Of abuse and assets

This executive order by the God-Emperor must have taken more than few people by surprise. I wonder whatever could have provoked it?

Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.

I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

I wonder if Mr. George Soros happens to be one of “(i) the persons listed in the Annex to this order”? And who else is on that list, because the order is clearly casting a very wide net, including anyone giving any assistance to the persons targeted.

And this would appear to confirm some of my suspicions about an unexpected corporate resignation today.

ES (Goog) resigned today post EO.

Coincidence?

There are no coincidences. Schmidt is definitely Deep State. It may be pertinent because the executive order gives the executive branch agents the ability to immediately shut down any corporation with executives who are involved in this. And to do so without warning.

Sec. 7. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to this order.

UPDATE: Make that two. Papa John’s CEO John Schnatter also stepped down today. Papa John’s Pizza….

Papa John’s says its founder John Schnatter will step down as CEO next month, about two months after he publicly criticized the NFL leadership over national anthem protests by football players. The company said Thursday that Schnatter remains chairman but be replaced as chief executive by Chief Operating Officer Steve Ritchie on Jan. 1. Ritchie would not say if Schnatter’s NFL comments played a role in the job change.

Panic in DC

The bizarre train derailment in Washington was reportedly in retaliation for the God-Emperor’s action in Atlanta. It appears that the bad actors are attempting to flee the USA, as we have been told that the end is near, there are now 19 operations in action, and 12 more proffered deals were rejected yesterday.

And above all, trust the Grand Inquisitor.

It is not insignificant that the God-Emperor recited these words yesterday. They were both a reminder and a warning: “With this strategy, we are calling for a great reawakening of America, a resurgence of confidence, and a rebirth of patriotism, prosperity, and pride. And we are returning to the wisdom of our founders.  In America, the people govern, the people rule, and the people are sovereign.”

Translation: The Deep State does not govern, the globalists do not rule, and Satan is not sovereign.

UPDATE: I’ve been told that George Soros has been arrested – there is some belief that he was the target of the Atlanta operation – and that Al-Waleed bin Talal is now in US custody as well, but be aware these reports have NOT been confirmed. This may explain the recent Twitter crackdown as well as the Washington Post leaks; it appears the media is desperately attempting to concoct some sort of anti-Trump narrative to defend the Deep State by provoking a Constitutional crisis if/when the Clintons are arrested. Given Speaker Ryan’s unexpected announcement that he’ll be stepping down from Congress next year, that attempt appears to be an abortive one.

(And really, no one finds anything suspicious about Ryan’s announced resignation in light of how long almost every previous Speaker has presided? Even John Boehner, who resigned after only four years, lasted longer.)

Again, we can’t know if any of this is true or if it is merely wishful thinking on the part of patriots. This can be easily rebutted by simply demonstrating that George Soros is out and about somewhere, although I note that he hasn’t tweeted since November 26th. Regardless, events do appear to be coming to a head of sorts, and if even one-quarter of what is being discussed happens, it’s going to be important to be able to put these things in context for the great majority of Americans who will be caught completely off-guard by them.

UPDATE: This would appear to be pertinent.

A MISSILE fired at Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh was shot down moments before it hit a royal palace today. Mohammed Abdussalam said on Twitter that a Volcano 2-H ballistic missile was fired towards al-Yamama royal palace.

I wonder who was in it.

The wind picks up

Is there a storm on the way? The Dailywire claims that “more than a dozen” Congressmen will be resigning before the end of the year.

An investigative reporter with The Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) announced on Friday that Congress’ human resources scandal is about to break wide-open and predicted that over a dozen members of the House of Representatives will resign.

DCNF reporter Luke Rosiak tweeted on Friday: “Congress’ human resources scandal is just getting started. I anticipate we will see the resignation of more than a dozen House members over harassment and secret settlements, and soon.”

Last week Rosiak broke the story that Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY) had made a settlement with a former congressional aide that he fired after she reported being sexually assaulted at the business of a major campaign donor. The first congressmen to go down in the post-Weinstein era of sexual misconduct was Michigan Democrat Rep. John Conyers, who eventually resigned after accusations against him snowballed.

Mike Cernovich says the number may be as high as 50. However, based on what the chans are saying, this Congressional scandal will only be part one of three, as both Hillary and Obama are now reportedly in the investigative crosshairs. For what, I don’t know exactly, but it appears to be considerably more serious than the usual “lying to the FBI” sort of thing.

You will note that we have heard virtually nothing from either of the Clinton or Obama in recent weeks. This may be why.

Desperation

The Swamp monsters are desperately thrashing around, trying to find SOME WAY to evade the net that is closing in on them:

A White House lawyer is refuting a rumor voiced by Congresswoman Jackie Speier (D-San Mateo) that President Donald Trump intends to fire special counsel Robert Mueller before Christmas.

On Saturday, White House special counsel Ty Cobb told CNN that no such plans exist:

“As the White House has consistently said for months, there is no consideration of firing the special counsel,” Ty Cobb, the White House special counsel, told CNN in a statement. Speier told KQED Newsroom on Friday that she believes Republicans are trying to shut down the House Intelligence Committee’s probe into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 elections.

“I believe the President wants all of this shutdown,” Speier said when asked if she believed House Republicans were bowing to pressure from the White House. “The rumor on the Hill when I left yesterday was that the president was going to make a significant speech at the end of next week. And on Dec. 22, when we are out of D.C., he was going to fire Robert Mueller.”

Speier said if the president did fire Mueller, it would cause a constitutional crisis. “That is Saturday massacre 2.0,” she said, referring to President Richard Nixon ordering the firing of Archibald Cox, the special prosecutor investigating the Watergate scandal. “Without a doubt there would be an impeachment effort.”

A significant speech. I seem to recall that patriots were told to anticipate that just last month. And now the God-Emperor is promising us MULTIPLE “great Christmas gifts”.

I wonder what they could be?

MAGA. Drain the Swamp. Pray for the President.

Coverup in California

My, my, my, will wonders never cease! It seems Corey Feldman wasn’t lying after all. This is why you should always keep your own recordings whenever you talk to the police, so they don’t conveniently misplace the ones in their possession.

Police in California say they have uncovered a tape in which Corey Feldman lists the names of men who abused him in the past. The former child actor had claimed in October that he had given the names of sexual predators in Hollywood to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office in 1993 during their investigation into Michael Jackson’s molestation charges.

But the sheriff’s office previously denied the claims, saying they had no records of Feldman revealing such information, however they have now changed their tune and stated that an audio recording has been found in a container from the original Michael Jackson child abuse investigation.

It is beginning to sound as if an order has gone out to stop protecting certain parties and the controlled burn just got bigger.

Don’t count out the Grand Inquisitor

It is possible – POSSIBLE – that Attorney General Jeff Sessions has not been as completely useless as he has appeared to be for most of this year.

Did you know the DOJ has been investigating the FBI for 11 months…. wait, what?

Hold-up on the criticism folks.  Three important statements today from the DOJ, FBI and OIG indicate there have been ongoing investigations and reviews of conduct within the upper tiers of leadership within the Department of Justice and the FBI.

Given the nature of the leaked IG investigation to the Washington Post and New York times; surrounding apex investigator and deputy head of counterintelligence at the FBI Peter Strzok; and accepting the direct approach of President Trump in his tweets toward that revelation; and adding the layer of Intel Chairman Devin Nunes threatening to file ‘contempt of congress charges‘; there is every indication something is about to break – very soon….

It would be prudent to withhold negative opinion of AG Sessions and FBI Director Wray until we can see the outcome of the Inspector General findings – which will, given the duration of the investigation, likely be a very lengthy and extensive report.

All of a sudden the recent FBI leaks to the Washington Post and New York Times make more sense.  All of the embedded political agents within the DOJ and FBI are quite possibly about to be exposed.  This would explains a lot of the current activity and visible angst from within the participants of the professional administrative state.

This year-long OIG investigation could possibly explain a great deal of the current headlines on all sides of the DC spectrum.  The black hats are on the cusp of being exposed.

In other words, there may be even more winning than was hitherto suspected. We’ll see. Regardless, still not tired. Drain the Swamp. Build the Wall.

Nationwide concealed carry

This should significantly reduce crime throughout the country. No doubt Black Lives Matter will freak out over this proposed law, since private citizens defending themselves and others will almost certainly kill more black criminals than the police:

The National Rifle Association has called the concealed carry bill, which would make it easier for gun owners to keep their firearms hidden when crossing state lines, its “highest legislative priority in Congress.” Despite concerns raised by Democrats about states’ rights and domestic violence, the Republican-controlled Congress has pushed the proposal one step closer to becoming law.

The House Judiciary Committee late Wednesday voted 19-11 for the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017, which would amend the federal criminal code to allow the concealed transport of handguns across state lines, so long as both states allow it. States will not be able to impose their individual requirements for a concealed carry license on armed travelers from other states.

Republicans rejected Democratic amendments that would ban violent offenders from qualifying under the law, as well as a change that would have prevented forum shopping, which means a New York resident barred from obtaining a concealed carry permit could instead send away for one from somewhere else. The bill, which has more than 200 co-sponsors, almost all Republicans, now heads for the floor of the 435-member House. A similar bill, with 38 Republican co-sponsors, is pending before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Is there anything less convincing than Democrats fake-crying over states rights? That ship sailed long ago and they cheered its sailing.

And once more, we’re seeing that the God-Emperor is an observably better conservative president than Reagan, let alone the Bush family.

Miscarriage of justice or prosecutorial overreach

Both, I tend to think, in the case of the death of Kate Steinle:

Jurors Thursday afternoon acquitted the illegal immigrant accused of killing Kate Steinle as she walked with her father on a crowded San Francisco pier of all charges except for felony possession of a firearm.

A spokesperson for the Superior Court of California made the announcement that the jury had reached a verdict shortly after 3 p.m. Shortly after 4:30 p.m., the shocking verdict was announced that Jose Ines Garcia Zarate was found not guilty of all charges except for the gun possession charge.

The jury of six women and six men considered charges against Garcia Zarate that include murder, assault with a deadly weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm in the death of Steinle, a 32-year-old Pleasanton native and San Francisco resident.

The problem is that the killing quite clearly wasn’t Murder One. Unless the prosecutor wanted to argue that the killer was some sort of Deadshot-style supervillain utilizing a bank shot, there is no reasonable way to claim that a ricochet was an intentional murder. Nor would it appear likely that any assault was intended; what I can’t understand is why there was no conviction for manslaughter.

That being said, the fact that the man was in the country at all after being deported is inexcusable. Given that illegal immigrants – and legal immigrants, for that matter – have no rights under the U.S. Constitution despite what the Supreme Interpreters claim – there is no reason why a felony or even a misdemeanor conviction by an illegal immigrant should not be a capital offense.

But regardless, one thing is clear. BUILD THE WALL!

A playwright bites the dust

What a surprise that someone named (((Israel Horowitz))) should turn out to be a sex criminal. I am, of course, absolutely shocked that yet another illustrious member of the (((immigrant community))) that created America practically from nothing and has lots and lots of Nobel Prizes and is selflessly devoted to healing the world should turn out to be yet another pervy freakshow:

Inspired by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein, Louis C.K. and others, a total of nine women have come forward publicly for the first time to describe a pattern of sexual abuse and violations of trust by a man they considered a mentor and friend. Mr. Horovitz is an award-winning author of more than 70 plays, including “The Indian Wants the Bronx” (starring Al Pacino in 1968); “Park Your Car in Harvard Yard” (on Broadway in 1991); and “Out of the Mouths of Babes,” which ran Off Broadway last year.

Over his five-decade career, Mr. Horovitz has been an influential player in the theater world. As the founding artistic director of Gloucester Stage, a respected regional theater that called itself a “safe harbor for playwrights,” and as an Obie-winning writer whose work was produced frequently in New York and Paris, he has had the power to offer roles, jobs or a helping hand to generations of actors.

In response to questions this week, Mr. Horovitz, 78, told The New York Times that while he has “a different memory of some of these events, I apologize with all my heart to any woman who has ever felt compromised by my actions, and to my family and friends who have put their trust in me. To hear that I have caused pain is profoundly upsetting, as is the idea that I might have crossed a line with anyone who considered me a mentor.”

His son, Adam Horovitz, said in his own statement: “I believe the allegations against my father are true, and I stand behind the women that made them.”

Jana Mestecky said that Mr. Horovitz would summon her to his house to drop off scripts — then answer the door naked. He kissed her, fondled her and groped her from behind as she worked, she said, often telling her she “wouldn’t get anywhere with such ‘twisted Southern morals.’” (Ms. Mestecky grew up in Alabama.)

All these accusations of sex crimes are clearly bad for the Jews. We really should criminalize such accusations, just as we’ve criminalized advocating the boycotting of Israel. After all, free speech is hate speech and hate speech is anti-semitic.

Wouldn’t America be so much better and advance much faster if everyone simply accepted Hollywood values in place of those twisted Southern morals? And on that note:

Matt Lauer gets Weinsteined

Is there anyone in the media who doesn’t abuse their position to sexually harass women?

Matt Lauer was fired from NBC News on Wednesday after an employee filed a complaint about “inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace,” the network announced. Savannah Guthrie made the announcement at the top of the “Today” show. Lauer has been the cornerstone of the program, one of the most profitable franchises on television, for two decades.

NBC News chairman Andrew Lack said in a memo to staff that it was the first complaint lodged against Lauer in his career at the network. But he said “we were also presented with reason to believe this may not have been an isolated incident.”

Lauer was not immediately reachable for comment. An NBC News spokeswoman declined to comment about the details of the allegation against him. Reporters for The New York Times had been investigating Lauer for several weeks, according to sources who had been contacted by the Times.

It just keeps getting better. The Hollywood pedos must really be getting desperate. They’re throwing anyone and everyone to the wolves in a futile attempt to distract the American public from their own crimes. That’s fine. The more, the merrier!

But why are none of these monsters in jail yet? Why is Al Frankengroper still in the U.S. Senate?

The best consequence of all this is that the SJW-converged media is going to be a) increasingly female and b) increasingly irrelevant going forward.

UPDATE: ESPN says it is eliminating 150 studio and production employees as the sports broadcasting giant continues to shift its focus to a more digital future. The company says the layoffs, which were announced Wednesday morning in a memo to employees, don’t include on-air talent and will have a minimal impact on the network’s signature SportsCenter news program.

Translation: more layoffs, including on-air talent, are coming in the new year.

UPDATE: Still more winning!

NPR Chief News Editor David Sweeney has left the company following allegations of sexual harassment filed against him by at least three female journalists.
