This guy won a peace prize?

The neocons really appear to be desperate to start a war with Russia before Obama leaves office.

PRESIDENT Obama has deployed US special forces troops along Lithuania’s border with “aggressive” Russia.

Tensions between Washington and the Kremlin have reached Cold War levels amid reports Vladimir Putin is deploying nuke-ready missiles in the Russian province of Kaliningrad – which borders Poland, Belarus and Lithuania.

US military chief General Raymond T Thomas told the New York Times that America has a “persistent” presence in the Baltic states bordering Russia. He added that many former Eastern Bloc countries are “scared to death” of Russia and the vulnerable states are “desperate” for America’s leadership.

The US and its Nato allies will send battalions of up to 1,200 to each of the three Baltic states – Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia – and Poland by spring this year, reports the New York Times.

Lithuania’s foreign minister Linas Linkevicius confirmed Russia’s military activity in Kaliningrad is terrifying the region. He said: “Iskander missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads have been deployed. There are S-400 missiles and modernised jets.”

Still doubt that a Hillary Clinton victory would have meant war? However, I don’t think Putin is having any of it, as his restrained response to the expulsion of the 35 Russian diplomats tends to demonstrate. He knows Trump isn’t going to embroil the USA in a war just to please the neocons.

This is astonishingly dumb on so many levels. How, exactly, are special forces troops supposed to defend against nuclear warheads?

The response is still restrained

I expect Europe will see considerably more violence in 2017. And unlike in previous years, it won’t all be one way.

A group of Muslims reportedly stabbed a 21-year-old polish man to death in the street on New Year’s Eve after he threw a firecracker in the general vicinity of their Kebab shop. Poles responded the next day by smashing their shop up and throwing bricks through their windows.

Video of the incident shows a large crowd cheering their retaliatory strike.

“I would be happy if there weren’t a single Arab in our country,” one protester who did not take part in the vandalism said. “I am against foreigners ruling in our country, in our beautiful town, and that they would do such things! We don’t need them here! They have their own countries, they should rule in their home countries,” he said.

The attackers were reportedly two Algerians, a Tunisian and a Moroccan.

If the murderers aren’t executed, I expect the next ones won’t escape with merely having their shops destroyed. Europeans have lost all confidence in the willingness of their governments to provide them with either protection or justice. And they are gradually beginning to understand that no amount of tolerance will bring peace now that diversity is upon them.

Immigration is invasion

In There Will Be War Vol. X, Martin van Creveld demonstrated that immigration is war is immigration. The idea that because immigrants are unarmed, they are not invaders is more than simply false, at this point it is observably a lie. National borders are simply being overrun and nations are being conquered; the fact that neither guns are swords are being used is irrelevant:

RIOT police fought running battles with a mob of more than a thousand migrants who tried to storm Europe’s borders and force their way into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta today. At least 1,100 asylum seekers rushed the barbed wire fence protecting the tiny north African enclave, which is surrounded on all sides by Morocco, in a desperate bid to reach the EU.

Spanish and Moroccan authorities desperately fought to restore order as the migrants, most from sub-Saharan Africa, scaled the border barrier and brawled with police. Once inside the miniscule Spanish territory they would be able to claim asylum in Spain or travel onwards towards the promised lands of Germany and Sweden.

The migrants used rocks and metal bars as they battled with police officers from Spain and Morocco, who joined forces to defend the border. Television footage showed migrants perched on the top of the fence as they tried to get over. Around 55 police officers were injured in the chaos – 50 from Morocco and five from Spain. Moroccan authorities said 10 of their security personnel had been serious wounded during the fighting.

It is reprehensible that Europe’s governments are assisting, rather than sinking, the invaders’ ships and refusing to shoot the invaders, even those who are violently attacking those guarding the national borders. Violence is coming one way or another; better it take place on the borders than inside them.

How would it have been any less an invasion if Hitler had sent one million unarmed Hitler Jugend to cross the English channel on rafts seeking asylum? In the 1940s, the British had the courage to defend themselves. These days, virtually no one but the Saudis, the Hungarians, the Poles, and the Swiss are willing to do so.

The myth of the Cold War

Paul Craig Roberts addresses the common misconception that Ronald Reagan sought to break the Soviet Union and win the Cold War rather than end it.

The myth is widespread that President Reagan won the cold war by breaking the Soviet Union financially with an arms race. As one who was involved in Reagan’s effort to end the cold war, I find myself yet again correcting the record.

Reagan never spoke of winning the cold war. He spoke of ending it. Other officials in his government have said the same thing, and Pat Buchanan can verify it.

Reagan wanted to end the Cold War, not win it. He spoke of those “godawful” nuclear weapons. He thought the Soviet economy was in too much difficulty to compete in an arms race. He thought that if he could first cure the stagflation that afflicted the US economy, he could force the Soviets to the negotiating table by going through the motion of launching an arms race. “Star wars” was mainly hype. (Whether or nor the Soviets believed the arms race threat, the American leftwing clearly did and has never got over it.)

Reagan had no intention of dominating the Soviet Union or collapsing it. Unlike Clinton, George W. Bush, and Obama, he was not controlled by neoconservatives. Reagan fired and prosecuted the neoconservatives in his administration when they operated behind his back and broke the law.

The Soviet Union did not collapse because of Reagan’s determination to end the Cold War. The Soviet collapse was the work of hardline communists, who believed that Gorbachev was loosening the Communist Party’s hold so quickly that Gorbachev was a threat to the existence of the Soviet Union and placed him under house arrest. It was the hardline communist coup against Gorbachev that led to the rise of Yeltsin. No one expected the collapse of the Soviet Union.

The US military/security complex did not want Reagan to end the Cold War, as the Cold War was the foundation of profit and power for the complex. The CIA told Reagan that if he renewed the arms race, the Soviets would win, because the Soviets controlled investment and could allocate a larger share of the economy to the military than Reagan could.

Reagan did not believe the CIA’s claim that the Soviet Union could prevail in an arms race. He formed a secret committee and gave the committee the power to investigate the CIA’s claim that the US would lose an arms race with the Soviet Union. The committee concluded that the CIA was protecting its prerogatives. I know this because I was a member of the committee.

It’s kind of hard to argue with an eyewitness in the bureaucratic inner circle.

Israel at war with New Zealand and Senegal

Among others. The Israeli prime minister doesn’t appear to understand the concept of diplomacy:

The Israeli government stepped up its running battle with the Obama administration on Tuesday, saying it had proof that the United States had orchestrated a U.N. Security Council resolution condemning settlement activity.

“We have ironclad information that emanates from sources in the Arab world and that shows the Obama administration helped craft this resolution and pushed hard for its eventual passage,” David Keyes, a spokesman for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, told reporters. “We’re not just going to be a punching bag and go quietly into the night.”

State Department deputy spokesman Mark Toner denied that the administration had “precooked” the resolution. But the U.S. explanation did little to quell fears in Israel that another Security Council censure may be forthcoming, even though U.S. officials insisted that no more U.N. resolutions are expected….

In Israel, the newspaper Haaretz reported that Britain, not the United States, appears to have been the driving force behind the resolution after Egypt, which had initially sponsored the resolution, withdrew. It described Netanyahu being sharp and caustic in a phone call to New Zealand’s foreign minister, Murray McCully, calling the resolution “a declaration of war.” Haaretz said that Netanyahu vowed to recall Israel’s ambassador to New Zealand but that McCully rebuffed the threat.

If the resolution is a declaration of war, Israel is now at war with:

  • China
  • France
  • Russia
  • the United Kingdom
  • Angola
  • Egypt
  • Japan
  • Malaysia
  • New Zealand
  • Senegal
  • Spain
  • Ukraine
  • Uruguay
  • Venezuela

The diplomatic incontinence on display by the Israeli government is a little startling. My impression is that neither the US Jews nor the Israelis understand yet that the Holocaust card on which they have relied so heavily for so long is played out due to the migrant invasion of the West.

No one feels sorry for the rich and powerful, and no one believes that a nuclear power occupying conquered territory is a helpless victim. And no nation has the luxury of being concerned about the fate of other nations when its own fate is in question.

Berlin truck attacker dead

Shot to death by Italian police at a train station in Milano:

The Berlin attack suspect has been shot dead after a gunfight with police in Milan this morning, Italian police have said. A major international manhunt had been launched for Anis Amri who is suspected of ploughing a lorry into crowds of revellers in the German capital on Monday night, killing 12 and maiming dozens of others.

But the 24-year-old Tunsian asylum seeker has been shot dead in the suburb of Sesto San Giovanni in the northern Italian city of Milan shortly after stepping off a train from France. He pulled a gun on a police patrol after being stopped for a routine ID check before shooting an officer in the shoulder leaving him seriously injured. A shoot out then took place at about 3am local time and he was reportedly heard shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ as he tried to flee.

He is said to have run for cover and cowered behind a car before being shot dead by a trainee officer who had only been in the job for a matter of months. Police, who had been made aware Amri may have been in the city, had earlier seen a man in his twenties, of North African appearance, outside the deserted Sesto San Giovanni station in the north of the city at 3am. When the patrol approached him, he pulled a 22 calibre pistol from his backpack and shot one of the two police officers in the shoulder, according to Corriere della Sera.

On his body police found a train ticket that helped reconstruct the attacker’s movements in Berlin, revealing how he took a train from Chambery in France and then from Turin to Milan.

That tends to bring events a little closer to home. I’ve been at that train station two or three times. Believe it or not, the Italian police are pretty competent; over the last 50 years they’ve had run-ins with everyone from the Red Brigades to the Sicilian and Calabrian mafia, and have generally kept the peace more successfully than the US police have managed. They train a lot, too; I’ve had the opportunity to watch their training exercises on several occasions.

The First Act of WWIII

The great invasion of the 21st century is the first act of World War III, aided and abetted by the so-called leaders of the West. A powerful condemnation by the Dark Triad Man.

The skyrocketing instances of violent rape of Western women is a systematic, inherent method of Islamic war. This is brutally and unmistakably clear to all three parties involved in this fatally serious assault upon Western civilization.

It is clear to the invaders who deliver this infliction of sexual atrocity with deliberate and designed methodology. From the rape cages of Raqqa in the heart of the Islamic State to the formal pronouncements of Islamic leaders, it is clear that this is a design of intent.

It is foolish and stupid to pretend otherwise.

Insistence on illusion is obtuse in daily life. During time of existential war and in the face of declared mortal enemies it is both suicidal and castratingly idiotic.

It is clear to the leaders of the West who deny and spin and refuse to acknowledge the rising tide of civilization’s clash. They demand that social media outlets engage in active censorship of news and discussion of this horrific and cruel strategy. They ridiculously deny the reality that is both declared and evident.

It is unforgivable and strips them of all moral and practical authority to lead.

Their public proclamations of tolerance are bitterly degrading and empty.

It is unmistakably clear to the people of the West.

The people of the West have seen the horrific and murderous insanity of cruel invaders armed with battle rifles and explosives, butchering their way through theaters and schools and leaving behind a grotesque tapestry of blood and screaming cries to Allah.

The people of the West have seen their buildings driven into the ground in a rain of bodies and fire, the heart of our cities torn out and destroyed with foul and hideously indiscriminate murder by their mortal and terrible enemies.

The people of the West have seen the forbidding and malevolent evil of the soldiers of Islam beheading multitudes of martyrs on the beach, and aiming bloody knives at the heart of Rome while declaring that blood will run in the streets of the holy city.

The people of the West have seen children detonated with bombs and excruciatingly rutted to death by the befouled, savage followers of Mohammed. And today those legions of rapacious ideological sadists rampage unopposed through the streets of the ancient cities of the Rhine.

If you do not believe war is here today, you are blind.

If you refuse to accept that this war is existential for the West, you will die.

What are you doing to turn the tide? What are you doing to win this war? And if you’re not willing to fight for the survival of the West, for the survival of your nation, who will?

Do you think you will be safe because you don’t live in New York City, in San Bernadino, in St. Cloud, in Nice, or in Berlin?

You won’t be.

Russia suspects NATO

The assassination of the Russian ambassador to Turkey has the Russians thinking conspiracy:

Today Senator Frantz Klintsevich, deputy chairman of the Russian upper chamber’s defence and security committee, said: “It was a planned action,” the Mail Online reported. “Everyone knew that he was going to attend this photo exhibition. It can be ISIS, or the Kurdish army which tries to hurt Erdogan.

“But may be – and it is highly likely – that representatives of foreign NATO secret services are behind it. What has happened is a true provocation, a challenge. It is a challenge for Russia.”

Note that another Russian diplomat was shot to death in his home in Moscow the same day. The only conspiracy theory that makes any sense is that NATO and the neocons want to provoke war between Russia and Turkey while the USA is still obligated by treaty to go to war on Turkey’s behalf.

A Russian diplomat has been found dead from gunshot wounds at his home, it is reported. Petr Polshikov, 56, was discovered with a bullet injury to his head at his flat in Moscow’s Balaklavsky Prospekt, according to local media. The alleged shooting came just hours after the news broke of the assassination of Russian ambassador to Turkey, Andrei Karlov. Polshikov was said to be a senior figure in the Latin American department of the Russian foreign ministry.

It’s not exactly a secret that the neocons are desperate for a US-Russian war since they haven’t been able to generate a US-Iranian war despite more than 10 years of beating their war drums.

Truck attack in Berlin

It looks like a Nice-style attack on a Christmas market in Germany:

Nine people have died and many more have been injured after a lorry ploughed into a Christmas market in central Berlin, police say.

Police now say they suspect it was a deliberate attack. Video footage from the scene shows stalls knocked over and people lying injured on the ground.

The driver is on the run, German media report.

The market is at Breitscheidplatz close to the Kurfuerstendamm, the main shopping street in the city’s west. A reporter for the Berliner Morgenpost described a “gruesome scene”.

At least 50 are injured. Enough. It’s time to bring back Christendom and start banning religions again. The Enlightenment is not only over, it failed.

How many more people need to die for multiculturalism and diversity? Angela Merkel should be arrested and put on trial for treason.

UPDATE: AAAAANNND it’s Muslims. Again.

German authorities began early Tuesday to sketch a politically explosive portrait of the man arrested in the Berlin Christmas-market attack. According to a report in the German newspaper Die Welt, translated with computer assistance by the Washington Times, the suspect is a newly-arrived Pakistani refugee. Die Welt specified the date on which the man arrived in Germany — Feb. 16 this year.

No non-Western refugees should ever be allowed into the West for any reason. Help them there or don’t help them at all.

Russian ambassador assassinated

Shot dead in Turkey. This situation could get ugly fast.

Russian ambassador to Turkey dead after being shot in ‘assassination attempt in revenge for Aleppo’

Those unfamiliar with Russian or Turkish history may not realize that Russo-Turkish war used to be a fairly regular phenomenon. The assassination is also a powerful argument against Muslim immigration in the West. After all, what does a Turk care about internal Syrian affairs?

Interesting times. And could it be the Alt-Right’s meme magic bringing these events to pass?
