The headline is the way in which Labour was destroyed in the local elections in the United Kingdom. But the real news is the ongoing demolition of the Conservative Party, which is being rightly rejected by Reform voters in response to its refusal to stop immigration and start repatriating the invaders.
The final results aren’t in yet, as only one-third of the local council elections have reported yet, but with the Tories below the LibDems and the ruling Labour Party trailing Reform, it’s very clear that the direction the two major parties have been dragging the UK since the Tony Blair years is very much an unpopular and antidemocratic one.
