There is a very good case to be made that Obama and/or someone on his team is now in serious legal jeopardy as a result of the reported wire-tappings of Trump Tower:

If the stories are correct, Obama or his officials might even face prosecution. But, we are still early in all of this and there are a lot of rumors flying around so the key is if the reports are accurate. We just don’t know at this time. The stories currently are three-fold: first, that Obama’s team tried to get a warrant from a regular, Article III federal court on Trump, and was told no by someone along the way (maybe the FBI), as the evidence was that weak or non-existent; second, Obama’s team then tried to circumvent the federal judiciary’s independent role by trying to mislabel the issue one of “foreign agents,” and tried to obtain a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act “courts”, and were again turned down, when the court saw Trump named (an extremely rare act of FISA court refusal of the government, suggesting the evidence was truly non-existent against Trump); and so, third, Obama circumvented both the regular command of the FBI and the regularly appointed federal courts, by placing the entire case as a FISA case (and apparently under Sally Yates at DOJ) as a “foreign” case, and then omitted Trump’s name from a surveillance warrant submitted to the FISA court, which the FISA court unwittingly granted, which Obama then misused to spy on Trump and many connected to Trump. Are these allegations true? We don’t know yet, but if any part of them are than Obama and/or his officials could face serious trouble.

Read the rest of it there. Robert Barnes goes into some detail concerning the legal minutia of the laws related to FISA and how the Obama administration almost certainly misbehaved if it even attempted to get a FISA warrant to spy on a presidential candidate.

I discussed some aspects of this at last night’s Darkstream. And as I stated, the Trump administration is already on top of it: “A senior White House official said that Donald F. McGahn II, the president’s chief counsel, was working on Saturday to secure access to what the official described as a document issued by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court authorizing surveillance of Mr. Trump and his associates.” 

It seems pretty clear now that a FISA warrant was secured and the subsequent wire-tapping took place. Reporter Cathy Aureu stated on Fox News that a female source, who worked in the Obama administration for nearly the whole of his two terms, confirmed that a FISA warrant was secured. However, she does not know who was responsible for securing it.

Fake News, Fake Views

The New York Times, the Washington Post, the Guardian, and other opposition media sites appear to be buying a significant percentage of their site traffic from China in order to preserve an appearance of relevance.

These dramatic increases in traffic have significantly bumped each site’s Alexa ranking by as much as 38%, a key metric used in website valuation. Of note, BBC.com experienced a similar boost, and others may have as well.

Not to overstate the obvious, but considering China’s ban on the New York Times, one might conclude that this massive increase which now accounts for nearly half of all website traffic is some type of high volume traffic generating bot server unimpeded by China’s restrictive firewall, synthetically inflating visitor counts for affected sites.

All three news outlets spent much of 2016 trying to influence the election in favor of Hillary Clinton with biased coverage and regular hit pieces against Donald Trump. Since winning the election, President Trump has declared war on much of the mainstream media – branding it the “opposition party,” while remaining under heavily biased attack. China is no fan of the US President either; between the threat of tariffs and Trump’s disregard for the long held “One China” policy over Taiwanese recognition, China has both economic and political reasons to try and mitigate the US President’s tough talk.

 Alexa is easily manipulated. Bot servers aren’t necessary. With the help of a handful of Dread Ilk, I goosed the US rank of VP 25,000 spots and put it into the top 5,000 back in 2014. It’s readily apparent that the Fake News is desperate to maintain the illusion of their importance, which is why they have now resorted to reporting Fake Views.

To put into perspective how obviously fake their increase in traffic has been, the New York Times‘s percentage of total site traffic from China has gone from 5.1 to 49.2 percent in just two months. That’s amazing, considering that the Carlos Slim blog has been blocked in China since 2012. In like manner, the Washington Post‘s Chinese traffic has risen from 2.9 to 58.7 percent, and the Guardian‘s from zero to 57 percent in the same two-month period.

The SJW Narrative is all lies, all the way down. Never, ever, accept anything they tell you at face value. As per the 3rd Law of SJW, when they said to “question everything”, they were projecting.

UPDATE: Busted! This is the New York Times’s Alexa rating over the last year. Apparently someone thought better of artificially inflating their traffic with fake views from China. The very same pattern can be seen with the other opposition media sites outed by Zerohedge.

Obama bugged Trump

No wonder the Attorney General recused himself from investigating the Trump campaign. He has much more pressing matters of concern.

  • During the summer last year, the Obama administration filed a request with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) to monitor communications involving Trump and several advisers but the request was denied, according to Heat Street former editor, Louise Mensch. Just a day before the 2016 election, Mensch reported that ‘sources with links to the counter-intelligence community’ confirmed that a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) had granted a FISA court warrant in October to monitor activities in Trump tower.   
What a bizarre allegation!

Ann Barnhardt reports on what the self-appointed global elite believes, and what they discuss when they think no one is listening:

Topic 1: Nationalism is bad and must be completely purged from humanity.

The Swiss law professor went on a rant about how “deeply engrained” the scourge of Nationalism is in the human mind, citing Switzerland as his example.  Switzerland contains four separate groups: German, French, Italian and Romansh. And even though it is a tiny country, very politically and socially liberal, with four discreet cultural groups with DIFFERENT LANGUAGES, all the Swiss people STILL, he lamented bitterly, identify as SWISS.  If the Swiss all still have this deep Nationalistic pride and identity, imagine how much harder it will be to purge Nationalism from the Germans, or, THE FRENCH!

Topic 2: Typical woman…

They then started talking about the speakers at the conference.  One was a Dutch female law professor.  “Is she straight?” “Yeah, she’s straight. And she expects to be submitted to because of her gender!” I laughed out loud.

Topic 3:  Law by Stealth

The fag then began to hold forth on how much appreciated the presentation of the Swiss guy, particularly the tactic of “Law By Stealth”, and how well that concept “fits in with our project”.  Indeed.  Also with Bergoglio’s project.  Law By Stealth.  It’s their own term, kids.  Start using it.  That is what all of this crap is.

Topic 4: Was he a threat?

The fag then asked the table who “the man in the back, with the long hair, that asked the questions” was.  Someone answered, “He’s English”. The fag then asked, “Is he a threat?”  Because people who ask substantive questions are “a threat”.

Topic 5: The Goal Is Global Fascism

The Swiss lawyer, it turns out, also has a private practice. When the Fag started talking about how all “private law” is really just a subset of the “imperial governmental” paradigm, and cited ICANN as his example, the Swiss came right out and said that the only possible model is total global control of all trade and businesses. Global Fascism.  He said the “biggest player” is the “OMNIPOTENT REGULATOR”, which can be the “good company”, that is a company that is fully controlled by and submissive to the state, “that is so powerful” that it becomes the de facto regulator.  His example?  You guessed it: Apple.

Got that: the only possible model is “total global control of all trade and businesses”. Globalism is a superset of Fascism. Everyone who is not staunchly and unavowedly nationalist, even those nice, conservative civic nationalists, even those libertarian free traders, even those anarchist antifa, are servants, witting or unwitting, of the GloCoFa ideology. They are parts of the great machine of Global Corporate Fascism.

And as for Law by Stealth, is there any doubt that globalism is simply the latest incarnation of neo-babelism inspired by the god of this world, constructed upon a foundation of lies?

“I saw it coming”

Pewdiepie correctly understands that it is his Internet audience that matters, not the media, and not the gatekeepers. He provides a powerful example for Milo, and for every other independent thinker who is not going to be lifted up and protected by the SJW-amenable authorities.

We don’t need the Wall Street Journal. We don’t need Disney. We don’t need the Media Corpocracy or the Six Corpocrats who own 90 percent of it.

We are here to disrupt them and replace them, not to join them and work for them as creative serfs.

The coordinated corpocratic attack on Pewdiepie is a high-profile object lesson straight out of SJWAL: no matter who you are, no matter how big you are, no matter how many fans and followers you have, if you threaten the Narrative in any way, even inadvertently, you will be attacked, discredited, disqualified, and, if possible, destroyed.

Don’t think you won’t be. Stand up and fight or submit and serve. Those are your choices.

SJW thugs injure professor

Violent anti-speech SJWs attack Charles Murray and Middlebury College professor:

Middlebury College Professor Allison Stanger was injured by protesters Thursday evening as she was escorting a controversial speaker from campus. She was treated at Porter Hospital and released.

Charles Murray, a political scientist who has been criticized for his views on race and intelligence, was invited to speak on campus by a student group. He was greeted late Thursday afternoon outside McCullough Student Center by hundreds of protesters, and inside Wilson Hall, students turned their backs to him when he got up to speak.

College officials led Murray to another location and a closed circuit broadcast showed him being interviewed by Stanger, the Russell J. Leng ’60 Professor of International Politics and Economics.

As Stanger, Murray and a college administrator left McCullough Student Center last evening following the event, they were “physically and violently confronted by a group of protestors,” according to Bill Burger, the college’s vice president for communications and marketing

Burger said college public safety officers managed to get Stanger and Murray into the administrator’s car.

“The protestors then violently set upon the car, rocking it, pounding on it, jumping on and try to prevent it from leaving campus,” he said. “At one point a large traffic sign was thrown in front of the car. Public Safety officers were able, finally, to clear the way to allow the vehicle to leave campus.

This almost makes me want to do a college speech tour, accompanied by dozens of armed, trained VFM. The Right needs to stop playing victim and start imposing its will. Remember, if they’re not calling you Hitler, you’re not even trying.

I THINK I’ve got this one

There have been three distinct back-and-forth swings, but thus far, I think I’ve got the upper hand again in S18. Ender has one last chance to take the building, but I don’t think he has enough good order troops or supporting firepower to crack it and still move troops in to take control.

So far the heroes have been DER KOMMISSAR in R2, the conscripts in O5, and the MMG squad in P2. DER KOMMISSAR is definitely receiving the Hero of the Soviet Union for his efforts in turning back not one, but two fierce attacks before being forced to retreat to the building being utilized for rallying the troops. I’ve been annoying Ender by quoting Falco and sending YouTube video links to Falco songs every time DER KOMMISSAR throws back another desperate German attack or shakes off a 2MC.

And yes, that should be an Area Acquisition counter in P3. Fortunately, the AT gun may not be necessary, as the two unbroken squads in O5 are facing a 1MC and the Prep Firing MMG maintained rate. Ender isn’t out of it

UPDATE: It’s over. One German squad in O4 survived the MMG, which overheated and broke after maintaining rate three straight attacks, but heroic conscripts killed the leader to break it with an LLMC, and the squad in O6 broke the LMG-equipped squad, both with 4-evens leading to 1MCs. I was able to advance three squads plus the 8-0 into P3, so after Ender’s other leader failed to rally, he conceded, as there was no way a 7-0 and a single squad with an LMG was going to be able to dislodge me from both building hexes and control them.

For being only six turns, it was a good back-and-forth scenario. Other than failing to deploy his demolition charge, Ender played pretty well, and had DER KOMISSAR broken instead of his two leaders, he might well have won. On the other hand, if one squad hadn’t self-rallied, I might have been able to push forward far enough in the south to have eliminated, rather than merely broken, two entire platoons of first-rate German troops for failure to rout.

As others have learned in non-ASL contexts, I tend to favor an aggressively reactive defense. Those with the eyes to see can probably observe the double envelopment taking shape, albeit with a hard center rather than a soft one.

Do what we want and we promise to be nice

Do they really think the God-Emperor is likely to fall for what has to be the third-oldest card in the SJW deck?

For about the thousandth—or is it the millionth?—time, the editorial page of the Wall Street Journal has attacked Donald Trump. But this time there’s a twist. The Journal’s latest hit-piece targets Trump’s top advisers, Stephen K. Bannon and Stephen Miller, both champions of the populist nationalist policies that propelled Trump to victory.

In their February 27 editorial, the Journal’s editorial board argues that President Trump is acceptable only if he supports the Journal-approved agenda of tax cuts and deregulation, which Trump does. However, Trump’s signature issues of economic nationalism and border security are most definitely not acceptable. The Journal calls these positions “Bannonism”—and that’s not meant as a compliment to Steve.

In reality, the Journal knows that “Bannonism” is really just “Trumpism.” Trump embraced economic nationalism and border security long before he ever met Bannon or Miller, whom he refers to as “my two Steves.”  Of course, that’s why the Journal’s editorialists have opposed Trump all along. But now they’re pretending that Trump could be forgiven for his populism, if only he rids himself of his two Steves.

What is funny is when you find yourself on both sides of this wheedling offer. SJWs were trying to get me to disavow Roosh at the same time others were trying to get Milo and Mike Cernovich to disavow me.

Needless to say, no one bit. The Left clearly thinks our memories are regularly erased on the same short-term schedule as theirs are.

Building the perfect woman

It would probably, quite rightly, appall more than a few feminists to know that young women have been raised on the basis of my observations concerning feminism. But unlike the angry omegas of the West, I don’t hate American women.

I do not despise American women. Quite to the contrary, I very much admire those who possess the courage, the character and the feminine spirit to reject the poisoned propaganda of the self-destructive Sisterhood and be women. It requires far more genuine strength and independence for a young American woman to become a lady today than it does for her to devolve into a faux male – those who manage the feat are princesses for whom a man might well wish to slay a dragon or three.

It is hard, very hard, for American girls to go against the tsunami of equalitarian propaganda and social pressure to which they are subjected. And yet, some of them manage it all the same. They are not only to be praised and celebrated, they are to be emulated.

Because they are the gateway to the future. Victory will not be achieved without them.

The US belongs to all nations

Not to Americans, or to the natives of the land:

Iran’s former hard-line President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sent a letter Sunday to President Donald Trump, striking a somewhat conciliatory tone while applauding immigration to America and saying it shows “the contemporary U.S. belongs to all nations.”

It isn’t the first dispatch sent by Ahmadinejad, who has counted U.S. Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama among his pen pals.

But this letter, weighing in at over 3,500 words, comes as criticism of Trump over his travel ban affecting seven Muslim-majority countries including Iran mounts in Tehran. It also may serve to burnish Ahmadinejad’s image domestically after the nation’s Supreme Leader warned him not to run in Iran’s upcoming May presidential election.

In the letter, published by Iranian media outlets, Ahmadinejad noted Trump won the election while he “truthfully described the U.S. political system and electoral structure as corrupt.”

Ahmadinejad decried U.S. “dominance” over the United Nations, as well as American meddling in the world that has brought “insecurity, war, division, killing and (the) displacement of nations.”

He also acknowledged the some 1 million people of Iranian descent living in America, saying that U.S. policies should “value respect toward the diversity of nations and races.”

“In other words, the contemporary U.S. belongs to all nations, including the natives of the land,” he wrote. “No one may consider themselves the owner and view others as guests or immigrants.”

One would think that the fact that foreigners from Portugal, Libya, and Iran, from Hoyt to Gaddafi to Ahmadinejad, so fervently endorse the concept of American civic nationalism, would give the American adherents of the Zeroth Amendment, Magic Dirt, the Melting Pot, Proposition Nationalism, and the sacred teachings of Judeo-Christ a moment’s pause.

But, of course, it doesn’t. Because what passes for the civic nationalist’s reasoning has absolutely nothing to do with reason, much less the copious and well-documented facts of history. The basis for the civic nationalist’s civic nationalism is nothing more than wanting to believe that they are a good person, as defined by their adherence to the false historical propaganda of self-serving foreigners. And that submission to the false historical narrative is their gateway drug to the complete abandonment of the truth that is social justice convergence.

What was Gaius Julius Caesar but a Celt born in Rome, after all?

“We all bleed red,” the President, himself a civic nationalist, says. But kangaroos and buffalo also bleed red, which makes it a nonsensical metric for defining marsupials, mammals, or Americans. It is, of course, nothing more than rhetoric designed to appeal to the unthinking civic nationalists and make them feel good.

When Ahmadinejad says that “the contemporary US belongs to all nations”, he is stating openly that there is no American nation. Interestingly enough, and unlike most civic nationalists, he is precise enough to distinguish between America 1.0 and America 3.0. But the reason that he, and various other enemies of America, have so eagerly adopted the universalist idea of “everyone is an American” is because it harms the actual American nation, which is already fragmented and unable to  clearly distinguish between itself and the rest of the world.

The 100-year psychological destruction of the American nation is one of the greatest psychological operations in history, and if you are a civic nationalist, then you need to know that you are an active participant in the destruction of the very nation and the very society that you claim to love.

A cannot be Not-A. American can never be Not-American. That is reason. That is logic. That is historical fact. To claim otherwise is to take the first step into the illogic that leads to madness, habitual dishonesty, and self-delusion.
