Instead of simply admitting that she was wrong when she erroneously claimed that a BBC propaganda piece aimed at children was “pretty accurate”, UK “historian” Mary Beard is continuing to cry, and her supporters are continuing to move the goalposts as they attempt to salvage her tattered reputation.

The whining continues

English “historian” Mary Beard is still whining about the pushback she received for incorrectly claiming that a multiracial Roman British family was “typical”, as portrayed in a BBC children’s cartoon.

Mary Beard has spoken about the “Twitterstorm” of abuse she received after arguing that Roman Britain was ethnically diverse.

The historian and television presenter said she received a “torrent of aggressive insults” for days after she said a BBC schools video that depicted a high-ranking solider and a father of a Roman Britain family as being black to be “pretty accurate”.

She argued that the character in the BBC cartoon was loosely based on “Quintus Lollius Urbicus, a man from what is now Algeria, who became governor of Britain.”

She spoke against the “rubbish” arguments about genetic evidence from alt-right commentators and their “desire for certainty” when it came to historical information that was not always possible to ascertain, such as the population of Britain during the Roman empire and the ethnic make-up.

“It also feels very sad to me that we cannot have a reasonable discussion on such a topic as the cultural ethnic composition of Roman Britain without resorting to unnecessary insult, abuse, misogyny and language of war not debate (and that includes one senior academic),” she wrote in the Times Literary Supplement. She was referring to comments from  Nicholas Nassim Taleb who accused her of “bullsh*tting”.

I don’t think her new book is going to help restore her reputation any time soon. Best response: “It would explain all the dead white wives.”

In the meantime, Cambridge University has doubled down and released a Faculty Statement.


Faculty statement responding to the online debate of ethnic diversity in Roman Britain

Roman Britain has long been an important part of the teaching and research in the Faculty of Classics. The question of ethnic diversity in the province has been getting unusual amounts of attention recently. Professor Mary Beard has been at the centre of some of this attention. In the Faculty we welcome and encourage public interest in, and reasoned debate about, the ancient world, such as Professor Beard has always sought to encourage. The evidence is in fact overwhelming that Roman Britain was indeed a multi-ethnic society. This was not, of course, evenly spread through the province, and it would have been infinitely more noticeable — it can be assumed — in an urban or military context than in a rural one. There are, however, still significant gaps in our understanding. New scientific evidence (including but not limited to genetic data) offers exciting ways forward, but it needs to be interpreted carefully.

Too low to parent

Speaking of IQ, apparently an average 69 IQ is insufficiently intelligent to care for children in Oregon.

Controversy as Oregon couple are forced to give up their children to social services after they were deemed ‘not intelligent enough’ to care for the babies. Amy Fabbrini, 31, and Eric Ziegler, 38, had both of their children taken into foster care, the youngest right after he was born in the hospital. After taking a required IQ test, Ziegler scored a meager 66 and Fabbrini a 72. The IQ of the average person ranges anywhere from 90-110. Domestic abuse and neglect were not factors in the custody case, but didn’t need to be, according to a report.

This indicates that 15.9 percent of all Black Americans, and 2.6 percent of all White Americans, are not intelligent enough to be permitted to raise children by Oregonian standards. I tend to doubt they were intending to establish that principle, but that’s what the bell curve dictates.

The marketing possibilities are endless! Also, newsflash! People lie to survey-takers about politically correct issues:

A 2012 study by the Pew Research Center found that interracial marriages in the U.S. had doubled between 1980 and 2010 to about 15 percent, and just 11 percent of respondents disapproved of interracial marriage.

But new research from the University of Washington suggests that reported acceptance of interracial marriage masks deeper feelings of discomfort—even disgust—that some feel about mixed-race couples. Published online in July in the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology and co-authored by UW postdoctoral researcher Caitlin Hudac, the study found that bias against interracial couples is associated with disgust that in turn leads interracial couples to be dehumanized.

Lead author Allison Skinner, a UW postdoctoral researcher, said she undertook the study after noting a lack of in-depth research on bias toward interracial couples.

“I felt like the polls weren’t telling the whole story,” said Skinner, a researcher in the UW’s Institute for Learning & Brain Sciences.

The research involved three experiments. In the first, 152 college students were asked a series of questions about relationships, including how disgusted they felt about various configurations of interracial relationships and about their own willingness to have an interracial romance. The participants overall showed high levels of acceptance and low levels of disgust about interracial relationships, and pointed to a strong negative correlation between the two.

In the second experiment, the researchers showed 19 undergraduate students wedding and engagement photos of 200 interracial and same-race couples while recording their neural activity. The researchers asked the students to quickly indicate whether each couple should be included in a future study on relationships, a task that was intended to ensure participants were socially evaluating the couples while their neural activity was recorded.

Participants responded faster to images of same-race couples and selected them more often for inclusion in the study. More significantly, Skinner said, participants showed higher levels of activation in the insula—an area of the brain routinely implicated in the perception and experience of disgust—while viewing images of interracial couples.

“That indicates that viewing images of interracial couples evokes disgust at a neural level,” Skinner said.

As with all neuroscience studies, Skinner said, it is impossible to be certain whether the insula activation reflected a disgust response, since the insula is sometimes responsive to other emotions. But in combination with the other experiments, the authors believe it is evidence of a neural disgust response.

This part cracked me up: “Some people are still not comfortable with interracial relationships, or at least they’re a lot less comfortable than they would appear to be,” she said. “Acknowledging these biases is the first step to figuring out why people feel that way and determining what can be done so they won’t.”

What’s the point of attempting to neutralize the natural human disgust response? Why, it’s obvious!

Step 1: Fix the instinctive human reaction to interracial couples by artificially suppressing the disgust instinct.

Step 2: Launch Eau de Poopy perfume.

Regression to the mean

This is the statistical reality that will always confound the civic nationalists and their ideals of uplift. Iron Spartan comments concerning a couple with whom he is acquainted.

There are a pair of black doctors married to each other at a local hospital. They have two sons and a daughter. With every advantage normally associated with whites, one son failed out of high school, (which is an achievement on its own in the current education environment) went to prison for stealing cars and breaking into houses shortly after his 18th birthday, the other son made it into college and failed out by midterms, and the daughter has two kids by different daddies before she turned 18.

It doesn’t matter how well you train the cat to fetch or teach the dog to use the litter box. Their kittens and puppies are naturally going to revert to what is normal behavior for their kind if they are not subjected to exactly the same training by external forces that their parents were. It is one of the great ironies of the Civil Rights movement that racism, segregation, and the continuous repression of the black minority may have been the primary contributor to keeping the black family together in the USA.

Conservatives always like to blame the Great Society for the demise of the black family, but the reality is that the influence of its perverse incentives were relatively limited. It appears that the most destructive aspect of the Great Society, in this particular regard, is that it permitted African-Americans to return to the dyscivilizational social arrangments historically preferred in African culture.

Every race has its exceptional individuals. Every race has statistical aberrations who should not be judged by the general stereotypes and averages. But societal policies that are made on the basis of exceptions and aberrations are almost guaranteed to be disastrous, whether the outliers are to the right or the left side of the Bell Curve.

The blessings of immigration

Acid-throwing attacks are popular in Pakistan:

A GROWING and worrying trend of acid-throwing attacks in Pakistan has seen a surge of women left with disfigured faces and left blinded for life. When a young, bright and highly intelligent woman from the district of Rawalpindi, in Pakistan was raped, there was a hushed and uneasy quiet that fell amongst the village whenever she passed through. She decided to ignore it, and shunned it aside as this is the attitude many people in India and Pakistan towards rape. They do not blame the attacker, but the victim herself.

No less than a few weeks after, the young woman who was slowly trying to adapt and recover from her initial horrific rape attack, found herself doubled up in pain in an alleyway screaming for help as her face and eyes burned, one late afternoon coming home. The reason? As the young woman had brought shame to her family, for being raped she was now no longer pure and thought of as dirty…. The young woman, who has fled Pakistan to come to Scotland, admits she finds it difficult to get out there and socialize with people.

Now see if you can guess what’s happening in the country where Pakistanis have been immigrating?

A horrific wave of acid attacks have overtaken London, leaving victims gruesomely disfigured and suffering life-altering injuries amid a growing trend that’s seen the corrosive liquid become the weapon of choice for British attackers…. The use of acid in attacks has even spread to children as young as 12 who have been arming themselves with substances “for self-defense.”

“British.” Sure they are. What are they contributing beyond acid attacks, child molesting, rape, and societal destruction? They have to go back. Every single last one. Only true Western nationals should be permitted residence in other Western countries. And even they should not be given full citizenship, let alone voting rights.

Educating orcs

It’s mostly impossible. So why even bother?

King’s College London will replace busts and portraits of its founding fathers with ethnic minorities amid pressure from students, according to a dean. The world famous institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience plans to move portraits of former faculty staff from the main entrance wall.

They will be replaced with likenesses of more black and minority ethnic scholars, it has been reported. The decision follows concern among academics that the current teaching is too ‘intimidating’ for ethnic minorities.

It’s not too intimidating, it’s simply too difficult because they’re not intelligent enough, on average, to grasp the required concepts. After 50 years of constant dumbing-down to no avail, at what point are the universities going to finally recognize the obvious fact that orcs cannot, in general, be educated? They just can’t. The evidence is overwhelming. It is not even remotely deniable any longer, not even by the most generously inclined.

Sure, there are exceptional individuals from low-IQ minority groups. That doesn’t mean that MIT and Caltech should change their academic programs to accommodate the average individual simply because there are the occasional +4SD and +5SD individuals capable of handling them.

Transfer is not a dirty word

Richard Spencer justifies the ethnic cleansing of America in a truly shocking article:

Raise your hand if you were shocked at the breakdown of the so-called Civil Rights Movement. If you are raising your hand, give yourself a nice, hard slap across the chops. Maybe that will wake you up from your reverie of self-delusion.

The Civil Rights Movement was doomed from the start. The Black enmity for Whites and the United States of America allows for neither justice nor peace.

Here is the bottom line: If you believe that a white ethnostate has a right to exist, then you must allow America to transfer the Blacks and the Hispanics from the 50 States proper. It’s an ugly solution, but it is the only solution. And it is far less ugly than the prospect of bloody conflict ad infinitum. When two populations are constantly enmeshed in conflict, it is insane to suggest that somehow deep-seated ideological change will miraculously occur, allowing the two sides to live together.

Unfortunately, this insanity is generally accepted as “the only way forward.” President Trump accepts it because it is politically palatable. The Blacks and Hispanics accept it because for them, it is a Trojan horse. The whites accept it because they are afraid that if they expel the Blacks and Hispanics, they will be called racists.

For anyone who is white, being called a racist is unspeakably terrible. That is the secret weapon of the Blacks. Any time the whites get wise and threaten to address the problem, the Blacks pull out their big stick, equating white self-interest with racism. Their cartoons draw nooses and white hoods and cry Holocaust. Their newspapers call the God-Emperor another Adolf Hitler. Their spokespeople cry “Genocide!” And whites cower in fear that they could be equated with their racist grandparents.

White Americans don’t realize that expelling a hostile population is a commonly used and generally effective way of preventing violent entanglements. There are no gas chambers here. It’s not genocide; it’s transfer. It’s not Hitler; it’s Churchill.

After World War II, Poland was recreated by the Allied Powers. In doing so, the Allies sliced off a chunk of Germany and extended Poland west to the Oder-Neisse line. Anywhere from 3.5 million to 9 million Germans were forcibly expelled from the new Polish territory and relocated in Germany.

British Prime Minister Winston Churchill was pleased with the result. In 1944, he had explained to the House of Commons that “expulsion is the method which, so far as we have been able to see, will be the most satisfactory and lasting. There will be no mixture of populations to cause endless trouble … a clean sweep will be made. I am not alarmed by the prospect of the disentanglement of populations, nor even by these large transferences, which are more possible in modern conditions than they ever were before.” Churchill was right. The Germans accepted the new border, and decades of conflict between Poles and Germans ended.

Ethnic conflict in America is exponentially more volatile than German-Polish conflict ever was. And the solution is far easier. If there was “room in Germany for the German populations of East Prussia and of the other territories,” as Churchill stated, there is certainly room in the spacious Black states of Africa for 37 million African-Americans and the roomy Spanish-speaking countries states of Central and South America for 60 million Hispanics. If Germans, who had a centuries-old connection to the newly created Polish territory, could be expelled, then surely Blacks and Hispanics, whose claim to be Americans is dubious at best, can be expelled.

It’s time to stop being squeamish. White Americans are not Nazis. Transfer is not genocide. And anything else isn’t a solution.

Oh, sorry, my mistake. It appears I was a little confused. That wasn’t Richard Spencer writing about America, advocating the expulsion of Blacks and Hispanics. That was (((Ben Shapiro))) writing about Israel, advocating the expulsion of Palestinians and Israeli-Arabs.

I can’t help but wonder: is the Littlest Chickenhawk is also willing to publicly defend the necessity and morality of transferring US Jews to Israel?

The cost of Black America

If you are a white American, over the course of your lifetime the federal government will, on average and on your behalf, transfer $384,109 of your wealth and income to a single black individual.

According to the data derived from the 2014 federal budget, the average annual net tax/benefit broke down as follows:

  • White: -$2,795
  • Black: +$10,016

Over the course of an average 79-year lifespan, a white individual contributes a net $220,805 to the system, whereas over the course of an average 75-year lifespan, a black individual receives a net $751,200. However, since there are 4.6 times more whites than blacks in the USA, the black share has to be divided among the various contributors to sort out a one-to-one comparison.

So, the net cost to the average White American of the average Black American is $384,109. Married? That’s $768,218. Got 2 kids? That’s $1,536,436. 4 kids? Now we’re talking $2,304,654 lifetime.

Diversity is expensive. Now you understand why you won’t have much of an inheritance to leave to your children. Do you really think it’s worth it? And then, those natural conservatives to the south, the Hispanics, will surely improve the situation, right? After all, immigration helps the economy! Well, not so much.

  • Hispanic: +7,298

In fact, because there are more Hispanics in the USA than Blacks, Hispanics are already a bigger cumulative net drain on the economy, $411,950,000,000 to $389,710,000,000. Needless to say, the ongoing demographic change from a predominantly white society to a less productive, less white one can be expected to have even more serious negative effects on the long-term economic prospects of the United States that it already has.

To quote the original author: “The negative fiscal impact of blacks and hispanics is significant. All of this discussion of a “national debt” and “deficit” is primarily of function of blacks and hispanics. Without them, we would be running budget surpluses today, even when keeping the military the same size.”

Threatening violence

Ps: All y’all from Vox Day who spammed our website today, just know we have your IP address and have passed it along to the authorities. Many in law enforcement are VERY interested in racist groups like the Alt-Right.

At first, we assumed that it was a troll pretending to be an Oathkeeper, given the absurd posturing of the commenter and the inaccurate information it contained. But then we looked up the IP address of the commenter and learned that it pointed to Hamilton, Montana. A search for Oathkeepers connected to Montana revealed that one of the members of their Board of Directors, Greg McWhirter, is a Montana resident.

Greg McWhirter was born and raised in the inner city of Indianapolis. He served as a Marion County for 11 years until 2015, when he took a law enforcement position in Montana.

Of course, Montana is a big state. But a little more searching revealed a Gregory McWhirter who lives in Hamilton, Montana, and previously lived in Indianapolis.

It looks as if we may have our culprit. I have contacted two of the Oathkeepers’ Directors today to ask them to investigate the incident, and, if Mr. McWhirter is indeed determined to be the responsible party, learn if they endorse this kind of behavior on the part of their Directors. Depending upon their response, we may also consider lodging a complaint with the Hamilton police concerning what appears to be a violation of Montana’s privacy in communications act.

45-8-213. Privacy in communications. (1) “Except as provided in 69-6-104, a person commits the offense of violating privacy in communications if the person knowingly or purpose”
(a) “with the purpose to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy, or offend, communicates with a person by telephone or electronic mail and uses obscene, lewd, or profane language, suggests a lewd or lascivious act, or threatens to inflict injury or physical harm to the person or property of the person. The use of obscene, lewd, or profane language or the making of a threat or lewd or lascivious suggestions is prima facie evidence of an intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy, or offend.”
