In this space we raise awareness of the allegations against Neil Gaiman and promote accountability processes for him and others like him. The discussions in this sub aim to center survivors and their support communities, and to help isolated survivors to feel less alone. This place exists to offer support, provide news, links, access to resources, and educate about sexual violence in ways that center recovery, advocacy and prevention.
No Victim Blaming
We don’t tolerate victim blaming or denying the reality of sexual assault survivors and minimisation of predatory behaviour.
Repeated or blatant violation of this rule will result in a permanent ban from the subreddit
Be kind and polite.
Aggression towards other Redditors will not be tolerated. Exactly what it says on the tin.
No advocating harm to Neil Gaiman, his family, people that work with him, or anyone else.
We’re not here to incite violence or bankruptcy. It’s fine to say you don’t like him, and talk about how it affects you and a lot of other people; it stops there.
No organised campaigns or interference in other reddit communities
In the interest of safety and preventing possible harassment, we are not allowing posts here that call for organised activism. This also includes interference on reddit, such as brigading, drawing attention to users elsewhere, and complaints about mod actions in other subs.
No speculations on anyone’s sexual orientation or political leaning.

Even if it’s publicly available, posting Amanda and Neil’s divorce docket is crossing a line. Don’t do things like that.
No racism, ageism, homophobia, sexism, ableism or TERFs.
No antisemitism or anti-Palestinian anything, including Zionist or Zionism as an insult.

But what if the trans-Palestinian survivor of an ableist assault posts an anti-racist meme on r/neilgaimanmemes? Doesn’t denying zem’s ability to repost that meme amount to anti-Levantine terfophobia or something like that?
