The filth pigs of San Francisco

Remember, this is how the people who claim to be our moral and intellectual superiors actually live:

Between 2011 and 2018, San Francisco experienced a massive increase in reported incidents of human feces found on public streets. In 2011, just over 5,500 reports were logged by the San Francisco Department of Public Works; in 2018, the number increased to more than 28,000.

The government watchdog Open the Books documented the sharp increase over time in a stunning chart, first spotted by the BuzzFeed editor John Paczkowski. Notably, this is a chart of only documented reports — the actual amount of feces on San Francisco’s streets is likely even higher than these statistics suggest.

“I will say there is more feces on the sidewalks than I’ve ever seen growing up here,” San Francisco Mayor London Breed told NBC in a 2018 interview. “That is a huge problem, and we are not just talking about from dogs — we’re talking about from humans.”

As I have repeatedly stated, the choice is not between Right and Left, or between Republican and Democrat, or even between conservative and progressive. The choice is between the Good, the Beautiful, and the True and the Evil, the Disgusting, and the Lie. The choice is between the hope of Jesus Christ and the despair of Satan.

The reasons one should support Christian nationalism and Western civilization aka Christendom is not limited to a personal belief in Jesus Christ as Man’s savior. On the political side, even if you lack religious faith, a mere preference for indoor plumbing will suffice.

This is the dyscivilizational reality of the promised shiny, sexy, science fiction seculartopia that was promised by the progressives. Rivers of blood and public streets lined with shit.

Bringing the noise

People are finally learning that cringing and cowering isn’t working, and they have to fight back against the constant SJW attacks:

Dragon Ball Super: Broly voice actor Vic Mignogna has filed a lawsuit against Funimation, Jamie Marchi, Monica Rial, and Ronald Toye.

Mignogna is suing them for defamation, tortious interference with existing contracts, tortious interference with prospective business relations, civil conspiracy, and vicarious liability. The suit was filed in Tarrant County, Texas on April 18th.

Mignogna’s lawyer Ty Beard claims in the lawsuit that the defendants defamed Mignogna and “knew these statements were false or made them with negligent disregard for their truthfulness.” The suit claims that the defendants’ “conduct was willful, fraudulent, malicious, and in wanton disregard for Vic.”

He points to a number of statements made by Ronald Toye, Monica Rial, and Jamie Marchi on Twitter. Those statements include accusations that Vic Mignogna engaged in “harassment or threatening behavior.”

The suit claims that “Ronald (a Funimation agent or employee) has tweeted more than 80 times that Vic sexually assaulted or assaulted Monica, more than 10 times that Vic sexually  assaulted or assaulted three of his “very close friends,” more than 10 times that Vic has been accused of hundreds and possibly thousands of assaults, and at least 17 times that Vic is a “predator.” It also points to a number of tweets made by Rial and Marchi.

The Tortious Interference with Existing Contracts part of the lawsuit claims the Defendants “willfully and intentionally interfered with these contracts prxomiately causing cancellation, termination, even breach, of these contracts by the convention producers thereby causing Vic actual and consequential damages.” The suit points to a number of conventions canceling Vic’s appearances including Anime NYC, Ancient City Con, and others.

The Tortious Intereference with Prospective Business Relations claims, “There was reasonable probability that Vic would have entered into agreements with other production companies and conventions; however, the Defendants’ unlawful actions prevented these relationships from occurring.”

The Civil Conspiracy claims “The Defendants conspired and acted in concert to defame Vic, interfere with his existing contracts, and interfere with his prospective business relations, and each knowingly assisted an participated in the other’s actions.”

The Vicarious Liability claim notes, “At all times relevant, Jamie, Monica, or Ronald was Funimation’s employee and acting in the course and scope of her or his employment in the conduct alleged above or, alternatively, Jamie, Monica or Ronald was Funimation’s agree with actual or apparent authority to act on behalf of Funimation…or Funimation ratified her or his actions.” It notes, “Funimation is liable for the conduct of Jamie, Monica or Ronald.”

It all sounds a bit familiar, doesn’t it? This is the new reality. Deal with it.

Always get it in writing

Babydoc observes that the diversity dumbing-down rot is now infecting medicine:

I was just informed today that it didn’t matter that my medical decision on a particular issue was correct, because “the reality is the perception of the nursing staff” who were upset because I made them feel stupid by showing them the correct answer.

Babydoc should be sure to ask for instructions for how to behave in the event of similar future conflicts in writing. A medical institution that is literally on the record stating that the feelings of the nursing staff are to be prioritized over the medical treatment of the patient is a massive malpractice suit in the making.

And if you’re not terrified by these developments, you should be. Iatrogenic deaths are going to absolutely skyrocket now that diversity has invaded the medical sector.

More thought policing at Google

The situation is much, much worse at Google than the average American understands even following the James Damore disclosures. I’ve had intermittent access to their internal communications for years and you would not believe how completely out of control the SJW employees there are. They have even the highest executives at the company intimidated and police literally all the activity and communications, professional and personal, taking place inside and outside the company by the employees:

Left-wing employees at Google are threatening the employment of their colleagues amid a panic about frequent leaks revealing political bias in the company’s products and working atmosphere. Leaked internal discussion threads from Google provided exclusively to Breitbart News show left-wing Google employees reporting one of their colleagues for alleged “leaks,” while worrying about the legal implications of cracking down on a conservative at the company over his public complaints about working conditions.

The discussion took place last week on the “transparency and ethics” discussion group, from which the alleged leaker had recently been ejected – a failed attempt to stem the tide of leaks showing political bias at the tech giant.

People ask me why I’m not concerned about Google shutting down this blog given their obvious antipathy for me. First, I’ve had live backups running for over a decade and Google knows it. Second, given the amount of inside material I have assembled over the years, I suspect that one of the very last thing Google wants to do is give me an opportunity to do discovery in a European court of law, especially considering the fact that it is publicly known that I am personally banned from setting foot on their Mountain View campus.

European courts love, Love, LOVE fining Google massive amounts of money. So, creating any reasonable opportunity for a legal dispute would be tantamount to printing a winning lottery ticket.

Our most grievous fault

Milo addresses the multiple levels of tragedy involved in the Notre Dame fire in FrontPageMag:

Buildings like Notre Dame do not erupt into flames spontaneously. That’s not how God works, even to punish a civilization as deep in moral ruin as ours. My suspicions, and those of almost everyone I know, are hardly calmed when we see Fox News—yes, even Fox—repeatedly refusing to host an honest discussion of the possibility, even as experts tell French TV that eight hundred year old timber simply doesn’t burn that way without an accelerant. I mean, it’s not as though news networks restrain their hosts from wild speculation during other crises.

So, understandably, the first reaction from anyone who has been reading the news lately was: “Muslims, right?” Alas, even Right-wing newsreaders are terrified of saying the wrong thing when the perp might be a member of the Religion of Peace. Attacks on Christian churches in Europe have become so numerous that even Newsweek has had to admit it—though the magazine hilariously claims that no one knows why these attacks are happening, and the words “Islam” and “Muslim” are nowhere to be found in its reporting.

Anyway, as of now, no solid evidence has emerged, and our media refuses to discuss the context in which this fire occurred. And it’s also true that a few of these desecrations have been accompanied by Satanic imagery, more likely the work of feminist anarchists. So, in the interests of being responsible, we are compelled to say we have no idea how this particular fire began. Yet.

We can say, however, that the loss of Notre Dame is an especially Christian tragedy. It is a tragedy emblematic of the rapid destruction of Western civilization in the past few decades, a visual reminder of the inferno that has already gutted the Academy. It’s a wonder they didn’t finish off some of these churches first, though of course the cultural warriors of the Left can only squeal in excitement at the sort of brazen defacement they would never be brave enough to commit themselves. Those watching news coverage on Facebook were tormented—or delighted, depending on their wants—by a sea of Arabic names clicking on smiley faces as the jewel of Paris collapsed into ash, a spectacle that was, in turn, posted on Twitter by gloating social justice warriors.

Every day, it is becoming ever more clear that the answer to Europe’s problems is much more likely to be found in Crusade than in politics.

The beatings will continue until morale improves

The SJW insanity at Disney isn’t likely to stop any time soon. In fact, it will probably accelerate. Wall Street LOVES what Bob Iger is doing at Disney:

Stars like to boast that they never read their reviews, but does Bob Iger? The Disney czar received a litany of raves for his three-hour performance last week aimed at demonstrating his company’s intention to conquer Netflix. The upshot: Disney shares hit record highs and famously skeptical analysts bubbled that Iger’s presentation was “impressive” and “compelling.” Analyst Todd Juenger even lauded Iger’s insistent repetition of the word “aggressive.”

The bottom line is that Wall Street believes Disney has the resources, momentum and, definitely, the aggression to achieve its objectives. Iger is thus “king of the world,” at least within the entertainment ecosystem; he even owns the James Cameron franchises to prove it (Cameron was the original self-anointed king).

What they are doing is working in the short term even as they stuff themselves on their seed corn. If Wall Street loves it, you can be confident that financial strip-mining and short time preferences are in play. This bodes very, very well for Arkhaven’s plans, the most important new aspect of which will be announced early next month, and in which you will be able to not only support, but participate directly.

Backers notice

If you’re in an INDIVIDUAL arbitration action, check your email. If you’re not sure, or if you’re in the group action, THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU. Do NOT email me to ask if I mean you.

This is going to go on for a LONG time. By which I mean we might be able to expect it to be over by June 2020. I’d hate to imagine how long it would have taken if we weren’t using the Streamlined Rules.

No worries. If we’ve got one thing going for us, it is stamina.

Diversity has not been their strength

Apparently the good ship USS Intel is discovering that its much-vaunted commitment to diversity in tech is not helping it compete in a global marketplace, as it abandons the 5G modem business to Qualcomm. An engineer explains in an email:

Intel is throwing out many years of engineering.  Again!  10 nm is not working for them.  And this latest shrink is on them to develop.  Too bad they hire so many Indians who are unqualified to do this kind of work.  AMD is doing much better and shipping chips in a timely manner.  AMD owns the server market hopefully they can take over the desktop and laptop markets too.  Much better engineering departments at AMD.  The laptop market is being driven by other chip makers working on a variety of new designs.  Intel can no longer innovate gadgets which people are using.  Apple is also feeling the engineering gap.

All those H1B visa folks are cheap workers but unproductive and mostly untrained. If a company could break themselves of the H1B habit they could hire American engineering students who have been trained.  I don’t think companies understand their bottom line is highly effected by the quality of the product they produce.  It is not dependent on cheap labor but on skilled labor.  Luckily AMD understands this. They will prevail.

Diversity = commitment to shorter and shorter time preferences. This is an intrinsically dyscivilizational development and will eventually lead, not only to technological stagnation, but technological regression.

Conservatives conserve nothing

The Brexit Party is crushing both the Tories and Labour in the European Election polls:

The Brexit Party has surged into the lead in the race for the European Elections after a top pollster predicted Nigel Farage’s new party could win its first election. A second YouGov survey on the state of the party’s ahead of EU Parliament elections shows the Brexit Party rising dramatically from 15 per cent to 27 per cent.

Most of the gain comes at the expense of Ukip – which when led by Mr Farage won the 2014 contest – which plunged from 14 per cent to 7 per cent.

Labour falls to second place on 22 per cent, down two, and the Tories are now third on 15 per cent.

The sensational new result comes after YouGov Political Research Manager Chris Curtis said it was ‘entirely plausible’ Mr Farage could upset conventional wisdom about new parties to top the poll.

Mr Curtis said a combination of a weak Tory party and Mr Farage’s direct attack on Ukip’s drift toward the hard right would all help the Brexit Party.

Adding to the trouble for Theresa May’s party are fears of a ‘donor strike’ amid fury at the Prime Minister’s handling of Brexit.

It would be more than ironic, it would be revolutionary if Theresa May manages to completely destroy the Conservative Party over her treasonous refusal to keep her word and accept that No Deal was better than a bad deal.

A single early poll concerning European elections that should never have taken place is a long, long way from winning in an actual UK Parliamentary election, but it is one hell of a start.

Choking on the salt of debt

This is an interesting article that addresses how the credit bubble has been caught up in the situation I have described as “credit disinflation” and the way it is now bogging down the US and global economies.

In the San Joaquin Valley, vast irrigation networks convey water thousands of miles to make the desert bloom.  But as surface water is conveyed along the open California aqueduct, it both evaporates and collects mineral deposits. The combination of these factors concentrates the water’s salt content.  Then, as it is applied to irrigation, the residual salts collect in the soil.

After decades of this, along with the over-application of fertilizer through mechanized fertigation systems, the salt in the soil has built up so that it strangles the roots of the plants.  To combat this, over-watering is required, because the irrigation water – while salty – is fresher than the salt encrusted soil. By applying excess irrigation water, the soils around the plants are temporarily freshened up so that crops can grow.

Yet, at the same time, this over-watering accelerates the mass quantity of salt being applied to the soil.  There is no outlet for the salt to flush to; the valley is the basin’s terminus.  Thus, in this grand paradox, the relative freshness of the excess water that is keeping the farmland alive is, at the same time, the source of the salt that is killing it.  Reisner further explains:

“Nowhere is the salinity problem more serious than in the San Joaquin Valley of California, the most productive farming region in the entire world.  There you have a shallow impermeable clay layer, the residual bottom of an ancient sea, underlying a million or so acres of fabulously profitable land.  During the irrigation season, temperatures in the valley fluctuate between 90 and 110 degrees; the good water evaporates as if the sky were a sponge, the junk water goes down, and the problem gets worse and worse. Very little of the water seeps through the Corcoran Clay, so it rises back up to the root zones — in places, the clay is only a few feet down — water logs the land, and kills the crops.”

So, too, goes the U.S. economy.  After nearly a decade of rapidly expanding its balance sheet, and pumping cheap credit and excess liquidity into financial markets, the Fed has produced a similar paradox.  They must keep expanding the money base to keep the economy afloat… but in doing so they are ultimately killing it.

Both the credit problem and the salinity problem stem from the same cause: short term time preferences. And, as we know, civilization absolutely depends on long term time preferences, on men planting trees in the shade of which they will never sit.
