Even Google can’t take SJWs anymore

Can you imagine how egregious the behavior of the SJW must have been to actually get him fired, when threatening to punch and blacklist coworkers, and burn down the building, did not suffice in the past?

Google said it has fired an employee for leaking staffer names and personal details to the media and placed two others on leave for allegedly violating company policies, evidence of escalating tension between management and personnel engaged in labor-related activism.

A Google spokeswoman said the company is investigating the employees who were placed on leave. One of them had searched for and shared confidential documents outside the scope of their job, while the other tracked the individual calendars of staff working in the community platforms, human resources, and communications teams, she said. The tracking had made the staff in those departments feel unsafe, the spokeswoman said.

Google didn’t identify the employee who was fired, or the staffers placed on leave.

The company’s statement came after Bloomberg News inquired about two employees being placed on leave who had participated in activism at Google. The suspensions have been a hot topic of discussion at the company in the last week, stoking anger among some workers and prompting claims that Google is punishing people who have taken a stand against management, according to three employees familiar with the matter.

If even a fully-converged corporation like Google finds it necessary to disemploy its SJWs, how on Earth can your company afford not to do so?

Keeping in mind that $4,434 per employee represents 14 percent of the net profit for the most successful corporations in the world, and may exceed the total profit per employee of a typical small or medium-sized business, is that really worth a three-point reduction in annual employee turnover? In fact, wouldn’t simply paying an additional $4,434 to each employee as an annual bonus likely reduce your company’s voluntary turnover rate even more? It wouldn’t surprise me if even a $3k bonus would reduce turnover by an astonishing 50 percent!

Of course, there are other benefits provided by these expensive Business-Integrated HR departments. Such as, we are told, integrating the HR strategy with the business strategy and helping to drive business decisions through people, data, and insights.

But what does that actually mean?

Translating from the corporate consultant-speak, Business-Integrated Human Resources means letting HR run the business according to its objectives and values rather than those of the rest of the corporation, including the executives and shareholders. As you can see, this is a model that can be effectively used to sell structured convergence to any executive foolish enough to buy into the concept and pay for it.


The next wave of deplatformings

A warning about YouTube’s recent Terms of Service change, effective December 10, 2019, from an anonymous on 8kun:

‘YouTube may terminate your access, or your Google account’s access to all or part of the Service if YouTube believes, in its sole discretion, that provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable.”

Here’s the obvious clincher:

“Commercially viable” is a pretty broad term. Initially, it will wipe out all channels that have been demonetized. But the next step will be all small channels that are not under central control and do not have ads set up, which is 95 percent of Youtube.

A lot of what makes Youtube great is the random stuff from real people, and that will soon be gone. Getting rid of that aspect of Youtube is going to prevent real people from posting what really happened at a Trump rally, or at some other event, or anything else that might go against the establishment and leave only the official corporate feed plus 50,000+ Jew channels that are all monetized but won’t step out of line anywhere at all, with that “50.000” remaining to provide the illusion of vastness that is in fact just a bunch of stale oatmeal.

You can damn well bet that if you are not actively working to destroy Western civilization in your personal life you’ll be de-monetized even if the only thing you post is cat videos. HEADS UP: 95 PERCENT OF YOUTUBE IS GOING TO BITE THE DUST. They are certainly going to at least try to make it look like it is not so. but just wait.

I understand the concern. It is by no means paranoid or unbased. But the reality is that the change to the terms of service is actually a very small one. YouTube always claimed this right to terminate at will and specifically mentions the phrase “no longer commercially viable” in the terms that are presently effective. The difference is the current terms say “YouTube has reason to believe” instead of “YouTube believes, in its sole discretion”, which in my opinion is legally negligible in light of the fact that YouTube itself is not, and has never been, commercially viable.

That’s why no one has been able to successfully compete with them. They run at an absolutely massive loss that no one except a company with billions in profits or a mid-sized government could afford. Which is exactly as I describe in Corporate Cancer; only very large or externally-funded organizations can afford to be that converged for long without going out of business. And since YouTube itself is not commercially viable, then it is obvious that none of the free channels it allows to operate on its platform are either.

Anyhow, whether the scale of the planned deplatformings is as big as some suspect it will be or not, this is why it is absolutely vital to subscribe to Unauthorized sooner rather than later. That’s precisely why we set it up in the first place.


Google builds health database

Google is doing for health what Facebook did for privacy:

Lawyers, medical professionals and tech experts have reacted with a mixture of horror and fury after it emerged that Google has been secretly acquiring sensitive medical data on millions of people without their knowledge or consent.

Questions were immediately raised around the ethics of the data-gathering operation – code-named Project Nightingale – as well as the security of patient data after the program was first reported on Monday.

Others called for an immediate change to privacy laws after Google and Ascension, the healthcare organization it has partnered with, boasted that the scheme is completely legal….

The data includes names, dates of birth, lab results, doctor diagnoses and hospitalization records on ‘tens of millions of patients’, according to the Wall Street Journal, which first exposed the story. Neither doctors nor patients were informed that the data-gathering was taking place or given the chance to opt-out.

This promises to going to go so amazingly and absurdly wrong that it won’t surprise me if there are calls for the US government to declare war on Google and nuke its offices before it’s too late. Remember, good people don’t have to remind themselves “don’t be evil”.


San Francisco is an open sewer

Literally and legally, the city of San Francisco is now a toilet:

Chesa Boudin, the urine-and-feces-plagued city’s incoming district attorney, pledged during the campaign not to prosecute public urination and other quality-of-life crimes if he was elected. Boudin declared victory Saturday night after results showed him winning a plurality of votes in the DA race.

“We will not prosecute cases involving quality-of-life crimes. Crimes such as public camping, offering or soliciting sex, public urination, blocking a sidewalk, etc., should not and will not be prosecuted,” Boudin vowed in response to an American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) questionnaire during the campaign.

And let’s not even get started on the moral perspective. This is why freedom is not, and can never be, the highest value. Civilization does not rely upon individual freedom or enlightenment values. To the contrary, it relies upon suppressing them.

The NHL, converged

A longtime NHL broadcaster is deplatformed for daring to observe that Paper Canadians don’t care about the historical sacrifices of real Canadians.

Hockey broadcaster Don Cherry has suggested that he was given an opportunity to stay with Sportsnet after making widely derided comments about immigrants and poppies.

“I could’ve stayed on if I wanted to and knuckled under, and turned into a simp, but that’s not my style,” Cherry said Monday night in an interview with Toronto radio station Newstalk 1010.

“If had gone on and said a few things and done a few things, I definitely would have been back. There’s no doubt about it,” he added later.

Cherry was fired Monday, nearly 40 years after he began working for “Hockey Night in Canada,” as part of the fallout from Saturday night’s broadcast.

During his “Coach’s Corner” segment, the 85-year-old Cherry claimed that immigrants do not wear poppies or support veterans.

“You people … that come here, whatever it is, you love our way of life, you love our milk and honey, at least you can pay a couple bucks for a poppy or something like that,” he said. “These guys paid for your way of life that you enjoy in Canada, these guys paid the biggest price.”

The remarks, which are the latest in a decades-long string of controversial comments from the popular commentator, were widely criticized. Sportsnet network president Bart Yabsley called Cherry’s comments “discriminatory” on Sunday and announced Monday that he would be no longer be on air.

No matter who you are, no matter what you do, no matter how famous you are, if you do not kneel before the Narrative, the SJWs will come for you.

It is very clear that the God-Emperor understands the central importance of morale. Notice how his words are so often focused at inspiring his friends while demoralizing his enemies. That is how you wear down the enemy and win, again and again. The knowledge that you simply will not stop, regardless of the initial outcome, tends to fill them with despair.
