Except when it results in a lethal post-op infection.  But it’s not as if surgeons and nurses really need to wash their hands or anything before poking around in your body, right?  More lunacy out of Ukistan:

The UK Department of Health recently announced that it would loosen hygiene rules for Muslim doctors and nurses. From now on, Muslim female staff will not need to wash their hands before procedures as it compromises their modesty. Instead, they will have the admittedly less sanitary option of wearing disposable plastic over-sleeves.

Acknowledging the danger of microbes and death, a Department of Health spokesman said, “The guidance is intended to . . . balance infection control measures with cultural beliefs.” But, believe it or not, from a culturist perspective, the death of some patients is not the main cause for concern that this policy elicits.

The most dangerous problem is that this policy encodes multiculturalism not culturism. Whereas culturism acknowledges that England has a majority culture to protect and promote, this multiculturalist policy implicitly says that England has no core culture. It says that the nation can be whatever pressure groups decide it is. It, therefore, officially ends the dominance of English culture in England.

I suppose we can be grateful that the devotees of the Diversity Gospel are not arguing for the embrace of a culture that is morally opposed to showers, toilet paper, and indoor plumbing.  Yet.

At this rate, John Piper’s killer god won’t even need to send out his tornadoes of doom anymore.

WATYF pointed out one of the many problems with John Piper’s claim of a Biblical mandate for diversity:

I think the most logical argument against “diversity” is found in Paul’s admonishment in Romans 12 where he says, “As far as it depends on you, live at peace with all men”. He tells us that we should act in such a way that would promote peace. Well, we know from several studies that “diversity” leads to a LACK of peace amongst men. We know that it leads to less trust, more animosity, and in many cases of very high levels of diversity, outright violence. If we truly want to live at peace “as far as it concerns us”, we would seek to promote peace between us and others, and that would be by preferring a homogenous society.

The real question is, “Why should we promote diversity?” According to what Biblical standard should it be pursued? If we can’t come up with one (which, as far as I know, there isn’t one in scripture), then we should consider just accepting the simple facts of the matter and doing what’s prudent.

There is another, related argument, which is Matthew 7:15-16.  “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?”

Consider the present fruits of diversity in Nigeria:

A fresh load of battered corpses arrived, 29 of them in a routine
delivery by the Nigerian military to the hospital morgue here. 

Unexpectedly, three bodies started moving.

“They were not properly shot,” recalled a security official here. “I had
to call the J.T.F.” — the military’s joint task force — “and they
gunned them down.” 

It was a rare oversight. Large numbers of bodies, sometimes more than 60
in a day, are being brought by the Nigerian military to the state
hospital, according to government, health and security officials,
hospital workers and human rights groups — the product of the military’s
brutal war against radical Islamists rooted in this northern city. 

The corpses were those of young men arrested in neighborhood sweeps by
the military and taken to a barracks nearby. Accused, often on flimsy or
no evidence, of being members or supporters of Boko Haram — the
Islamist militant group waging a bloody insurgency against the Nigerian
state — the detainees are beaten, starved, shot and even suffocated to
death, say the officials, employees and witnesses. 

Then, soldiers bring the bodies to the hospital and dump them at the
morgue, officials and workers say. The flood is so consistent that the
small morgue at the edge of the hospital grounds often has no room, with
corpses flung by the military in the sand around it. Residents say they
sometimes have to flee the neighborhood because of the fierce smell of
rotting flesh. 

From the outset of the battle between Boko Haram and the military, a dirty war on both sides that has cost nearly 4,000 lives since erupting in this city in 2009, security forces have been accused of extrajudicial killings and broad, often indiscriminate roundups of suspects and sympathizers in residential areas. 

That’s precisely what history teaches us diversity brings.  Social science, too, has very reluctantly concluded that diversity is a powerful societal negative:

In recent years, Putnam has been engaged in a comprehensive study of the relationship between trust within communities and their ethnic diversity. His conclusion based on over 40 cases and 30 000 people within the United States is that, other things being equal, more diversity in a community is associated with less trust both between and within ethnic groups. Although limited to American data, it puts into question both the contact hypothesis and conflict theory in inter-ethnic relations. According to conflict theory, distrust between the ethnic groups will rise with diversity, but not within a group. In contrast, contact theory proposes that distrust will decline as members of different ethnic groups get to know and interact with each other. Putnam describes people of all races, sex, socioeconomic statuses, and ages as “hunkering down,” avoiding engagement with their local community—both among different ethnic groups and within their own ethnic group. Even when controlling for income inequality and crime rates, two factors which conflict theory states should be the prime causal factors in declining inter-ethnic group trust, more diversity is still associated with less communal trust.

Lowered trust in areas with high diversity is also associated with:

•     Lower confidence in local government, local leaders and the local news media.
•     Lower political efficacy – that is, confidence in one’s own influence.
•     Lower frequency of registering to vote, but more interest and knowledge about politics and more participation in protest marches and social reform groups.
•     Higher political advocacy, but lower expectations that it will bring about a desirable result.
•     Less expectation that others will cooperate to solve dilemmas of collective action (e.g., voluntary conservation to ease a water or energy shortage).
•     Less likelihood of working on a community project.
•     Less likelihood of giving to charity or volunteering.
•     Fewer close friends and confidants.
•     Less happiness and lower perceived quality of life. 

So, there is no Biblical justification for Piper’s invented mandate and a clear connection to massive, wide-scale violence as well as a whole host of observable evils.  Moreover, Piper’s teachings on the matter are contrary to that of his father and consistent with the beliefs of a broad spectrum of evil individuals from the African slave traders to the secular globalists.  It should be readily apparent at this point that “Christian Diversity” is a false and ascriptural teaching.

Moreover, in the discussion it was easy to see how The Responsible Puppet immediately resorted to evasive dishonesty in defense of his “Christian” position.  His claims to ignorance were remarkable given his insistence that diversity must be intrinsically good; a nonsensical position given his claims to know nothing about racial differences.  It took repeated questions before he would even admit to the utterly obvious fact that European civilization is superior to other civilizations, so great is his worldly fear of admitting that there are substantive differences between different human sub-species.  He openly declared that he had to be very careful about saying anything about the subject.  “What I’m doing is answering the question very carefully, which I think
is warranted in this situation. And I’ll continue being careful….”

This, too, is another relevant argument.  Why is such care warranted?  Why must he be so careful?  Why is he afraid? Something gave him that spirit of fear.  And yet, Timothy 1:7 says: “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

The Diversity Gospel asserted by Piper and exhibited by the Puppet is fearful, weak, and weak-minded.  And therefore we know it does not come from God.

In a previous post, the Responsible Puppet commented that one area where he agrees with John Piper and disagrees with me is on the subject of “Race: is Diversity good?”

I find the idea that diversity of race is considered a positive attribute for a society to be a fascinating argument, considering that it more or less flies in the face of the entire written history of humanity.  Regardless of whether one considers the relatively small Italian immigration into Constantinople, the larger scale Mongolian immigration into Russia and Eastern Europe, the European colonization of the Americas, or the much more recent immigration of the third world into Great Britain, the results are inevitably bad for the native population.

As this example from Brooklyn demonstrates, one can’t even count on the most rudimentary aspects of civilized society to be preserved once the demographic makeup of that society shifts beyond a certain point.  The mail was reliably delivered across a Wild and homogenous West when the technology was limited to horses, and yet this is nevertheless more than diverse 21st century Brooklyn can manage.

“The postal workers have a right to fear for their life,” said Quantanya White, 38, a home health-care worker. “It doesn’t give them the right not to deliver the mail. Just because this place is bad, you’re not going to deliver the mail?

I should be very interested to hear the Puppet – or, for that matter, John Piper’s – explanation for why there is such a reliable correlation between the way in which a society functions and its demographic patterns.  Equality in Jesus Christ should not be confused with equality in anything else.  This should not be a difficult concept for anyone who isn’t willing to swap his heart surgeon for a fry cook with Down’s Syndrome on the basis of their mutual Christianity.

 In news that should surprise no one, it appears that all those lectures on “white privilege”, the public service announcements declaring “raciss bad”, and television shows and advertisements selling “mudshark good” only ends up making people less tolerant:

Children who are given anti-racism lessons in school are more likely to be intolerant outside the classroom, a major study found yesterday.  It said accusing white pupils of racism causes animosity, and discussing sensitive ethnic concerns such as honour killings paints minority group children in a bad light.

The survey said children who live in mixed neighbourhoods are often free of hostility towards other racial groups. But it found that ‘when more attention in class is being paid to the multicultural society, the liberalising effect of positive contact in class on youngsters’ xenophobic attitude decreases’.

This actually isn’t news; there have been several studies indicating the same effect holds true with regards to the global warming propaganda.  But what I find most interesting is that the greatest negative effect isn’t on those who are avowedly racist or simply up-to-date on the relevant science, but rather, on the very moderates to whom the racemongers are primarily attempting to appeal.

A 2002 study on advertising showed adults are similarly resistant to the anti-racist propaganda: “People in two minds about their attitudes towards ethnic minority groups
become more unfavourable when exposed to anti-racism advertising or
arguments, according to new research sponsored by the ESRC. The ‘backfire effects’ occur both in conscious and non-conscious
feelings towards people from ethnic minorities, says a report based on
studies by a team led by Dr Gregory Maio of the School of Psychology at
Cardiff University.”

I suspect the backfire effect stems from the natural human instinct to rebel against propaganda and social totalitarianism. Consider the low point of the most recent European football championship. Even the most oppressed, left-leaning, racially conscious African immigrant could not watch the clumsy anti-racist statements read out in robotic fashion by the captains of the two teams playing in the final without feeling a momentary temptation to burn a cross on someone’s lawn, paint a Swastika on a synagogue, order dog at a Chinese restaurant, and sketch a cartoon of Mohammed on the nearest napkin.

The arguments for the anti-racist position are weak and everyone knows it.  That is why the one thing they cannot permit is free and open discourse on the subject, which is a red flag in the eyes of those of every sub-species, color, or creed who happens to value human liberty.

Intellectual fads come and go. The intrinsic intellectual and scientific weakness of the equalitarian position is less demonstrated
by the counterproductive nature of the heavy propaganda as the
equalitarians obvious awareness of their need to resort to it in the
first place. Equalitarianism is merely an eyeblink in the grand course of human history and the half-century of attempts to permanently enmesh the various nationalities and human sub-species is nothing that a decade or two of intense wide-scale violence will not easily undo. The ethnic cleansings of the 21st century will be all the more brutal for the multiculturalism and diversity celebrating of the latter half of the 20th.

It should not be hard to see that love for one’s own kind has been falsely spun as hatred for the Other.  And if one is told that one already hates the Other, even when one has no opinion at all about them, then most people are more likely to graduate to genuine hatred before they will give up their natural and instinctive love for their own. 

Who among you would stop loving your child simply because you were told that your love for your child was hatred for all the other children in their school?  Perhaps the most rabbity might, but faced with such a price, even the average rabbit would shrug and admit that, yes, they do indeed hate all those others.

Two suspects One suspect caught and killed.  Names are Tamerlan Mike Mulugeta and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Sunil Tripathi. Tamerlan is dead. According to Wikipedia, Tripathi is a “Hindu Brahmin surname found mostly in the northern and central parts of India and Nepal.”  Mulugeta is an Ethiopian name.  It looks as if they were both recent immigrants to the USA, within the last year, but if they were Muslims, they would appear to have been converts.  CORRECTION: The Tsarnaev brothers appear to be Muslims of Chechen descent.

UPDATE 4: The guy in the white hat to the left of the picture appears to be the man for whom the SWAT team is looking. The AP reports his name is Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, thereby dashing once more the hopes of progressives who fearfully fantasize about white Christian terrorists.

UPDATE 6: Zerohedge posts an interview with an MMA guy who trained with Tamerlan: “About four or five years ago, I was working full-time as a project
manager and in my off time, I was training at a mixed martial arts gym
in Boston. Tamerlan wasn’t part of our gym, but he was training for the
golden gloves boxing championship. I remember that he would come in to
work with some of our boxers and worked with us. That is where I
remember him from. When I woke up this morning and saw his name and his
picture on the news, I immediately recognized him.  He seemed
like a really nice guy, to himself and a little bit arrogant and cocky,
but he helped people at the gym all the time with their boxing and was
friendly with everyone. It’s a complete shock.”

His girlfriend was attractive and supposedly converted to Islam, presumably on his behalf. It looks like he might have met her at one gym or another.

It’s not too hard to understand why the Hispanic gangs have methodically gone about ethnically cleansing former black neighborhoods such as Compton for the last 20 years. They have no more desire to live in the vicinity of Africans than white progressives like John Scalzi do, but since most Hispanics can’t afford to buy property in lily-white counties, they have to go to the work of forcibly undoing years of government-sponsored desegregation. And this sort of racial violence no doubt provides them with their ruthless determination to not live among blacks.

Two eighth grade students are now recovering from a terrifying attack in Queens…. The honor student said she was badly beaten while trying to defend her friend Christina Campos, who was getting punched and kicked by more than a dozen high school students.

“About seven to 10 girls just started grabbing me and held my hands and just started kicking me in the face,” Gonzalez told CBS 2′s Hazel Sanchez. “They threw cones at me. They hit us with belt buckles, with Timberlands, umbrellas, guys kicking us — like guys, really?”

The attackers could be seen stomping on Christina Campos’ body and head. Campos said the same group of high school-aged girls jumped her the day before and warned her they’d be back for more. This time boys were throwing punches, too. Campos’ face was bloodied and bruised.

“They came out of nowhere with so many people,” Campos said.

“I was scared. I didn’t know what was going to happen to me. Was I going to live after this or was I going to be beat to death?” Gonzalez said.

Gonzalez was left with two black eyes and a broken nose. She said no bystanders stepped in to help her or her friends. Most, she said, just watched or recorded the brawl.

Educated African-Americans who have never laid a finger on anyone in anger and would never dream of resorting to violence understandably get distressed and offended when this sort of black group violence is contemptuously described as “chimping-out“.  But the issue is not the label, however offensive some might find it to be.  It makes no difference if such behavior is called “chimping-out”, “wilding”, or “youthful exuberance”, because the problem is that whatever one calls it, it is not behavior indicative of a people capable of maintaining, or even successfully co-existing in, a civilized society.  At the end of the day, most people are inclined to believe that whatever may you call it, if it quacks like a duck, it is, for all intents and purposes, a duck.

The problem facing the African community in the USA is three-fold, even if we agree to delicately avert our eyes from all the frightening and very politically incorrect implications of genetic science and human bio-diversity.  First, as the domestic economy worsens, it will be harder on those of African descent than everyone else since they are less likely to have financial and family reserves than other Americans.  Second, with their sky-high illegitimacy rates, low marriage rates, and 3/4 adult male/female ratio, they have very little family infrastructure to guide the intellectual and emotional development of their children. Third, the growing Hispanic population feels absolutely no shame over historical black slavery and is almost completely immune to the race card and the White Guilt upon which the African community has become so dependent.

Where whites stay their hands and suffer black barbarism out of a misguided sense of shame, browns simply react without hesitation or remorse. I note the percentage of the Queens population that is Hispanic is presently 6.4 points higher, at 27.5 percent, than it was in Compton in 1980.  Given the fact that there is already an amount of black vs brown racial conflict in Queens, we can probably expect the the African percentage of the population there to decline to less than 10 percent in the next ten years.

Both Compton and Queens are trivial in themselves, of course, but they are a microcosm of the larger conflict that is already playing out inside the United States, a sizable conflict concerning which white Americans are largely oblivious.

Somehow, we never seem to hear much in the media about a real war on women:

The body of a 33-year old white female, Melinda McCormick, was found shortly after 2:00 am Sunday, March 31 in a burning apartment at the Melei Apartments in the 3000 block of Mobile Highway.  All three have confessed, investigators said.

Deputies say an autopsy shows McCormick was hit 40 times with a hammer, lead pipe and crow bar.  She was still alive when her bed sheets were set on fire, according to the State Fire Marshal’s Office. They were caught on video (see below) headed to and away from the area of the apartment.

Williams reportedly told investigators that he hated white people, and that was a partial reason for the crime.  The trio allegedly planned to steal Social Security money from McCormick.  

It’s also getting ludicrous how hard the advertising agencies are now pushing the “white women love black men” theme.  During one commercial break, I counted  four white woman-black man couples compared to only three white woman-white man couples and zero white man-black woman couples.  (There was one Asian woman-white man couple.) None of the women were the fat, lower-class bleached blondes that one normally sees with black men; one commercial was particularly amusing because despite the black man being very handsome and upper middle-class, the slender, pretty brunette model quite clearly couldn’t even fake being attracted to the guy.  They were supposed to be portraying a happy couple at home, but despite being all smiles and so forth, she never once actually looked at him.

It reminded me of watching Angel, how hopelessly awkward the scenes between Fred and Charles were, and how forced it appeared for Fred to choose Charles over Wesley, especially when Charles himself appeared to have been considerably more attracted to the girl who played his little sister.

Even if the idea of breeding racial differences out of existence appeals to you – and you should probably keep in mind that the one point three billion Chinese and one billion Indians would likely have a little something to say about how that turns out – the disproportionate frequency of black-on-white crime should call into question the wisdom of trying to push black men on white women.

Whether they embraced it or not at the onset, how do you think the late Miss McCormick’s friends and family feel about interracial romance now?  No amount of crying “raciss” is going to change the FBI crime statistics.
