The Republican establishment is working with the DeSantis campaign to create a fake groundswell of popular support for the Florida governor by putting together what is described as “a network of conservative social media influencers”:
According to five Republicans familiar with the discussions, the governor’s top lieutenants have quietly recruited a network of conservative social media influencers as part of a broader attempt to circumvent the mainstream press and appeal directly to GOP primary voters nationwide.
And who are, according to the three Republicans who received the initial pitch, among the ranks in DeSantis’ digital army?
Jack Murphy, a podcast host and self-described “alpha-male giga chad” involved in a quasi-professional cuckolding porn scandal. John Cardillo, a former Newsmax TV host and unregistered arms dealer who allegedly stiffed the Ukrainian government for $200,000 worth of body armor plates. Christian Walker, Herschel Walker’s right-wing influencer son who helped tank his father’s Senate campaign. David Reaboi, a Hungary-loving and Qatar-hating bodybuilder with longstanding ties to John Bolton. And Caleb Hull, an ex-Trump digital strategist who has said some very, very racist things.
This is the DeSantis A-team, and they’re fighting a battle for a presidential campaign that hasn’t even started yet—with plenty of DeSantis face time, dinners, and photo ops.
Of course, this “secret Twitter army” is about as far right as Mitt Romney. But keep these names, and the names of the usual suspects, in mind when you start hearing them talk up the establishment’s choice as “the real deal” and the only choice to defeat Biden in 2024. Because all of it – and them – are fake and gay.
It won’t be long before the only attractive women in comics will be at Arktoons.
They sincerely hate beauty, particularly of the female variety. Even if you couldn’t care less about comics, you should be able to understand why Arktoons is an important front in the cultural war.
And yes, both Silenziosa and Midnight’s War will be back soon with copious episodes of both completed. Hypergamouse will be on hiatus for a while longer.

All retardery looks pretty much the same from a sufficiently elevated height.
The unrepentant wickedness of Boomers is reliably seen in their characteristic responses to criticism of their generation. Their standard defense is to blame others while claiming they did nothing wrong, which should sound familiar to anyone who has ever read the Bible.
And their incoherence is obvious when they simultaneously a) claim that it’s wrong to collectively criticize a generation while b) collectively criticizing multiple generations as clueless, inept, lazy, easily-triggered snowflakes lacking grit.
Finally, it is Satan who attempts to unite. Jesus Christ came to divide. Their defensive appeals to unity are literally satanic.
Repent, Boomer.
A Boomer responded on Gab to the mere sight of the cover image from last night’s Darkstream, entitled The Unrepentant Evil of the Boomers.
Boomer: Stop playing the jews game by blaming the boomers. That’s what they want. They want us to fight each other so that you don’t see the real culprit, the jews. The only sin of the boomers was to believe the jewish lie.
Ixthys: So; pride; lust; greed; gluttony and envy; that’s quite a deviational achievement for an unrepentent generation; if we don’t recognise their achievement we’ll fall for the same tricks!
Boomer: As I said, Our only sin was to believe the jewish lie. Blaming the boomers will only divide us and serve their agenda.
Vox: The video is literally about you. You are unrepentant and you refuse to take responsibility for your actions. Because if you think that was your only sin, then you remain steeped in the wickedness of your generation.
Boomer: Are you a jew? Silly question, you will lie if you’re a member of the tribe.
It’s an interesting defense that not only admits to, but literally demonstrates, the very charges being laid against the accused. But it is not an effective one.

This is not exactly news to any of us in the game industry:
Talent shortage is acute in the IT and data science ecosystem in India with a survey claiming that 95 per cent of engineers in the country are not fit to take up software development jobs.
According to a study by employability assessment company Aspiring Minds, only 4.77 per cent candidates can write the correct logic for a programme — a minimum requirement for any programming job.
Over 36,000 engineering students form IT related branches of over 500 colleges took Automata — a Machine Learning based assessment of software development skills — and over 2/3 could not even write code that compiles.
The study further noted that while more than 60 per cent candidates cannot even write code that compiles, only 1.4 per cent can write functionally correct and efficient code.
While the very best Indian programmers can be excellent indeed – the star programmer at my father’s company in the 1980s was an Indian immigrant who created what became the de facto interface for AutoCAD – on average they are clueless, incompetent, lazy, and in the collective, totally unable to successfully complete programming projects no matter how well defined and designed.
Fortunately, I’ve only had to work directly with one team of Indian programmers, who were responsible for completing a gamified training program I designed for 3M. Despite being selected and vetted by 3M, they proved to be absolutely unable to deliver even the most basic tasks in a reasonable manner or time frame.
This demonstrates, yet again, that immigration and outsourcing are not only not beneficial to an advanced national economy, but rather, are much more likely to be a significant detriment to it.
A Gab reader reacts to my response to a Boomer smugly asserting how glad he is that his childhood and youth were better than those of subsequent generations.
Why did boomers not value their children or grandchildren? My parents (and his) had no time for me or for my children. Or we had to pack up the babies and drive to them. They didn’t seem to remember how hard it was to travel with small children. I was left alone as a child to raise myself in front of a TV while my parents worked. Asking around and I’ve found my peers had similar experiences.
Those same parents scoffed at my husband and me for keeping me at home and living on less so I could raise our kids. My husband and I planted the seeds of trees whose shade we’ll never know. There’s a distinct lack of humility with many boomers I’ve encountered. The Bible has lots to say on the subject of pride. My parents sit on their pile of wealth and wonder why they’re lonely. The greatest generation will be the one that glorifies God and encourages others to repent. Music, clothes, cars are fun but fleeting. Folly. People matter. Pour your life out for your family, your church, your community and you will find life more abundantly.
Another child of the Boomers expresses his own inability to comprehend the way in which most Boomers simply don’t give a damn about the well-being of their children and grandchildren.
I know the feeling. Its hard for me to grasp sometimes. All I want to do is build a legacy for my children. Real wealth as an inheritance for them. All my father wants to do is accumulate money with me having no part in it. He actively avoided bringing me into his business to the point where I had to join the military to improve the station of my family. Its something I will never understand.
I’ve seen this repeatedly in the Boomers of my acquaintance. Unlike my grandparents, with whom I was close enough that I would drive down from college to spend my holiday weekends with them, they’d rather live around others their own age and occupy themselves with meaningless social activities than spend time with their grandkids. As owners and executives, they cling to control even when they literally never come into the office instead of handing over responsibility to their eventual successors. And if they find themselves in a position where they have to choose between a sum of money and a relationship with someone, they will choose the former every single time.
Why is this? I genuinely don’t know. But in contrast, I see my Generation X peers already preparing succession plans even though they’re only in their 50s, pushing their children to accept as much responsibility as they can reasonably handle, and in general, preparing for a future in which they will play no part. Because we understand that legacy matters far more than dying with the most toys.
Remember when everyone believed that the USA was a free market economy that pushed for free trade all around the world because it was mutually beneficial? Yeah, those days are over now. This is additional evidence – not that any more was needed – that the free trade critics were correct all along.
On Friday, the Wall Street Journal reported that Washington is planning to outlaw American investment in the high-tech sectors of rival economies, citing sources and reports from the US Treasury Department and Commerce Department relating to the proposed regulation.
Sources close to the formulation of the new regulations said the restrictions will primarily be aimed against China and will likely focus on private and venture capital investments in the semiconductor, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing sectors
The Wall Street Journal noted that the reports did not specifically name countries which will be affected by the new regulations, nor did they single out the specific economic sectors which were being identified as being of particular risk to US economic security. However the reports indicated that the regulations will seek to target sectors which might increase the military capabilities of nations that rival the United States.
As one example, a report from the Treasury Department, noted that the new rules on foreign investment would focus on “preventing US capital and expertise from being exploited in ways that threaten our national security while not placing an undue burden on US investors and businesses.”
The new regulations have reportedly been in the works for months, while the US Treasury Department sought to craft the rules so as to be strictly focused on national security issues, while not being arguably designed to foster unfair economic advantages.
It will be interesting to see how a “rival economy” is defined. And it’s even more interesting to see decades of free trade propaganda abandoned overnight.
On the grand historic level, however, this is another bad sign for the survival of the USA as a unitary political entity. Empires that are forced to engage in capital controls in order to prevent money from being invested elsewhere usually are not empires that survive very long.
