The Toad of Tor calls John Wright a liar

Another reminder that SJWs always lie:

This is all fine, but have you heard @pnh or @tnielsenhayden deny it? Any of it? Hmmm? @jenphalian
    — Steven Brust ‏@StevenBrust September 11, 2015

@tnielsenhayden @pnh @jenphalian As for JCW, um, if he tells me it’s summer, I’m gonna play the odds and grab my snow shovel.
    — Steven Brust ‏@StevenBrust September 11, 2015

@StevenBrust @pnh @jenphalian Apparently JCW’s unique version of Christianity doesn’t include the bit about not bearing false witness.
    — tnielsenhayden (@tnielsenhayden) September 11, 2015

@StevenBrust @pnh @jenphalian Here’s a denial: Patrick didn’t even raise his voice to Jagi Lamplighter. JCW fabricated the entire story.
    — tnielsenhayden (@tnielsenhayden) September 12, 2015

@StevenBrust @pnh @jenphalian Lamplighter’s the one who got warned that she was pushing the limits on the convention’s code of conduct.
    — tnielsenhayden (@tnielsenhayden) September 12, 2015

Now, I wonder why PNH suddenly has the Toad of Tor out lying on his behalf and attempting to change the narrative concerning the abusive and unprofessional behavior of the Senior Editor of Tor Books at Sasquan last month?

It appears to me that Tor Books has given Mr. Wright yet another legitimate cause for complaint about the Nielsen Haydens, as they are publicly attacking both his reputation and his wife now. And in the unlikely event that PNH isn’t hiding behind TNH, someone should really tell him to get his toad on a leash, assuming he can find a collar big enough to circumnavigate that swollen throat.

As for me, it’s one more reason to continue to refrain from buying anything that is published by Tor Books.

SJWs always double down

Seriously, SJWs will even defend self-admitted pedophiles so long as the pedophiles dutifully adhere to the Narrative:

Chris Kluwe ‏@ChrisWarcraft
This is well written, and #Gamergate’rs, in case it wasn’t blatantly obvious, I support @srhbutts. Go drink bleach.

@voxday How’s it going with your Nazi buddies over there? You guys win that culture war yet? I’m sure it’ll be any day now.

 Vox Day ‏@voxday
@ChrisWarcraft Better than it’s going with your pedophile pals. Has your wife filed a restraining order to keep you away from children yet?

Chris Kluwe ‏@ChrisWarcraft
@voxday Lol, nine hours and that was the best you could do? No wonder No Award kicked your ass at writing.

Vox Day ‏@voxday
.@ChrisWarcraft Is it hard to make the school run when you’re not legally allowed within 100 feet of the building?

Chris Kluwe ‏@ChrisWarcraft
@voxday Tell me, how does it feel watching your “movement” collapse in real time? Do the rats claw at you on their way off the ship?

Vox Day ‏@voxday
.@ChrisWarcraft Tell me, do you see yourself as a misunderstood child inside or are you just a straight-out sexual predator?

Chris Kluwe ‏@ChrisWarcraft
@voxday Now you’re just being boring. I have no time for boring. Back to the mute cage! Don’t worry, I’ll let you out after you calm down.

Vox Day ‏@voxday
.@ChrisWarcraft One certainly wouldn’t want to cut into your special time uploading pictures to your pedophile pals. Run away now, run away!

Strangely enough, Kluwe decided it was best to end the exchange there. Quelle surprise. But SJW doubling-down is not just limited to Twitter. From Publishers Weekly comes the shocking news that the leading SJW publisher in science fiction has just signed a leading SJW to publish an SJW-message fiction novel. With EPH on the way, I think we can safely predict what one of the two Tor entrants for the 2018 Best Novel will be.

Post-scarcity was interesting when Stross tackled it in Accelerando. Doctorow desperately wants to be considered an Important Thinker, but he simply doesn’t have the intellect for it. He’s much better at marketing himself than he is at actually coming up with anything new or even interesting.

Novelist and outspoken open-source advocate Cory Doctorow sold North American rights to a new novel, Utopia, to Patrick Nielsen Hayden at Tor Books. Hayden brokered the deal with Russell Galen at Scovil Galen Ghosh Literary Agency, and Tor is planning to publish the title in early 2017. The novel, which marks Doctorow’s first solo adult fiction effort since 2009’s Makers, is set in the latter part of this century; Hayden described it as a “big, sprawling story” about what happens when advancements in technology make peace and abundance for all a possibility, allowing humans to “simply walk away from the systems of work and coercive authority that have run the world since agriculture began.”

UPDATE: Of course, it’s not only SJWs who can double down.

21-2

I have to say, I haven’t seen my team this confident since we were the two-time league champions. Our second game was against the other new team in the league, and although they’d lost 4-2 to our arch-rivals, last year’s second-place team, the word was that it was only because they’d played all 19 players and the weaker substitutes let them down in the second half.

Somewhat to my surprise, I started at attacker, although I came out after 20 minutes with us up 1-0. At halftime, we were up 3-0 and in control of the game, so much so that after losing two of their players to injury, they asked if they could borrow a player. Since I’d already played, our captain offered me, and they put me in at left midfield, where I promptly intercepted a pass and very nearly scored against my own team.

To illustrate the gap in talent between the two teams, I am the worst starter on my team, but I was the second-best player on their team. Their only attack was me combining with their center mid, and if I hadn’t been defending on the left side, we would have had at least three more goals. I have no idea what happened to their left defender, but at several points I found myself defending our right defender, our right mid, and a striker by myself. We won 7-1, but it could have easily been 14-1.

The third game was against our neighbors, who are always overmatched but nevertheless play us surprisingly tough. They even beat us at their place 2-1 last year thanks to some poor substitutions on our part combined with a pair of late corner kicks. They are old, fat, and slow, but highly skilled, and their slow pace has tended to disrupt our game the last two years. We had all three of the younger strikers present and our captain elected to start at striker, so I figured I’d play in the second half, but instead I found myself starting at right mid.

(This is why it is important to show that you can play different positions, as you’ll always get plenty of playing time if you are willing and able to play wherever the team needs you. The only four positions I can’t play at this level are the two center mids and the two central defenders; I can play goalie and once even stopped a penalty shot in a game.)

The first 15 minutes were much the same as in previous years. We controlled the ball but couldn’t do anything with it. The right defender was the guy who is usually the substitute and he put us in danger once by charging forward at the wrong time without telling me; a quick reversal would have given their left midfielder a very good chance if the cross hadn’t been too long. But not long after that our captain got a through ball, and for once I remembered to chase after him, knowing that he’s lately shown a tendency to drill the ball directly at the keeper. He did, and the ball rebounded right where I anticipated, but too high to volley. It was also too low to head, so I hit it with my knee just inside the box and somehow managed to put it in the upper right corner. 1-0 and the dam was broken.

I took myself out about five minutes later, as we had plenty of substitutes and I was winded from controlling the left side. By the time I went back in at striker around the middle of the second half, it was already 5-1. We blew about 10 more opportunities, two of them my fault, as my shots beat the goalie twice but curved wide left of the post. Even so, we ended up winning 7-1, giving us nine points to start the season and a three-game goal difference of 19. We haven’t faced any real tests yet, but our confidence is sky-high and I’m quite looking forward to our game against last year’s champions. We beat them and tied them in our two games last year, so I’ll be very disappointed if we can’t beat them twice this year.

The secret of our success this year appears to be a combination of our strikers being able to capitalize on their chances and our midfielders’ ability to control the wings. I don’t think there has been a single chance created from either the left side or the right so far this season; the biggest change is that we now have four outside midfielders who are capable of attacking, then getting back on defense.

On board the Trump train

Donald Trump addresses the only issue that matters:

Donald Trump estimated that it will take 18 months to two years to get the roughly 11 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally to leave the country, and that he would then build a wall running along the border with Mexico.

The businessman’s statement made on a call with Alabama Republicans Thursday night added a bit of specificity to the Republican presidential frontrunner’s hardline stance on immigration. Mr. Trump released a six-page policy paper on immigration last month, and reporters have asked for details about how it would work since….

On the call, Mr. Trump was asked for details about how long it would
take to round up illegal immigrants living in the U.S., with the
questioner asking if five or ten years was an appropriate timeframe. Mr.
Trump said his two year benchmark could be met with “really good
management.”

“We have to get them out. If we have wonderful cases, they can come
back in but they have to come back in legally,” Mr. Trump said in an
audio clip posted on YouTube Thursday night by a person on the call.

Mr. Trump’s plan has been denounced by Democrats and many rival
Republicans, who have called it impractical and immoral, among other
criticisms. Mr. Trump said he would remove illegal immigrants from the country
“so fast that your head will spin,” and long before he could embark on
his plan to build a wall spanning the 1,900 mile border between the U.S.
and Mexico.

That’s good enough for me. I’d like to see him pledge to begin deporting legal immigrants, but that would probably be too much for the average voter and deporting 11 million invaders is considerably better than any other candidate, Republican or Democrat, is going to do. And furthermore, it’s worth noting that Trump said he intends to deport ALL the illegal invaders, the 11 million is merely an estimate.

It doesn’t matter what else Trump thinks or how crazy his policies might be. Immigration is now the only issue that matters to America. There is simply no justification for supporting any other Republican candidate. Is it possible that he’s lying? Sure. But we KNOW all the other Republican candidates are, especially Carson, who is anti-gun.

When diversity is inevitable

Relax and enjoy it, ladies. I have less than zero sympathy for all of the American and European women who are going to be mugged, raped, and murdered by the immigrants they so graciously wanted to give residence in their countries. You wanted to help them, well, guess what? You’re going to be helping them the same way that cows help McDonald’s customers. And don’t expect those of us who opposed the invasion from the start to lift a finger to help you.

Stepping up to a cash point in central Paris on Wednesday, a woman is summarily mugged by two teenage Roma gypsies. Showing no fear or shame, and not even bothering to disguise their identities, they push her away and help themselves to cash before calmly walking away.

The unidentified victim shouts out, and manages to grab one her assailants by her jumper at one point, but is otherwise powerless to stop the assault.

Nobody bothers intervening in a crime that has become an everyday occurrence in the most popular tourist city in the world – one visited by hundreds of thousands of Britons every year.

The shocking pictures are particularly embarrassing to the Paris authorities because they were taken just a few hundred yards from a high-profile trial publicised as a clampdown on the growing menace posed by Roma gangs.

The Correctional Court at the city’s Palais de Justice has heard how Romanians Mariana Gandac, 25, and Sandra Baciu, 35 – both known as the ‘Queen of the Thieves’- coordinated thefts which were worth hundreds of thousands of pounds every year.

All took place around historic symbols of France including the Louvre museum, Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral, which is just across the Seine River from today’s attack. Seventeen defendants aged between 17 and 46, including Roma teenagers, deny theft and being members of a criminal enterprise. The vast majority are gypsies like Gandac and Baciu who allegedly preyed on crowds of foreigners, stealing their money and valuables.

Others on trial include one French security guard who allegedly ‘turned a blind eye’ to what was going on in return for bribes.

Governments that won’t defend their borders aren’t going to stop the inevitable crime that follows either. Every idiot woman and every idiot man who supported opening the borders and “helping migrants” deserves to be victimized by the invaders they welcomed. And they don’t deserve any help from those they actively prevented from defending the borders.

“Asked to comment on the mugging, a Paris police spokesman said: ‘We will act on any reports of violence against anyone in the city. Everything possible is being done to clamp down on street crime.’”

Everything possible is already being done. So, what is going to happen, what is happening already, is inevitable. It was not only predictable, it was predicted. So don’t expect those who were, and are, prepared to defend ourselves, to defend you. You did this to yourselves. You are not our problem. And we already know that you’re going to get in the way of the solution, so we’re just going to leave you to the predators.

Enjoy the immigration, ladies. Enjoy the diversity.

Drowned kiddy propaganda

I don’t give a damn about drowned invaders, no matter what their age, and you shouldn’t either. It’s just globalist media rhetoric intended to manipulate your emotions. The father of the drowned kid that the media has been using to try to win support for the Islamic migrants is a human trafficker:

Zainab Abbas said Abdullah Kurdi had lied to the world after the image of his dead three-year-old son on a Turkish beach sparked a global outpouring of support for Syrian refugees.

“Yes, it was Abdullah Kurdi driving the boat,” Ms Abbas told Network Ten through her cousin Lara Tahseen today. Ms Abbas also lost two children when the boat capsized shortly after leaving Bodrum for the Greek islands.

After the tragedy, Mr Kurdi told the media he took over steering the boat after the captain panicked and jumped ship. But Ms Abbas said Mr Kurdi was the driver of the boat, and the man she paid to book her passage told her it would be safe because the driver was taking his wife and two children.

“When I lost my kids, I lost my life, how can he lie to the media?” her cousin Ms Tahseen said, translating for Ms Abbas.

“He said, ‘Please don’t dob me in.’ That was in the water.”

Ms Abbas said Mr Kurdi was speeding in the overcrowded boat, which did not have enough life jackets.

Deport them all. Before the ultras take power, as they will if this invasion is permitted to stand, and do something worse.

Peak American-Israelism

It looks as if the Learned Elders of Wye were correct to be concerned as the apex of Jewish influence in America they expected appears to have already passed:

Officials at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee knew the odds were against them in the fight to block President Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran from surviving a congressional vote. But the influential pro-Israel group threw itself into a nearly $30 million advertising and lobbying effort to kill the accord anyway.

On Thursday, the committee, known as Aipac, was handed a stinging defeat. After Mr. Obama mustered enough Democratic backing in the Senate to halt a vote on a resolution of disapproval against the deal, a group known for its political clout saw its power and reputation in Washington diminished.

“They failed — they couldn’t even get a vote,” said Clifford Kupchan, an Iran expert and the chairman of the Eurasia Group, a consulting firm, who noted that Aipac had gone “all in” and tried everything to stop the deal. “It’s among the biggest setbacks for Aipac in recent memory.”

The loss has raised difficult questions about the future of Aipac, a group formed in 1951 just a few years after the birth of Israel. Aipac has long drawn its political potency from its reservoirs of loyalty among members of both parties, but that bipartisan veneer all but vanished in recent weeks as the debate over the Iran deal became increasingly bitter.

Republicans lined up unanimously with Aipac against the accord, which Mr. Obama had made his top foreign policy priority. The vast majority of Democrats supported it.

It’s playing out exactly as I, and a few other contrarians, had warned them. The New Americans who are now the driving force in the Democratic Party view the Jews as dangerous and powerful rivals, not as poor oppressed refugees who are beyond all criticism, and they are totally immune to both Holocaustianity and accusations of anti-semitism. And while AIPAC still enjoys the lockstep loyalty of elected Republicans, its left-wing domestic politics, adventurist foreign policy, and pro-immigration stance means it is increasingly anathema to the Republican base.

It’s not the end for AIPAC. It remains a rich and powerful political influence. But it is the first indication that its days of dictating to the U.S. Congress are over and the trend lines clearly point downward.

I think I know the answer

But I’m going to ask anyhow. We’re working on getting the print edition of SJWAL together and I’d like to know whether folks here would prefer it in paperback or hardcover first. A number of you have stated your intention to buy it in order to give it to people, so I’m assuming that a less expensive paperback would be preferred. We’re hoping to hit a $9.99 price point for that, but we won’t know until we finish the layout.

My current thought is three paperbacks, one for each of the three laws, followed by an eventual hardcover omnibus entitled THE THREE LAWS OF SJW. But Selenoth fans need not worry, I’ve already turned my attention to A SEA OF SKULLS.

More social justice convergence in action

SJWs have all but killed Gnome:

Until July at the earliest, the foundation behind the GNOME desktop environment will be freezing all expenditure deemed not essential to its running will be frozen, as the foundation has run out of cash reserves.

“The issue has been caused by a number of factors,” wrote GNOME Foundation board member, Ekaterina Gerasimova in a post to the foundation’s mailing list.

“These include increased administrative overheads in the last few years due to the increased turnover which has been caused by to the Outreach Program for Women, and the associated payments going out while the associated income has been slow to come in.”

To rectify the situation within a few months, the GNOME Foundation intends to invoice, and chase up, outstanding monies owed to it.

“By keeping expenditures to a minimum while some delayed revenue is regained, the board aims to have things back to normal within a few months,” said a FAQ on the freeze.

It doesn’t sound that bad, until you look at the numbers and realize that the Women’s Outreach Program, which didn’t exist in 2010, rapidly grew to soak up 45.8 percent of the foundation’s entire budget by 2013.

Karen Sandler was, for three years, the foundation’s executive director. She made Women’s Outreach the open source software’s top priority, and quickly turned what had been a financially healthy tech foundation into one that was $80,000 in the hole. In 2013, the most recently reported year, Gnome spent $275,000 of its $600,00 budget (and $512,000 revenue) on Women’s Outreach.

In her outgoing statement as Gnome’s Executive Director, Ms Sandler described the Outreach Program for Women as an “ongoing success”. She was also elected to Gnome’s Board of Directors.

“The more an institution converges towards the highest abstract standard of social and distributive justice, the less it is able to perform its primary function.”
SJWs Always Lie: Taking Down the Thought Police
