A failed and fearful establishment

Pat Buchanan observes that the Establishment is terrified. And rightly so:

What explains the hysteria of the establishment?

In a word, fear.

The establishment is horrified at the Donald’s defiance because, deep within its soul, it fears that the people for whom Trump speaks no longer accept its political legitimacy or moral authority.

It may rule and run the country, and may rig the system through mass immigration and a mammoth welfare state so that Middle America is never again able to elect one of its own. But that establishment, disconnected from the people it rules, senses, rightly, that it is unloved and even detested.

Having fixed the future, the establishment finds half of the country looking upon it with the same sullen contempt that our Founding Fathers came to look upon the overlords Parliament sent to rule them.

Establishment panic is traceable to another fear: Its ideology, its political religion, is seen by growing millions as a golden calf, a 20th-century god that has failed.

They should be afraid. From America to New Zealand, they have gradually backed the people of the West into a corner from which there is only one way out. We do not accept their legitimacy. We do not accept their authority, moral or otherwise. They have lost the Mandate of Heaven.

Soon the hour will be upon us. Given the growing fear of the Establishment, they will probably strike first. And, in doing so, they will spark the very revolution that terrifies them.

Donald Trump is not the savior. Donald Trump is not the movement. Donald Trump is the warning. It makes very little difference if he is elected or not. Because, as Mike Cernovich points out in the bestselling MAGA MINDSET, Trump is merely the symbol of the moment. There will be more to come.

White flight in Germany

As the migrants urge them on:

“We refugees… are fed up with the angry citizens (Wutbürger). They insult and agitate like crazy…. There are always these incitements by unemployed racists (Wutbürgern), who spend all their time on the Internet and wait until an article about refugees appears on the Internet. Then it starts with shameless comments….

“Hello, you unemployed angry citizens (Wutbürger) on the Internet. How educated are you? How long will you continue to distort the truth? Do you not know that you are spreading lies every day? What would you have done if you were in their shoes? Well, you would have run away!

“We refugees… do not want to live in the same country with you. You can, and I think you should, leave Germany. And please take Saxony and the Alternative for Germany (AfD) with you.

“Germany does not fit you, why do you live here? Why do you not go to another country? If this is your country, dear angry citizens (Wutbürger), then behave normal. Otherwise you can simply flee from Germany and look for a new home. Go to America to Donald Trump, he will love you very much. We are sick of you!”

Soon there will be nowhere for people of European descent to flee. Then the fighting will begin. One interesting thing about all this, from my perspective, is to note that my tribe historically put up considerably more of a fight than Americans or Germans have to date. And by “considerably”, I mean, wiped out all of the settlers. They ultimately lost, but at least they went down fighting.

Thus far, whites in both the USA and Europe have demonstrated that they would much rather flee their homes or die than fight for their own survival or fight for the survival of their nation. That is why they have lost the opening round of World War III, which is very different in nature than anyone was suspecting. In fairness, virtually none of them realized that a war had begun. Most still don’t realize it.

To quote Martin van Creveld, one of the planet’s greatest military minds, from his essay “War and Migration”, which appeared in There Will Be War Vol. X:

War and migration have always been closely related. The relationship was recorded as early as 1300 BC, when we are informed the Israelites followed Moses out of Egypt to embark upon the enterprise that ultimately led them to the Promised Land of Canaan. As you will no doubt recall, they promptly conquered it. And since that time, for over 3,315 years, the link between war and the large-scale movement of people from one place to another has never been broken….

At some times, war and migration were essentially the same, as in the great migration of peoples during the first few centuries after Christ, the Arab expansion after 632 AD, the Magyar invasion of Europe, the Mongol invasions of China, and the movements of many African tribes from one part of the continent to another. At other times, the relationships between the two phenomena were more complicated, such as ethnic cleansings that rendered war unnecessary or took place after war’s end, mass avoidance of conscription, or soldiers bringing home concubines and war brides. All these various forms have often intermingled, all appear regularly in the annals of human history, and all will doubtless continue to do so in the future. The only thing that changes is their relative importance at any given point in time.

The “proposition nation” devotees have much for which to answer. They served as the intellectual beachhead that permitted this mass invasion to proceed without resistance. It should be obvious, now that the lie that being a “German” or an “Englishman” is also a proposition has been broadly broadcast to the masses, that the claim of the “American” nation being intrinsically propositional was always entirely false.

But don’t despair. Things always look grim for the defenders in the early days. The Europeans, on both continents, have, quite literally, not yet begun to fight.

The One True Ring of Evil

The Bucknell Bubble has inadvertently produced a series of right-wing dissidents:

Frequent Fox News guest Michael Malice stopped by The Milo Show this week where he discussed his experience at Bucknell University, an institution which he claimed was ripe with anti-intellectualism and elitist snobbery.

Malice lambasted Bucknell’s culture of anti-intellectualism, claiming that students and faculty rarely engaged with ideas that conflicted with their worldview during his time at the university. I highlighted this in February when I compared the warm embrace the university gave a guest speaker from the Black Panther Party who had a history of violent rhetoric with the reception received by the relatively harmless provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos, whose visit inspired hostility from both faculty and students.

Malice partially attributed the culture of anti-intellectualism to the radicalism that dominated many of the university’s departments.  “The head of the economics department when I was there was a feminist Marxist, and one of her themes was ‘since the laws of economics were discovered by men, they are inherently sexist and need to be rediscovered by women.’”

Like many students, Malice expected his university experience to be intellectually stimulating. Always a skeptic, Malice hope to challenge his own views, as well as the views of others. Instead, Malice claims that his peers rarely ventured outside of their intellectual bubbles. “No critical thought. These are the same people who 30 years ago said ‘you’re eating raw fish, what is wrong with you?’ And now, ‘I’m a foodie, you gotta go to this place, they have the freshest stuff.”

Yiannopoulos and Malice discussed the series of dissidents that have passed through the gates of Bucknell University over the past 20 years. “What’s weird is that it seems there is a one true ring that gets passed down. Vox Day was there eight years before me. And then right between Vox Day and me was Evan Coyne Maloney, who was called the right-wing Michael Moore, he did a film called IndoctrinateU.”

“And now they’ve got Tom Ciccotta,” Milo added.

Yiannopoulos and Malice suggested that the university’s continued failure to provide a complete education will only give rise to more conservative and libertarian Bucknell dissidents. “I love the idea that the President of Bucknell is always between right-wing shitlords, is sitting there just wondering which of their fresh-faced intake is going to rear his head as the new evil monster,” Yiannopoulos said.

One of my professors informed me about fifteen years ago that BU’s crackdown on the Greek system, which began my sophomore year and picked up significantly the year after I graduated, had an unexpectedly negative consequence of reducing the average SAT scores among incoming freshmen. Apparently, all the “brilliant fuck-ups”, to use his description, who had once preferred what was then a party school like Bucknell to the uptight atmosphere of the Ivies, no longer saw any reason to attend what had been transformed into just another Ivy League wannabe with a pretty campus in the middle of nowhere.

It used to be a place for Ivy League rejects, rich and pretty Greek legacies, and smart kids who liked to party, but now only the rejects remain.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but I know that I took one look at Princeton and was ready to leave after five minutes, even before our pompous tour guide waxed eloquent about all-male eating clubs. MIT was, of course, a complete non-starter; we made a perfunctory visit so my father could see his old stomping grounds. At Bucknell, a pretty sorority girl was my tour guide, and she invited me to come to a Kappa Kappa Gamma party. Easy choice. But if I was choosing a college these days, I doubt I’d even bother visiting Lewisburg. What would be the point? If you’re going to subject yourself to four joyless years of grim SJW indoctrination, you should at least be rewarded with a name-brand diploma with which you can torment SJWs saddled with lesser degrees.

There were some early signs of convergence taking place while I was there. I remember how weird I thought it was when the administration began pushing “diversity” in my junior year. Diversity? At Bucknell? What diversity? The only diversity to be found was in my sprinter-jumper-hurdler group and on the football team. We were innocents back then, and we had no idea what that signified at the time.

Anyhow, it amuses me that of my entire class, Doug Lebda and I are the two alumni deemed notable by Wikipedia. What a horrible embarrassment that must be for the university. Needless to say, I’ve never been invited back there to speak.

Nothing is sacred, nothing is safe

From SJWs. They insist on injecting their filth into EVERYTHING they encounter:

Kara Desiderio and her partner Kristina Wertz’s 13-month-old daughter loves Hello magazine for toddlers. The problem: The publication, which is owned by Highlights for Children, has yet to depict same-sex couples anywhere in its pages. So on Friday, October 14, Wertz took to the Highlights for Children Facebook page to express her concern.

“One of the reasons we appreciate Hello is the diversity represented — families of all races, interracial families and grandparents,” Wertz wrote. “We are consistently disappointed, however, in the complete lack of same-sex parents in Hello magazine. I think a lot about the things that create culture — the subtle and not so subtle messages that our kids get about how the world works. Since becoming a parent, I feel keenly aware of the messages kids’ books send to tiny minds.”

Wertz continued: “There is a deep need for books that positively reflect back the diversity of the world around us and I hope that Highlights embraces that diversity because we would like to keep it in our little one’s life as she grows.”

The Hudson, New York–based mom didn’t get the response she was hoping for. “We understand your wish to see your family’s situation represented in Highlights Hello,” wrote a Highlights for Children editor. “For much of our readership, the topic of same-sex families is still new, and parents are still learning how to approach the subject with their children, even the very little ones. We believe that parents know best when their family is ready top open conversation around the topic of same-sex families.” The staffer added: “We will continue to think deeply about inclusion — specifically, how to address it in developmentally appropriate ways for our broad audience.”

Needless to say, because the publisher was dumb enough to offer to “think deeply about inclusion”, that has only increased the SJW pressure on them. The excuse for targeting them is because they used the word “situation”. Nothing is too small or petty to justify a convergence campaign!

And if Highlights is foolish enough to cave and converge, it is going to quickly find out how much of their readership is not going to tolerate even a modicum of SJW filth, no matter how “developmentally appropriate” it is.

SJW delenda est. Never give them an inch. Never give them anything.

A tale of three reviews

Bestselling SF author Christopher Nuttall reviews MAGA MINDSET: Making YOU and America Great Again:

MAGA Mindset is not specifically about Trump, although – as you might have guessed – it discusses Trump and his appeal in some detail. Instead, it is a background study of the present-day cultural conflict – I would really call it a civil war – within America and, in at least some aspects, the rest of the West. Such an assessment is long overdue, yet often lacking. Politics, as always, cast a long shadow over any such assessment….

One can only be defeated if one accepts defeat. Trump’s success comes from two factors – the willingness to dream big and the willingness to keep going, even after setbacks. He is correct in many ways – but Big Government works hard to make it difficult. Fighting them can be immensely demoralising. But we have to carry on regardless.

This is a historic election. And this book goes quite some way towards explaining why.

Even if you don’t like Trump, even if you recoil in horror at the thought of President Trump taking office next year, you need to read this book.

Speaking of politics, It’s always cute when fake reviewers try to guess what the book is about, and guess wrong:

Used to be a long time reader of Mike and his blog; this book lacked any real evidence as to why Trump and his policies are and actually will be effective if he were to win the 2016. This book completely ignores the discussion of policy and instead focuses on “mindset” techniques that have been rehashed from Gorilla Mindset and his previous blog postings. If Donald Trump loses, this entire book and Mike will lose credibility, proving that Mike has become nothing more than a sheep for the alt-right movement / manosphere.

Notice a theme with these one-star “reviewers”?

I’m a long time reader of Cernovich’s excellent blog, and I’ve purchased and enjoyed his previous books. It saddens me the way the entire “manosphere” has latched onto the odious Donald Trump, swallowing his garbage hook line and sinker. Cernovich claims to be “journalist” now, but in reality he is nothing but a Trump cheerleader, repeating the usual Trump conspiracy theories (Clinton has Parkinsons, election is rigged, etc). If you like Trump, you will probably like this book. Honestly, even if I did like Trump this would be a pretty pathetic effort.

I’m always sorry to see one of our writers disappoint a long time reader[sic] in this way.

4GW in Syria

It’s not hard to see why the “Syrian rebels” are losing so badly to the Syrian government forces. Guess who has more support from the Syrian people. Applying the principles of 4GW, it should be obvious that Assad is going to win, because despite being an Alawite, he is still Syrian. The so-called rebels no more represent the Syrian people than the US military for whom they are a proxy do, which is why the usual rules about 4GW insurgencies don’t apply to them. They’re invaders, not insurgents.

The number of percentage points being allocated to Johnson and Stein is between 7 and 14. In 2012, the combined Libertarian/Green vote was 1.35 percent. In 2008, it was 0.96 percent.

Now, let’s be generous and pretend that the combined Libertarian/Green vote will be 2 percent, which would be a 48 percent increase from 2012 and 108 percent from 2008. That means that the national polls are, at a minimum, off by between 5 and 12 points.

I can’t say that there is evidence of a Trumpslide at this point. On the other hand, I can’t take seriously the evidence that suggests Hillary Clinton is going to win by Mondalean proportions either. The trick, I think, will be to watch what happens as the polls go into the final week. If they tighten dramatically, that means the pollsters have been playing games and are attempting to cover themselves, which suggests Trump will win. That’s what happened with Brexit.

If, on the other hand, the polls continue to indicate significant leads for Hillary, that means they are not concerned about their accuracy and will tend to suggest a Hillary win, albeit a little closer than they’re predicting.

UPDATE: Trump appears to have revived his momentum again. Remember, he pushes, then coasts, pushes, then coasts. It looks like he’s gearing up for the stretch run.

It’s too early to measure the impact of last night’s final presidential debate, but Republican Donald Trump now has a three-point lead nationally on Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online White House Watch survey finds Trump with 43% support among Likely U.S. Voters to Clinton’s 40%. 

MAGA Mindset reviews

First, thanks to everyone who made MAGA Mindset Castalia’s second-most-successful book launch after Cuckservative. That was great; Mike noted that it was even more successful than his Gorilla Mindset launch. And more than a day after its launch, it is still in the Amazon top 250.

A couple of people have posted reviews I thought worth highlighting here, first of all, Caleb Q. Washington:

If I had to describe the book in just a sentence, it is SJWs Always Lie meets Gorilla Mindset condensed to their core, with a unifying theme of Donald Trump.

The book is divided into three sections on culture, media and mindset. The first lays out, in brutal terms, the cultural landscape of modern America and how it paved the way for Trump’s rise. Cernovich does it in such a way that he won’t sound like a conspiracy theorist to uninitiated readers, which is really hard to do given the gulf between reality and the media created dreamworld most of America lives in. The first section is as good of a redpill as any I’ve seen. It will convert people to Alt-Right….

For people like me, who read Cernovich & Vox Day blogs and books, who know the state of cultural rot in America, who already see the media as adversarial to the American nation, this book is going to feel like it’s preaching to the choir and telling you things you already agree with. This book was written to create more allies for us. You should read it, enjoy a well done work pushing your worldview and pass it on to people who it will impact greatly.

He’s right. MAGA Mindset is a great starting point for young men and women who sense that there is something wrong with America, but would be overwhelmed by the likes of SJWAL and Cuckservative. It’s short, it’s succinct, and it’s straight to the point.

The notorious Charles C. Johnson took a break from his various nefarious plans to wreak havoc throughout the world to write a review as well:

You may ask: are you really telling me Donald Trump fought the world and won just thanks to his mindset?

Yes. And Mike Cernovich makes that compelling case in MAGA Mindset, using Donald Trump’s boyhood pastor, who was also a best-selling author of “positive thinking” books, as evidence.

And it looks like he’s right. Trump never backs down, never stops fighting, and always wins in the end.

But it all begins in his head.

I am genuinely alarmed. Chuck Johnson is a serious dark lord, and the idea of him applying even some of the lessons taught in MAGA Mindset is not only frightening, it is almost beyond imagining. He is the Dr. Evil of the Alt-Right. In other news, Mike Glyer of File 770 was amused by the press release Castalia’s PR team sent out to the media concerning Mike’s latest book:

The new Cernovich bestseller, signed to an advance that was, according to Day, “pretty close to $14 million less than Clinton and Kaine got,”….

As always, the perspicacious commenters at File 770 didn’t hesitate to demonstrate their astuteness and keen powers of observation in all matters even tangentially related to the Supreme Dark Lord.

“Teddy doesn’t mention it’s number one in that tiny subcategory because it was FREE, and listed prominently on ebook freebie sites. I follow a couple so I don’t remember which.”


One almost has to admire their determination to stick to the Narrative no matter what the actual, readily confirmable facts are. As it happens:

  • The #2 book in the Media Studies category has 831 reviews and is ranked #3,425 on Amazon.
