An unfortunate mishap

Or going to ground? The timing is interesting, to be sure:

BREAKING: Daughter and grandson of former Maryland Lt. Gov. Kathleen Kennedy Townsend have drowned in a canoeing accident – ABC News

I expect there are going to be a lot of very strange mishaps being reported in the next week or two.

CORRECTION: Maryland authorities say daughter, grandson of Kathleen Kennedy Townsend are missing following a canoeing incident. A previous tweet indicated authorities believed they had drowned. We deeply regret the error. – ABC News

Meanwhile, Henry Kissinger, who on the one hand would appear to be Mr. Deep State himself, and on the other hand was personally acquainted with Donald Trump dating back to at least 1988, recently published an article in the Wall Street Journal entitled “The Coronavirus Pandemic Will Forever Alter the World Order.”

Now, consider the possibility that the virus is also a metaphor. What would that signify?

Desperate Deep State

But what is it about the hospital ships that has them freaking out?

An engineer in Los Angeles was charged after attempting to ram a train at full speed into a Navy hospital ship sent to assist with the Covid-19 pandemic, in a bizarre effort to “wake up” Americans to a vague government conspiracy.

San Pedro resident Eduardo Moreno was charged with one count of train wrecking on Wednesday after admitting to authorities that he deliberately derailed a locomotive in an attempt to crash it into the USNS Mercy, a Navy medical vessel docked near LA to take pressure off the city’s crowded hospitals amid the coronavirus outbreak.

A train engineer at the Port of Los Angeles was arrested this morning on federal charges for allegedly running a locomotive at full speed off the end of rail tracks near the USNS Mercy. The train smashed through several steel and concrete barriers but failed to collide with the ship, being stopped by a chain link fence, according to a highway patrol officer who witnessed the attempted ramming.

That’s not weird at all…. Meanwhile, in Michigan, the governor abruptly, and inexplicably, reverses course:

On Friday March 27th Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer threatened to revoke the medical licenses of doctors and pharmacists who prescribe hydroxychloroquine to treat coronavirus in Michigan.  Four days later, March 31st, the same governor asks the federal government to send her hydroxychloroquine to treat coronavirus patients.

Seems likely….

Another high-ranking government death in Germany:

The finance minister in the German state of Hesse, Thomas Schaefer, has taken his own life. His colleagues said he was pushed over the edge by an inability to cope with the harsh economic fallout from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Schaefer’s body was discovered near the speed railway track line in the town of Hochheim am Main on Saturday. Prosecutors said that the cause of his death was most likely suicide.

“We are in shock; we are in disbelief and above all we are immensely sad,” Volker Bouffier, head of the Hesse regional government, said of the passing of his close associate and fellow member of Angela Merkel’s CDU party.

Perhaps it was suicide. But have a look at that face. Whatever the inspiration may have been, I very much doubt it had anything to do with Corona-chan or the economic fallout thereof. That face all but screams “horrific hobbies and interests” that almost certainly included Star Trek.

I wonder why he needs them

The President requires enhanced detention powers… because the virus must be arrested!

The Justice Department has quietly asked Congress for the ability to ask chief judges to detain people indefinitely without trial during emergencies — part of a push for new powers that comes as the coronavirus spreads through the United States.

The move has tapped into a broader fear among civil liberties advocates and Donald Trump’s critics — that the president will use a moment of crisis to push for controversial policy changes. Already, he has cited the pandemic as a reason for heightening border restrictions and restricting asylum claims. He has also pushed for further tax cuts as the economy withers, arguing that it would soften the financial blow to Americans. And even without policy changes, Trump has vast emergency powers that he could legally deploy right now to try and slow the coronavirus outbreak.

Wait, the President is using a crisis for the benefit of the American people? Surely that is an impeachable offense.

Qspiracy goes international

It’s interesting that rumors have progressed to the point that the celebrities are being forced to publicly deny their arrests on sex trafficking charges:

Media mogul Oprah Winfrey was a trending topic on Tuesday night, as a conspiracy theory stemming from QAnon went viral, but Winfrey herself debunked it. Numerous bogus reports claimed that Winfrey’s home in Boca Raton, Florida was raided and that she was under arrest on sex trafficking charges.

After being a top trending topic for several hours, the 66-year-old Winfrey was informed that she was trending, and made it clear the rumors were not true.

‘Just got a phone call that my name is trending. And being trolled for some awful FAKE thing. It’s NOT TRUE,’ Winfrey began.

‘Haven’t been raided, or arrested. Just sanitizing and self distancing with the rest of the world. Stay safe everybody,’ she concluded from her verified Twitter account.

There were also reports of raids on her home, and that she was just one of many celebrities arrested, including Tom Hanks, whose Coronavirus infection was supposedly a ‘cover’ for his arrest. The next supposed celebrity arrests for ‘pedophilia’ are Celine Dion, Madonna, Charley Barkley and Kevin Spacey who will all claim to have the Coronavirus.

The net appears to be closing in upon the bad actors. Remember, it wasn’t all that long ago that the conspiracy theories and rumors about Epstein and Weinstein were declared to be NOT TRUE as well. That doesn’t meant that these specific people are genuinely the culpable parties or that there is anything more to the most recent rumors than trolling from the chans, but it does tend to suggest that there is enough activity taking place to convince an increasing number of people that there is more fire to be found beneath all the smoke.

UPDATE: Speaking of fire, Homeland Security is now circulating plans concerning martial law, interstate travel bans, and evening curfews. This is from multiple law enforcement sources in different states. It doesn’t mean that the plans will be implemented, necessarily, but this activity is a precursor to any such actions being taken once the decisions are made.

Don’t despair. This could all be very good news in the end.

If you’re not convinced Q is real

Someone is observably going to a lot of trouble to convince people that Q is not legitimate.

Someone is busy

More and more of these “suicides” of federal officials and law enforcement officers seem to keep happening of late:

A federal prosecutor in California fatally shot his wife before turning the gun on himself in a suspected murder-suicide, authorities said.

Assistant US Attorney Timothy Delgado, 43, gunned down his wife, Tamara Delgado, 45, on Sunday at the couple’s home in Granite Bay and then took his own life, the Placer County Sheriff’s Office tweeted Monday.

“We are investigating yesterday’s homicide as a murder/suicide,” department officials said.

I think we’re rapidly approaching the point where one has to assume that virtually none of these “suicides” are anything of the kind. The only real question is which side is responsible.

A Q disproof?

Remember this?

the first to be arrested will be McCabe & Strzok. maybe as early as Monday or Tuesday next week.
— Greg Rubini (@GregRubini)

Apparently Mr. Rubini’s source is unreliable.

Federal prosecutors have declined to charge former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, closing an investigation into whether he lied to federal officials about his involvement in a news media disclosure, McCabe’s legal team said Friday.

The decision resolves a criminal investigation that spanned more than a year and began with a referral from the Justice Department’s inspector general, which said McCabe repeatedly lied about having authorized a subordinate to share information with a newspaper reporter for a 2016 article about an FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

McCabe’s lawyers said in a statement they were told in a phone call and letter that the case is closed and “no charges will be brought against him based on the facts.”

McCabe, a frequent target of attacks from President Donald Trump, has denied that he intentionally misled anyone. He has said his 2018 firing — for what the Justice Department called “lack of candor” — was politically motivated. He sued the Justice Department in August, saying officials had used the inspector general’s conclusions as a pretext to rid the FBI of leaders Trump perceived as biased against him.

In a letter on Friday, prosecutors told McCabe’s lawyers that they decided “not to pursue criminal charges against your client” after careful consideration.

“Based on the totality of the circumstances and all of the information known to the government at this time, we consider the matter closed,” said the letter, signed by the chief of the U.S. attorney’s office’s public corruption unit.

Score one for The Swamp.

Arrests next week?

“Half the people involved in the Russian investigation are going to jail.” #RussiaHoax #QAnon

This will be an informative Q-proof, or lack of one, soon. Although I would like to know why Hillary is not in jail yet, as the American people were promised in the 2016 presidential debates.

It’s just the kuru

The authors of a book about the god-emperor believe there is something seriously wrong with Robert Mueller:

The Washington Post’s Carol Leonnig, who is the co-author of the new book A Very Stable Genius about President Trump, described on Tuesday how difficult it was for some of Mueller’s close family friends to watch his shaky testimony before Congress last summer.

“Phil [Rucker] and I, my co-author, we are not medical professionals, but over and over again, John, we heard from people who are very close to Bob Mueller who found him a different person, a changed person, after two years of this investigation,” Leonnig told CNN host John Berman.

“They don’t know what that’s about,” Leonnig continued. “Some of them do and haven’t shared that with us. But they know that something happened. He’s a different person. He was stumbling over his words. You saw him in July in his testimony before Congress, there were people that I spoke to who are very, very good family friends of his who said, ‘I couldn’t watch the television anymore, I had to turn it off. It wasn’t the Bob I knew.’”

After a 22-month investigation, Mueller’s team did not find sufficient evidence to establish a criminal conspiracy took place between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. He also declined to make a determination about whether Trump may have obstructed justice but did lay out 10 instances of possible obstruction that Democrats viewed as a road map to continue investigating and possibly seek impeachment. Trump is now facing two articles of impeachment stemming from his dealings with Ukraine.

Speculation about Mueller’s health began to swirl when the former FBI director, known for being sharp and competent, appeared to have difficulty hearing lawmakers’ questions and failed to recall key facts from his report when he testified before the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees in July.

In their book, Leonnig and Rucker wrote that when Attorney General William Barr met Mueller before his report was released, Mueller read from his notes, and his “hands shook as he held the paper. His voice was shaky, too.” Barr and his deputy, Rod Rosenstein, “couldn’t help but worry about Mueller’s health.”

Remember, Mueller is the one who let off Isaac Asimov’s son, the convicted pedophile, with the gentlest of wrist slaps. He’s been in the Swamp for decades and it’s starting to show.
