Mailvox: the only one

A reader gives me too much credit:

I really like your post-election coverage. I read a lot of different Far Right takes and you’re the only one I check out who either: hasn’t bailed on Trump or isn’t just shouting “We got robbed.” Most are hoping we win. You’re showing actual fraud according to law. You’re showing how the ruse is falling apart. If it ends up going our way, a lot of people are going to jump back on the Trump train. And the ones who never left are going to take a lot of the credit. You’re the only one I see, keeping a level head and being consistent since Trump started running in 2015.

Jumping on and off the Trump Train has been par for the course since Scott Adams was predicting Hillary was sure to win back in 2016. (He tends to sweep that little post-Pussy-grab period under the table.) But I am merely calling things as I see them; no doubt others are doing the same. And there are more than a few people, such as Anonymous Conservative and Neon Revolt, who are just as confident that a) Biden didn’t win and b) Trump will serve his second consecutive term as I am.

But if publicly expressing my opinion happens to disrupt the operation of the media’s demoralization and disinformation campaign, I am pleased, because I simply don’t see any truth in it. Frankly, I don’t see any reason to even begin to pay attention to it until Kamala Harris resigns her Senate seat.

Amended claims are not withdrawn

The Washington Post’s mischaracterization of the PA litigation is so wildly off-base as to be almost guaranteed to be wilfully and knowingly dishonest:

On Sunday night, the Washington Post ran a complete mischaracterization of the Trump campaign’s litigation in Pennsylvania, erroneously claiming the campaign had dropped the claim of nearly 700,000 ballots processed illegally and in secret. The campaign did no such thing. In fact, because of a Friday ruling by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in an unrelated case, the campaign strategically decided to restructure its lawsuit to rely on claims of violations of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The claim that 682,479 ballots were improperly processed and counted is still very much part of the suit.

Paragraph 4 of the amended filing reads: “Allegheny and Philadelphia Counties alone received and processed 682,479 mail-in and absentee ballots without review by the political parties and candidates. These are unprecedented numbers in Pennsylvania’s elections history. Rather than engaging in an open and transparent process to give credibility to Pennsylvania’s brand-new voting system, the processes were hidden during the receipt, review, opening, and tabulation of those 682,479 votes.” See also paragraphs 132-150.

References to the improperly counted ballots are repeated throughout the filing, with paragraph 150 specifically stating that all factual allegations in the preceding paragraphs are incorporated within the Equal Protection claim.

“We are still arguing that 682,479 ballots were counted illegally, in secret,” said Tim Murtaugh, Trump 2020 communications director. “Our poll watchers were denied meaningful access to watch the vote counting and we still incorporate that claim in our complaint. Unfortunately, fake news activists rushed to print their clickbait headlines, apparently without even reading the lawsuit. That’s lazy journalism at best, but more likely intentionally misleading.”

Rudy Giuliani, personal attorney to President Trump and coordinator of the campaign’s legal strategy, said, “It’s routine for attorneys to file amended complaints to tighten the claims. We simplified the suit so it is more focused and narrowed. This is part of the process. Clearly the reporters at Washington Post have a reading deficit.”

To claim that an amended claim is withdrawn is not merely dishonest, it’s borderline retarded. As a general rule, claimants amend their claims to strengthen them. If the claims were being withdrawn, that would usually be the result of the entire case being withdrawn.

Is she math-challenged?

Or does Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez know what is coming when all the votes are properly counted?

A constituent asked Ocasio-Cortez about her thoughts on Democrats shrinking their majority in the House and expressed her frustration.

“Why did we lose so many seats, and what needs to be done to get them back next term?” the moderator asked on behalf on the constituent.

“So, you know, of course, the loss of the House majority is just extraordinarily upsetting to all of us. It’s upsetting to all of us who are invested in having a Democratic majority so that we can expand health care, so that we can raise wages, so that we can protect working people,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

The charade being utilized to cover the fraud is cracking.

Or what?

Biden aides are threatening to hold their breath or something if the Trump campaign, the GSA, the State election certifiers, and the State electors don’t give into the media’s demoralization campaign:

Joe Biden’s aides on Sunday demanded that their boss receive intelligence briefings as soon as this week. With President Donald Trump refusing to concede, the Democrat remains frozen out of the White House.

Biden’s transition team complained last week that General Services Administration chief Emily Murphy has not yet broken ranks with Trump and is refusing to sign off on Biden as the winner of this month’s presidential election. Until Murphy ascertains Biden’s apparent victory, the former vice president will not receive intelligence and security briefings.

Biden not going to get them this week. Or next week. Or, for that matter, next year. Because Biden didn’t win.

Mailvox: No Deals

In which I am called out by a nobody on the Internet:

So since you appear so totally confident in the Don still being President after January 21st 2021, how about attaching some actual stakes to them? So, in the event that, contrary to all your predictions, the Trump campaign gets owned in court after completely failing to prove their case, and Joe Biden ends up inaugurated as President of the United States of America in January, would you pledge on this very blog to donate a modest amount, let’s say $10,000, to a Black Lives Matter charity, or perhaps a trans rights charity?

If you’re really as confident as you claim about your “God Emperor” totally remaining President (as opposed to the reality where he lost 306-232), then as I said, put your money where your mouth is, otherwise it just comes across as you telling your supporters one thing while not having the balls to actually prove the strength of your convictions.

No, it really doesn’t. You see, I’ve been blogging here for a long time. This is very far from the first such proposal I’ve received. And the thing is, people like this never, ever pay up when they lose. It’s just a joke, you see. They were just calling me out, you see. They didn’t really mean it, you see. They didn’t sign any contracts, you see. Betting isn’t legal in their state, you see.

Save us the posturing. Epstein didn’t kill himself. And Biden didn’t win.

UPDATE: There is a lot of this going around. Apparently it’s part of the demoralization campaign. As we’ve seen here, it’s just feeble, projection-based rhetoric.

Just saw your post “Mailvox: No Deals” where the SJW demanded a bet on the election to “prove” yourself, with your Trump prediction and yet the SJW offers no bet himself or way to guarantee his payment.

This is all very familiar. Another SJW online demanded the exact same of me just a few days ago when I told him Biden’s votes were going to be proven fraudulent.  Again, he offered no stakes, nor anyway to make sure his money would come to me if I won. I told him he was a commie, and therefore going to welch. He whined and demanded I was “punking out.”

All the while he demanded that I make the whole structure of the bet—the stakes, the neutral 3rd party to hold it, the rules on when a win may be declared—despite his offering it to begin with. “If you don’t do all the group project I demanded, you’re lying” kind of b.s.

The SJW hive has seized upon this rhetorical demand and are repeating it, thinking it will shame us. I wonder if an article on some SJW website encouraged this to “prove” we don’t actually believe Trump will win.

Sounds like a movie

Then again, Q told us that we were watching one. One thing I had wondered about is where all those late-night Biden-only ballots were produced, and this might explain the mystery.

The Boss of the Philly mob — ‘Skinny Joey’ Merlino — is taking a victory strut, hobnobbing around the highest echelons of old-time mafia folk, mostly in Florida, describing what may have been the heist of the century: the 2020 presidential election.

The feat is drawing praise from far-flung corners of the Italian American business community, which sees the thanks of a grateful administration as key to the revival of the community’s political influence.

But an associate says that Merlino might just be willing to flip on Joe Biden and the Pennsylvania political operatives who ordered up some 300,000 election ballots marked for Biden.  The source alleges that Merlino and a lean team of associates manufactured those ballots at a rate of $10 per ballot — a whopping $3 million for three days of work.  They were then packaged into non-descript cardboard boxes and dropped off outside the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Sources who spoke to The Chronicle on the condition of anonymity say that Merlino picked up those ballots from two private households where a trusted handful of associates were busily marking ballots with Sharpie markers.  They were paid more than $1,000 per hour, often producing thousands of ballots every hour for more than 60 nearly-consecutive hours.

The ballots were purchased in cash.

Nice work if you can get it. And, of course, avoid doing the time for it….

She’s got your evidence right here

Biden supporters and the media – but I repeat myself – keep demanding evidence. They’re going to get what they’re asking for, and more.

And from Rasmussen: Biden underperformed Hillary Clinton in every major metro area around the country, save for Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta and Philadelphia … in these big cities in swing states run by Democrats…the vote even exceeded the number of registered voters.
Epstein didn’t kill himself. Biden didn’t win.

The election arrests begin

This should be the first of many, one presumes:

The Democrat Director of Texas state political strategy for the Joe Biden Presidential campaign has been arrested for electoral fraud.

Democratic Party operative Dallas Jones was formally accused of helping to run an illegal ballot harvesting operation in the state of Texas on behalf of the Joe Biden campaign during this contested Presidential election.

According to the National File, two investigators, including a former FBI agent and former police officer, testified under oath that they have Democratic Party internal documentation, as well as video evidence and witnesses, for their investigation.

Now do the Secretaries of State in PA and GA….

UPDATE: There is confusion about whether this is an old arrest or a second arrest. Regardless, this isn’t going to be one that matters since whenever it happened, it happened in Texas. There need to be a LOT more to address the 2020 election fraud.

There’s no crying in politics

I don’t think Princess Nut Nut’s new regime is long for this world, based on the inability of its new Press Secretary to stand up to what can’t even reasonably be described as criticism:

The woman appointed by Boris Johnson to lead his daily press operations was left in tears on Saturday after she claimed to have been the subject of negative briefings by a former No 10 official who resigned last week and made a dramatic exit from Downing Street.

In an extraordinary escalation of feuding involving new and departing aides to Johnson, friends of Allegra Stratton, the new press secretary to the prime minister, said she had been “in tears all morning” as a result of what she believed were critical briefings by Johnson’s former director of communications, Lee Cain.

Stratton, who will be the public face of the government, believes Cain told numerous journalists over the previous 24 hours that she was not the first choice for the job and had not been top of the list of a panel chosen to make the high-profile appointment.

Messrs. Putin and Xi must be laughing themselves sick over what presently passes for the once-powerful governments of the USA and the UK. And the EU is going to be licking its chops over “negotiating” the final Brexit deal with these sacrificial lambs.

UPDATE: And now we know why they call her “Princess Nut Nut”. Kee-rikey!

Miss Symonds was said to be livid at a report in The Times which claimed that she no longer liked the animal. She went on Twitter to denounce it, saying: ‘Total load of c***. There has never been a happier, healthier and more loved dog than Dilyn.’

The dispute with Mr Cummings and Mr Cain flared when Miss Symonds apparently asked Mr Cain to make a formal complaint to The Times via the press watchdog, IPSO.

He refused to do so, pointing out that a Covid crisis meeting was about to take place in No 10 that day. Miss Symonds is understood to have contacted officials in Mr Johnson’s office and told them to scrap the coronavirus meeting because she wanted the Prime Minister to help her pursue her complaint with The Times. When Mr Cummings found out, sources said, he stormed in to Mr Johnson’s office and told him to go ahead with the meeting – which took place as planned.

An insider claimed: ‘We were dealing with the extraordinary chaos of Covid, and Carrie f***** the (PM’s Downing Street) private office up for a whole day. All over something trivial about her dog. She went bananas and spent the day on the phone to officials and the PM trying to force the Government machine to IPSO (send a formal complaint to the watchdog) The Times over it.’

So much for those Churchillian aspirations….
