The Big Bear must be rolling his eyes watching a mainstream “comedian” like Jimmy Kimmel trying to save his career by appealing to the Jester’s Prerogative.

‘The MAGA gang desperately [is] trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them,’ Kimmel said Monday, adding that the far-right was scrambling ‘to score political points from it.’

Those comments sparked swift outrage among conservatives and even drew the attention of FCC Chairman Brendan Carr, who labeled Kimmel’s words ‘some of the sickest conduct possible.’ But rather than soften his stance, sources say Kimmel intended to double down on his next broadcast, a move Disney executives feared would further inflame tensions.

For Kimmel, who has helmed the late-night staple since 2003, the suspension marks the first major interruption of his 22-year run. Friends say the comedian is ‘angry but unbowed’ and feels Disney caved to political pressure.

After the announcement, a source told The Daily Mail that Kimmel ‘feels betrayed.’ ‘Jimmy has always pushed boundaries, that’s what his audience expects,’ the insider revealed. ‘The idea that one comment could sideline him after everything he’s given ABC — he’s gutted, but he’s not sorry.’

It’s always amusing to see what people in the mainstream believe is “the far-right”. The actual Right, the real Right, the only Right, isn’t trying to score one single political point from what is reported to be the assassination of a milquetoast conservative employed by foreign interests. Nor do we celebrate it. Why would we, since he’ll be replaced by another manufactured “success” before long. This Charlie Kirk tweet should suffice to explain my complete indifference to his reported fate.

Sure they are. By far… Those must have been some fascinating ideas and arguments derived from the complete literary works of Jordan B. Peterson.

This will be my last word on Charlie Kirk because I never considered him anything but irrelevant, and what little I’ve learned about him in the last week has only confirmed my total lack of interest in whatever it was that he was selling to the American public. Be offended if you like, but observe that you’ll search 21 years of archives here in vain without a single reference to him prior to the recent events.

Back to the cancel culture boomerang. It’s even more amusing to see a mainstream clown like Jimmy Kimmel appealing to the same Jester’s Prerogative that didn’t protect Owen Benjamin back in the day. No one cares how many boundaries you’ve pushed in the past, the point is that you pushed too far for the current political climate and therefore you’re canceled.

Get used to it and learn to code.

Germans First

GERMANY FIRST sounds like a good slogan, but if we’ve learned one thing over the years, it’s that the civic nationalists will pervert and adulterate genuine nationalism every chance they get. GERMANS FIRST would be better given the globalist attempts to redefine what a nation is.

Germany’s interests do not match those of its “Ukrainian partners,” and Berlin should pursue a “Germany first” policy, deputy head of the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party’s parliamentary group, Markus Frohnmaier, has said.

Frohnmaier made the remarks on Wednesday in an interview with Rossiya 24, suggesting that Berlin should admit its economic woes largely stem from breaking ties with Russia and try to fix them.

“We are genuinely interested in normalizing relations with Russia,” Frohnmaier stated. “We simply have to acknowledge that energy prices for industry, as well as for private individuals in Germany, are now too high.”

Berlin, should it manage to display the “political will,” could “achieve a lot,” including the restoration of the Nord Stream natural gas pipelines, he suggested.

“The interests of our Ukrainian partners, for instance, do not match those of Germany. And I call for a final return to a policy that puts Germany’s interests first,” he stressed.

Germany should not get involved in the Ukraine conflict in any fashion, Frohnmaier said, arguing that it should not even consider deploying its military since most Germans strongly oppose such an idea. The politician also lamented that Berlin had abandoned its longstanding “tradition” of not supplying weapons to war zones.

In any event, it’s good to see the AfD’s inexorable rise, even if some elements of its leadership are deeply questionable and tend to indicate the usual paradachutists being sent in as gatekeepers. The fact is that the nations are rising and nothing is going to stop them from doing so over the next three decades.

Now They Care

The Hollywood stars who have supported and celebrated deplatformings, debankings, and crackdowns on “hate speech” are now worried about the pendulum swinging back on them. Which, of course, it is, because that is the nature of pendulums.

Hollywood celebrities have rushed to defend Jimmy Kimmel after he was ‘indefinitely’ taken off the air because of comments about Charlie Kirk’s murder.

ABC will not be airing Jimmy Kimmel Live! ‘for the foreseeable future,’ a spokesperson announced on Wednesday.

Stars have pushed back against the decision to take Kimmel off air, with Jamie Lee Curtis, Ben Stiller, Henry Winkler and Alison Brie joining the ranks in opposition.

Ben Stiller jumped over to X to repost the news of ABC taking Kimmel off air and typed out, ‘This isn’t right.’

Singer John Legend shared a post by David Frum which read: ‘How dare you call us fascists just because our appointees threaten government retaliation against broadcast networks if their comedians don’t say what we want them to say.’

Frozen actor Josh Gad said: ‘I see we are at the passive participation of authoritarianism now. God help us all.’

Community actor Alison Brie shared a news alert on Instagram: ‘This is unreal. And very scary.’

Henry Winkler wrote on X: ‘@jimmykimmel his humor, his insights are important to keep showing us who we are . AND he is a most wonderful fellow’ [sic]

Jamie Lee Curtis, 66 — who recently made a tearful statement about Kirk — reposted a photo of Kimmel to her Instagram Story with a quote attributed to the comedian that read: ‘I don’t think anybody should be canceled. I really don’t.’

And yet, they didn’t shed any tears when Owen Benjamin was banished from Hollywood over a single tweet about trans kids.

We’re seeing a lot of “I thought the Right was against cancel culture” online these days. And that’s right, we were. But that didn’t cause the Left, or Clown World, to drop it. It’s a sword that can cut more than one way, and those who lived by it for the last ten years are now at risk from dying by it.

Anyone who tries to cancel anyone for “hate speech” or “sexism” or “racism” or “antisemitism” are themselves worthy of cancellation and banishment from civilized society. They didn’t respect the free speech of others, so they have lost their own claims to it.

UPDATE: The Dark Herald knows why Kimmel was put on ice for the moment. It’s actually an attempt to save him by “suspending” him rather than firing him and cancelling his show.

It’s Just a Joke

And a coincidence, right? You know Feynman proved everything is just coincidence and confirmation bias, right, anon?

A now-deleted X account appears to have had prior knowledge of the brutal assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk and subsequently posted a threatening date for President Donald Trump.

The account, @TallyHallAlbum, posted an eerily specific “joke” on September 3, declaring it would be “funny if someone like Charlie Kirk got shot on September 10th LMAO.”

Just days after the tragedy, the user followed up with a cryptic reply: “did i” – and then escalated the threat by posting “Donald Trump. December 14th.” before scrubbing the entire profile from existence.

The question this raises is pretty obvious. Which Donald Trump would that be?

NATO and the Need for Resolve

The ever-brilliant NATO strategists who have been losing for three straight years now claim to believe that going head-to-head with Russia in Ukraine is the way to AVOID a Russian invasion of Europe:

Military experts have warned NATO must take seriously the recent drone incursions into eastern Europe or risk invasion, after Russia tested the military alliance’s resolve with intrusions into foreign airspace last week.

Hamish de Bretton-Gordon OBE, a former British Army colonel, told the Daily Mail that he has ‘no doubt’ that Russian President Vladimir Putin will keep going, after UAVs repeatedly breached NATO airspace in eastern Europe.

Poland called the intrusion a deliberate provocation, as Russia insisted it had not targeted objects in Polish territory. European allies have rushed to organise an ‘Eastern Sentry’ mission, bolstering the eastern frontier with greater materiel.

‘NATO has suddenly woken up – or finally woken up,’ said de Bretton-Gordon. ‘We played lip service to the peace dividend … really giving the impression to Putin that we weren’t that bothered and we didn’t care. So in a way, it is slightly our own fault. We’ve got a show resolve now, otherwise he will keep going.’

The Europeans wouldn’t be so desperate to provoke WWIII if they understood that the USA is not going to intervene and fight for them. But they certainly know that what they’re doing by pretending they’re going to respond to a false Ukrainian flag is the best way to assure Russia invades the NATO countries on its borders, not avoid it.

Bringing People Together

Say what you will about Netanyahu and Trump, but they both have a gift for bringing diverse people with differing interests together:

An Arab-Islamic emergency summit convened today in Doha to discuss Israel’s attempted assassination of the Hamas negotiators, who were in Doha at the request of the United States when they were attacked. The meeting produced some very startling optics, starting with former ISIS terrorist leader Abu Mohammad al-Julani — who is now repackaged as Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa, with a nice beard trim and a $1,000 suit to boot — meeting with Iranian officials, including President Pezeshkian. Two years ago Julani’s forces were attacking and killing Iranian soldiers, and vice-versa. We also saw Jordan’s King Abdullah in attendance and interacting with folks he normally would shun… And Iran’s President Pezeshkian had a cordial meeting with the Saudi Crown Prince. This was akin to a conference of lions, lambs and jackals meeting to discuss how to stop poachers.

Although the summit did not produce a consensus to break all ties with Israel, the mere fact that such a diverse group, that in normal times are at odds with one another, assembled to engage in a diplomatic discussion about how to stop Israel’s attacks is noteworthy and also signals a dramatic decline in the ability of the US to influence events in the region.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a huge amateur mistake today by visiting Israel as this summit was underway. Following the summit, Israel reportedly has launched a massive attack on Gaza City. The participants at this summit will likely interpret this as Donald Trump giving Israel permission to expand its campaign of genocide. It will reinforce the view of the members of the Arab-Islamic that Trump is weak and totally under the control of Bibi Netanyahu. Regardless of his intent, Rubio will be viewed as the guy who delivered Trump’s message to launch the offensive in Gaza City.

The crows would appear to be gathering in anticipation of battlefields to come.

“NATO is at war with Russia”

No doubt this official observation will spark all sorts of denials from the various neocons and Eurocrats. And none of them will matter, because in the end, the only opinion that matters is Russia’s.

For the very first time, the official spokesman for the Kremlin in Moscow, Dmitry Peskov has said publicly “NATO is at war with Russia.” This statement is a harbinger of dramatic and horrifying developments soon to come.

It is vital to point out that for three and a half years, Peskov has NOT said this. The fact that he uttered these words over this past weekend, is no accident.

Peskov is the official Spokesman for the Kremlin. He says exactly, precisely, what the Russian government wants said. He doesn’t embellish. He doesn’t take liberties with what he says. Never once in history has the Kremlin had to “walk-back” anything Peskov has said. The words that come out of his mouth are exactly, precisely what the Russian government intends to express.

The fact that the Russian government is now openly saying “NATO is at war with Russia” holds all the severe implications any rational person would think, could stem from such a statement.

And in truth, this is nothing more than a statement of the obvious. NATO is, and has been, at war with Russia since at least mid-2023. Russia’s patience in simply absorbing the economic and military attacks has been tremendous. But now that NATO’s proxy has been defeated, NATO isn’t doing what it should be doing and laying down its weapons, instead, it is doubling down and making preparations to fight Russia directly.

Russia, it is now clear, will behave accordingly. And it is very unlikely that more than a few of the current European regimes are going to survive the experience, however tangential it might prove to be.

And the European leaders know NATO is responsible for starting the NATO-Russian war. They’ve even admitted as much.

French President Emmanuel Macron has privately admitted that NATO is the driving force behind the Ukraine conflict, prominent American economist Jeffrey Sachs has said. Macron, along with other Western leaders, has repeatedly claimed that Russia launched its military operation against Ukraine in 2022 without provocation and has insisted that Moscow is solely responsible for the conflict.

However, speaking during a foreign policy debate with the Italian daily il Fatto Quotidiano, Sachs recalled that when Macron awarded him the Legion of Honor in May 2022, the French leader privately told him “exactly the opposite of what he says publicly” and admitted that “NATO was causing this war.”
