Patrick and I wrapped up volume II of Archangels: The Fall yesterday. We pushed it way too close to the wire, as we were still writing the final text only hours before we were scheduled to upload it to the printers. But it’s easier to mess with the words than with the pictures and I’m used to having to work with very tight deadlines, so it worked out fine. The only real danger is that there’s not much chance to check for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors on the last few pages, but as is probably clear from my column and this blog, I never check for them anyhow.
