying “antisemitic tropes”‘. A spokesman for The Guardian last night confirmed the newspaper would not be renewing his contract.

This disemployment of a lifelong leftist highlights why it was a massive mistake for Christendom to fall for the fraudulent “right to free speech” that was pushed by those seeking to undermine the Christian blasphemy laws. Now there are new blasphemy laws, albeit with people putting themselves in the place of God and Jesus Christ, and beyond all criticism.

It is also why it is pointless to refrain from speaking the truth for fear of the possible consequences. Because it’s not enough to simply hold one’s tongue, complete submission and a willingness to knowingly speak falsehood is required.

One has to almost feel sorry for the artist. Netanyahu has been a veritable punching bag for the Left for nearly 40 years. There are vast reams of cartoons lampooning and caricaturing him in a thousand different ways. How was the artist supposed to know that the long-time punching bag was officially off-limits now?

Ideology is dead. Identity dictates everything now.

Defending the Narrative

Somehow, I doubt the UK police are going to arrest everyone who supports the Palestinians in the UK.

Thousands of pro-Palestine supporters are protesting across major UK cities, as police warned that anyone showing support for Hamas could face arrest.

Crowds holding placards demanding Israel ‘stop bombing Gaza’ have taken to the streets of London, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle.

The Met Police said they have deployed more than 1,000 officers to police the London demonstration amid fears of clashes.

There are far more people across the UK and Europe who support the Palestinians than support the Greater Israel project that requires either the ethnic cleansing or the genocide of millions of Arabs. It’s much more balanced in the US, of course, partly because Israeli citizens make up a significant proportion of the government and media there, but more because tens of millions of Christian Boomers believe they’ll be raptured straight to Heaven so long as they fly Israeli flags in their sanctuaries.

Anyhow, the IDF appears to be serious about beginning the ethnic cleansing of the northern part of Gaza and the US is engaging in a minor show of force in order to sufficiently intimidate Iran into staying out of the conflict. But there are so many narratives and so many possible outcomes involved here that it’s impossible at this point to say what is real and what is not, much less how the whole situation is going to play out over time.

Vibrancy in the UK

The English are beginning to learn that their former subjects didn’t really take to the English way of doing things after all.

Almost 90 retail leaders, including the bosses of Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Boots and WH Smith, have written to the government demanding action on rising retail crime, in which violent criminals are “emptying stores”.

The retailers, who also include the bosses of Aldi, Primark and Superdrug, call for the creation of a new UK-wide aggravated offence of assaulting or abusing a retail worker – as already exists in Scotland – which would carry tougher sentences and require police to record all incidents of retail crime and allow the allocation of more resources.

“The police consistently tell us that a lack of data about these offences means they have no visibility about the nature or scale of the issue,” the letter says.

The 88 retail bosses have asked for a meeting with the home secretary, Suella Braverman, to discuss the issue after a meeting with the minister for crime, Chris Philp, led to the promise to develop an action plan.

The call comes after retailers, including the Co-op and John Lewis, highlighted what they said was a worsening issue. A survey of members of the British Retail Consortium (BRC), which represents all the major chains, found levels of shoplifting in 10 of the biggest cities had risen by an average of 27% this year.

Meanwhile, the police’s own data for one major retailer shows that forces failed to respond to 73% of serious retail crimes that were reported, while 44% of retailers in the BRC’s annual crime survey rated the police response as “poor” or “very poor”.

Apparently the English dirt isn’t magic either. Of course, all of the “retail leaders” complaining about immigrant crime are still funding advertising that relentlessly pushes Africans into every single ad on British television. To judge by the advertising, and by the advertising for the shows, you’d think that BBC stood for the Botswana Broadcasting Corporation.

However, speaking of British television advertising, I was excited to spot family number 15 for the man who appears to be the primary black actor available for hire as a family man this last week. That makes 12 white wives and 3 black ones for him so far.

Let Experience Be Silent

When more relevant information gainsays its conclusions. Colonel Hamish de Bretton-Gordon, a former Commanding Officer of the 1st Royal Tank Regiment, was certain that the British wunderpanzers were going to wreak havoc on the Russian lines back in June.

As a former tank commander, I can say one thing for certain: Putin’s demoralised conscripts are utterly unprepared for the shock action now hitting their lines. Ukrainian armoured formations are beginning to meet Russian forces in battle, and they are going to pulverise Russia’s defensive lines. I am confident for one simple reason: Ukraine will follow the Western ideology of manoeuvre warfare in a combined arms context, while the Russians will follow Soviet doctrine, relying on attrition and numbers. The Russians will find that the armour of Western tanks is far more resilient than flesh and bone, they will die in great numbers, and they will lose.

British-made tanks are about to sweep Putin’s conscripts aside, THE TELEGRAPH, 9 June 2023

Yeah, so, about that…

It turns out that attrition, numbers, and artillery trump propaganda and manoeuvre warfare. And apparently, the British are even more delusional about their tanks than they are about their chances of winning the World Cup. But like the World Cup, the 28 Challenger 2 tanks sent to Ukraine will not be coming home.

A Celebration of Black Culture

That’s exactly what the Notting Hill Carnival is. It’s just that the reality of African culture happens to be a little different than innocent British people believe it to be:

Last weekend was supposed to be a joyous Bank Holiday celebration of Caribbean culture — all steel bands, carnival processions and sequined costumes for adults and children alike, a riot of noise and colour.

But, as happens every year, all the good news about Notting Hill Carnival paled into insignificance. What was originally intended to be a showpiece for West Indian traditions has turned into an annual horror show of violence and crime.

This year eight men were stabbed — with two of them remaining in intensive care with serious injuries.

More than 75 police officers were attacked, some punched and kicked, one was sexually assaulted. Six officers were bitten and others were urinated on from upstairs windows.

Thugs with machetes were filmed running through the streets amid a terrifying air of menace. More than 300 people were arrested for violence, sexual offences and possession of drugs and dangerous weapons. There was open drug-taking; and people using the front gardens of long-suffering residents as toilets.

How is this still a surprise to anyone, 50 years after American flight from the “plight” of the inner cities? Or anyone who has ever visited a city in Africa?

The dirt is not magic. It never was.

The Windrush will inevitably be seen more as historically devastating to Britain than the Norman invasion or the Great War. By 2045, there will be a place for London in this meme.

Immigration Blight in London

In 1948, London began to import foreigners en masse, and now Central London is hollowing out in precisely the manner that the large American cities did in the 20th century. Demographically, the city is now approximately where Detroit was in 1973. Assuming the pendulum doesn’t swing back violently, it will look like Detroit does now by 2060.

Crime rates on Oxford Street are surging as what was once London’s top shopping district falls into disrepair, Marks & Spencer’s operations director has warned. Sacha Berendji described how the road had once been ‘the jewel in London’s shopping crown’ but now had ’empty shops, littered streets and fewer visitors’.

He said shocking scenes of social media-fuelled carnage this week as young thugs attempted to loot stores in the area were ‘another reminder of how bad things are’.

After shops shut as yobs tried to barge their way in, Mr Berendji told the Telegraph: ‘The street was practically locked down by police to prevent major unrest planned on social media. Londoners know that something must be done to save Oxford Street.’

The chaos in Central London echoes robberies and flashmob looting across the US in recent years, which has been organised through TikTok – while major cities such as San Francisco and New York are becoming crime-ravaged and drug-infested.

It comes amid a battle to save Oxford Street, which is one of the biggest victims of the slow death of the High Street across Britain. It has been overrun in recent years by tacky sweet shops that have replaced household names and blighted the area.

It’s remarkable how no people anywhere around the world appear capable of learning from the examples set by others. Everywhere blacks, Arabs, and Asians have been imported, the standard set by the native populace has not merely been degraded, but disintegrated to the point that none of the natives will even set foot there anymore.

Frankly, it’s astonishing to me that immigrants and refugees aren’t already being shot on sight in cities like Tokyo and Shanghai. As wealth and power shifts to the East, the flow of mass immigration will follow them, and the process of immigration blight will begin there.

No dirt is magic. The characteristics of a place are determined by its people, and people are defined by their genetics, not their geographic location.

The Inevitable End of Arbitration

In light of the absurd and shamelessly illegal actions by JAMS and a few of its more dishonest arbitrators that we’ve witnessed in recent years, to say nothing of its shameless bias towards corporations, it’s good to see that the UK courts have declared that JAMS awards are contrary to public policy and cannot be enforced in the UK. I very much doubt it will be the last jurisdiction to do so.

A UK-domiciled consumer lost about £613,000 in his cryptocurrency trading account, which was governed by terms of service that referred disputes to JAMS arbitration, with the merits to be decided pursuant to California law and the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator held the cryptocurrency trading platform was not liable. The English Commercial Court held that enforcement of the JAMS award would be contrary to UK public policy, which meant that recognition and enforcement “may be refused”. The court found no “fresh circumstances”, and enforcement was refused.

In Payward Inc, Payward Ventures Inc and Payward Ltd v Chechetkin [2023] EWHC 1780 (Comm), the English Commercial Court refused to enforce a California-seated arbitration award, on the basis that enforcement would contravene UK public policy as embodied in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015) and the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).

  • Mr Chechetkin was a “consumer” for the purposes of the CRA 2015. Mr Chechetkin was a lawyer acting on his own behalf with no intention to resell cryptocurrencies as a business. He did not work in crypto or fintech and had indicated that he had no experience of cryptocurrency trading when he opened his Kraken account.
  • The Commercial Court was not bound by the decisions of the JAMS arbitrator. The Commercial Court was not bound by the decisions of the JAMS arbitrator and should not necessarily be obliged to enforce an award that is contrary to UK public policy merely because the arbitrator’s decision had indicated otherwise.
  • Enforcement of the arbitral award would be contrary to public policy under the CRA 2015 and FSMA. The CRA 2015 applies where a consumer contract has a close connection with the UK and requires the court to consider whether a term is fair even if none of the parties have raised it as an issue. The Payward terms were found to have a close connection with the UK because: both Mr Chechetkin and Payward Ltd were domiciled in England, and the services were paid for in sterling using English bank accounts.
  • In addition, the Commercial Court held that a reasonable consumer would not have agreed to California-seated arbitration, under JAMS and subject to the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act, as this brought with it significant disadvantages regarding the application of English law (including the CRA 2015 and FSMA). Nevertheless, the arbitrator took no account of English law, meaning that enforcement would be contrary to UK public policy. The Commercial Court also found that enforcement would stifle Mr Chechetkin’s claim under FSMA in circumstances where he had at least a prima facie claim. This would be contrary to public policy since contracts concluded in contravention of the general prohibition in section 19 of FSMA should be unenforceable and the customer should be entitled to recover his money.
English Commercial Court Refuses Recognition and Enforcement of California-Seated Arbitration Award on Grounds of Public Policy, 7 August 2023

The literal lawlessness of JAMS, and its abject refusal to require its own arbitrators to follow its own rules, is going to destroy both the arbitration system as well as the ridiculous unilateral dynamic contracts that permit technology companies to literally change the rules on their customers and employees alike, and to shamelessly abuse them without any legal consequences.

The legal system is bad enough as it is, but the arbitration system is even more corrupt. It’s good that at least one legal system is openly establishing the legal irrelevance of the latter.

The Ink Wall Crumbles

Once more, we learn that /pol/ is always right. The “BBC Presenter” is confirmed to be Huw Edwards, the presenter of BBC News at Ten.

Huw Edwards’ wife Vicky Flind names him as BBC star at centre of ‘£35k sex pics scandal’: Statement issued on presenter’s behalf claims he is in hospital suffering from ‘serious mental health issues’ – as Met Police say ‘no offence has been committed’

It’s just so obnoxious to see how the media doesn’t hesitate to go out of their way to identify people of whom they don’t approve, while fighting like rabid dogs to hide the identities of celebrities and their fellow media figures whenever they are accused of wrongdoing of some kind.

Stars rally round Huw Edwards as John Simpson and ex-BBC stars Dan Walker and Jon Sopel share support for their former colleague.

Confidence in the Profession

The inversion is complete in UK education:

A Christian teacher has been banned from the profession after “misgendering” a pupil. It is believed to be the first case of its kind in the UK.

The Teaching Regulation Authority (TRA) ruled that Joshua Sutcliffe, 33, failed to treat a pupil with “dignity and respect” when he did not protect the pupil’s wellbeing by not using the preferred pronouns of a girl who identified as a boy. Mr Sutcliffe taught maths at The Cherwell School, a state secondary in Oxford’

Alan Meyrick, the TRA’s Chief Executive, has the responsibility of deciding whether or not to impose the ban on behalf of Gillian Keegan, the Education Secretary. He said: “In my view, it is necessary to impose a prohibition order in order to maintain public confidence in the profession.”

This news comes with schools awaiting the first detailed government guidance on how to respond to transgender pupils, which is due to be published this term. It is anticipated that the guidance will advise school leaders to refuse to use different pronouns asked by pupils.

In Clown World, it’s not enough to fire those who insist that there are four lights and two sexes, they must be banned entirely due to their devotion to objective reality. Of course, an inability to distinguish between male and female does not maintain public confidence in teachers, but rather, achieves the complete opposite.

This is why freedom of speech and freedom of expression are pure satanic evils. Because if the wicked inverts are not outlawed, they will outlaw reality.
