A dubious internist

Even the cucks are now starting to believe that there is something up with Hillary Clinton’s collapse yesterday:

First of all – let us talk about walking pneumonia.

I have no doubt that Mrs. Clinton may have been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday. That is entirely possible. 70 year olds have pneumonia all the time. My point is that pneumonia in and of itself – WOULD NEVER make someone do what happened today. I am fully aware of walking pneumonia – and indeed – by definition – it is “walking”. It is a type of pneumonia caused by very specific organism(s) that are much different than those types that will put you in the hospital. The point being – walking pneumonia will produce ill symptoms – often a cough and overall malaise – but will never ever cause a syncope like episode. Pneumonia or reaction to antibiotics simply do not produce what happened today in the absence of many other grave symptoms – and believe me people would not be walking through a parking lot with these symptoms.

I want to clarify the cardiac arrhythmia issue as well. AFIB with RVR is but one of many types of rhythm problems that could be going on – it is by far the most common therefore the most likely. This is what happens when people have afib: the atria – the top chambers of the heart – are beating in total chaos. Normally – your AV node protects the bottom part – ventricles – or pumping chambers from being exposed to the chaos. You can go for long times months even years without any problems at all. However, ever so often the AV node fails in its protection – the chaos from above is transported to the ventricles below and suddenly the bottom of the heart is beating 150, 160 whatever. Just think how you feel after 15 minutes on a treadmill. Running hard. Heart rate of 150 – light-headed and short of breath. Now imagine that you get off the treadmill – and your heart just keeps right on going at 150. In about 10 minutes you will begin to feel very bad. This is manifested in different ways by different people. Shortness of breath is very common. The feeling of being flushed or hot is very common. Nausea and vomiting are very very common. But your heart will not slow down. After several minutes of this – even the most simple exertion like walking – can lead to such low blood pressure that you will have syncope (pass out). That is why AFIB with RVR is so high on the differential diagnosis of the tape I saw today.

Something else of concern that has been running through my mind since I saw that tape is yet another diagnosis that I neglected to put in the initial discussion. This is EXACTLY how people will react if they have an implantable defibrillator and it fires. This would be the same as having the big paddles put on you in the ER – and shocked. Over the past 20 years or so – we have been putting “paddles” directly into patients chest that fire and shock them whenever the computer that is attached to them perceives there is a problem. These patients would already have a diagnosis of a cardiac rhythm problem. One of two things in my experience happens. 1) The rhythm problem comes out of nowhere – and the patient is shocked. They would seem to drop to the ground instantly 2) Often, the rhythm problem is lurking for several minutes before the shock occurs. It all depends on the diagnosis and the settings of the device. But the patient will often feel very very weak and tired, dizzy, hot and light-headed in the seconds/minutes before the device fires. When it does fire however – most of the time – the patient goes down temporarily – just like Mrs. Clinton did today.

Will someone ask her please if she has a defibrillator in her chest? This may or may not be so – but do you want someone who can be shocked like that in charge of the country in a crisis?

I want to for personal reasons address concerns about my ethics in some of the above comments.

I agree – no diagnosis should ever be made without the patient being right in front of you. And many of the tapes and videos used in the past month about Mrs. Clinton’s health have been “out there”. I am not making a diagnosis on her – I am offering up medical facts about what could have caused something like this to occur. Common things occur commonly. This video today is clearly not from the lunatic fringe like some of the others I have seen this past few weeks. I am gravely concerned about this after what I saw today – and I wholeheartedly believe the voters need to know the whole story – whatever that may be – and what the campaign is telling and putting forth makes little sense medically speaking. As is so often in politics – it is the lies and confusion put forward to cover things up – that gets people in trouble.

I like most of America am absolutely dismayed with the choices we have this year for President. This video today did not help decrease my concern about this election.

Another question I have – and about this I need to be perfectly clear. Had I seen that video on any of my patients – and believe me – having things caught on video is actually very common in medicine today – my very very first reaction would be GET THAT PATIENT TO THE ER – I AM MEETING YOU THERE. Why on earth was Mrs. Clinton not rushed to the hospital???? — That issue alone brings up all sorts of concerning thoughts in my mind..

And about her personal physician – Dr. Raback. In my haste – to get the previous comment done – and typing quickly – I did not fully convey her status with the Board of Internal Medicine.  She is listed as CERTIFIED – but NOT PARTICIPATING in MAINTENANCE. That means that she has made the decision not to maintain her certification. She passed her initial exams and was certified at some point in the past – but is not participating in maintaining this going forward. At some point – this will put her at great risk of being dropped from insurance panels, etc. This is a huge thorn in the side of the internal medicine community at this point. The whole thing is a total mess. It is an example of government regulation gone horribly awry. But the fact of the matter is that she is not participating in her continued certification – There are those in internal medicine who would think that to be not a good thing.

It’s interesting that he concluded that Clinton is suffering from cardiac arrhythmia, which, if true, would also dictate her retirement. Regardless, it is now obvious that with her now-uncertified doctor, her handler, her conversion van, and her avoidance of the hospital, Hillary Clinton is doing her best to hide her health issues from the electorate.

But she clearly isn’t feeling fine, or she wouldn’t have canceled her trip to California today. Or to have sent out what looks like a body-double to pop out, wave at the plebs, and promptly disappear for days.

It would be very surprising if this situation didn’t affect the polls. It’s about time we should start seeing signs of the Trumpslide.

The ever-shifting Narrative

Hillary’s health narrative changes direction faster and more smoothly than a school of fish.

  1. Hillary is in EXCELLENT health
  2. Except for the allergies.
  3. And the cough, which is, of course, allergies. To what? Does it matter? 
  4. The point is her allergies have nothing to do with why she stumbled.
  5. Stumbled, fainted, collapsed unconscious… is there really a difference?
  6. She was just overheated. Her feet were hot, that’s why she took off her shoes. Shoe.
  7. Actually, we meant to say she was dehydrated.
  8. And by dehydrated, we meant to say pneumonia.
Still to come:
  1. Turns out it’s aspiration pneumonia, to be precise.
  2. Well, yes, that is a symptom of Parkinson’s Disease.
  3. Which, um, she has. But it’s not that-
  4. All right, it’s pretty bad. But that doesn’t mean she can’t-

Now, how on Earth did Mike Cernovich know that it would be announced that Hillary has pneumonia? This is how: “Aspiration pneumonia is an important cause of morbidity and mortality in Parkinson’s disease (PD).”

Hillary collapses at 9/11 event

It is no secret that she is sick. But it now appears increasingly unlikely that Hillary Clinton is even going to make it to November as a viable candidate:

Hillary Clinton had a “medical episode” that required her to leave a 9/11 commemoration ceremony early, a law enforcement source who witnessed the event told Fox News. The Democratic presidential nominee appeared to faint on her way into her van and had to be helped by her security, the source said. She was “clearly having some type of medical episode.”

Clinton’s stumbled off the curb, her “knees buckled” and she lost a shoe as she was helped into a van during her “unexpected early departure,” a witness told Fox News.

A separate law enforcement source told Fox News that Clinton left the event because she wasn’t feeling well.

I won’t be surprised if Team Clinton starts trying to ban video of her public appearances. But was her collapse due to illness, exhaustion, or something darker and more sinister….

Consider the following sequence:

  1. Hillary attacks Alt-Right
  2. Hillary deplores Americans.
  3. Hillary apologizes, but attacks Alt-Right again.
  4. Hillary collapses.
I think the conclusion is clear. Kek will not be mocked!

Hillary apologizes

You KNOW it’s really bad when Hillary Clinton, of all people, tries to climb down from a scripted rhetorical attack.

I cannot, cannot, CANNOT believe that the woman is actually going to try to keep running on the Alt-Right theme. And as for “so-called ‘alt-right’ movement”, someone needs to remind her that SHE is the one who called us that.

I don’t think either Cerno or Scott Adams has analyzed it yet, but when you’re already losing two-thirds of whites, constantly reminding them that you’re one of the evil people who has turned them into a near-minority in their own country can’t be a sound persuasion tactic.

Once the brick wall is actually in place, “it’s just one little brick” is no longer a convincing strategy. Everyone can see the wall right there in front of them.

Gondor’s choice

John C. Wright laments what he sees as internecine warfare on the Right in the place of a unified effort against the Left:

The Dems are merely the political arm of the darkness.

It was the Reds who invented the idea of Critical Theory, that is, accuse Christendom of each and every imperfection imaginable, especially in areas, such as race relations or the equality of sexes, where the criticism cannot exist outside Christendom. It was done to weaken confidence in Western institutions, especially the Church, the family, the marketplace, the townhall, the entertainment industry, the courts, the academy, and the press.

Over the decades, the press was captured partly and then fully, then the academy (which is now merely a seminary for Leftism), then the courts of law (which began systematically to undermine rule of law), and Hollywood (Sen McCarthy was right, and the Hollywood ten were commies) and then townhall (which was taken over by a donor caste of Leftwing millionaires, with whom Trump broke ranks and turned against).

Wall Street was basically bought and broken to the whip after the sabotage by the government of the housing market, the student loan industry, the motor car industry, and health care practice. The marketplace is firmly under Leftist control, which is ironic, since the millionaires learned that by funding politicians who denounce them, the millionaires can maintain their wealth and power and suppress free market competition.

The family was successfully smashed to bits among the inner city blacks, American Indians living on reservations, and poor whites. No fault divorce is to blame, and the normalization and celebration of sodomy is the victory lap.

The Anglican and Episcopalian denominations have spat in the face of Christ and embraced Caesar, and kneel to give oral sexual favors to the homosex lobby, so these congregations had declared their fealty to antichrist. The Roman Catholic Church, a fair and strong fortress, still holds out, but the press has decided on a policy of pretending Pope Francis is one of them, and many an unwary reader, including Catholics who should know better, are deceived.

The darkness is on the brink of absolute victory. The last few lamps are fluttering and guttering and the oil is scarce.

And there is still no organized opposition to any of this.

For a time, I had some hope in the voters electrified by Trump, but, like the Tea Party, both the mainstream conservatives and the newer movements and the treasonous establishment GOP have decided to fritter away their energy attacking and provoking attacks from each other. Instead of riding to the aid of Gondor, the Riders of Rohan decided this was the best moment to loot Minas Tirith.

What I think the estimable Mr. Wright has failed to observe is that the ideological Right has turned out to have considerably less intellectual integrity than most of us previously believed it to possess. Who would have imagined even one year ago that relatively high-profile conservatives such as Mark Levin, Bill Kristol, Ross Douthat, Russell Moore, and George Will would openly turn against the Republican candidate for President? (I know, Levin has since done a 180, but still.) Who would have thought that media conservatives such as (((Jonah Goldberg))), (((Cathy Young))), (((Jeff Goldstein))) and (((Ben Shapiro))) would take orders from Hillary Clinton, follow the lead of the Washington Post, NPR, the Atlantic, and the New Yorker, and launch a concerted assault on the ideological Right?

I suggest Mr. Wright has the analogy wrong. Gondor is under siege and divided, and in his despair, Denethor has thrown in with Mordor and Isengard and sent half his army to march with the orcs, the Uruk-Hai, and the Haradrim against Rohan and the remnants of the West.

The transition from ideological politics to identity politics is difficult to understand for many and even more difficult to accept for some, particularly those whose identities are complicated and whose connections are mixed. But that doesn’t change the reality that the transition is upon us, is in increasing effect, and cannot be stopped or denied.

In fact, the only reason Hillary Clinton and the Left are still even in the game today is due to the 60-million strong invasion of the West by the orcs and the Haradrim. Two-thirds of whites support Trump. If the men of Gondor want to survive, if they want to defeat the armies of Mordor, they have to a) stop expecting Rohan to accept their outmoded and self-destructive lead, b) stop attacking Rohan for focusing on the primary issues rather than their preferred targets, c) focus on fighting the actual enemy.

Here is the essential strategic point. Even if you prefer ideological politics, the historical statistics, the polls, and the politics of the countries from which the immigrants have come all make it very clear that the only way to win ideologically is to get on board with identity politics.

I’ve been reading Charles Oman’s incredible History of the Peninsular War. It’s an incredibly detailed history; I’m still in the middle of Volume I of VII. One of the things that struck me most in my reading so far is that the most important French advantage over the Spanish was their artillery, as several of their sieges of Spanish towns failed for want of enough guns. It was also hard for all three armies, French, Spanish, and British, to come by enough horses and mules to transport the artillery; occasionally guns on both sides were left behind due to insufficient animals. However, despite the courage of the Spanish irregulars, who did not hesitate to try to defend mountain passes and river crossings against much larger French forces, I saw no sign that they ever focused their attacks on the horses pulling the guns in order to neutralize the element that posed the most significant danger to them.

In case the historical analogy is not sufficiently clear, immigration and diversity are the big guns of the Left. Without them, they cannot win.

In light of that, conservatives and independents must now choose for what and with whom they will stand: a diverse USA, globalism, and the Left, or a white America, nationalism, and the Alt-Right. There are no other meaningful options.

Sneaky, Mr. Media Guy

“On body language, the two diverged as well. Mrs. Clinton was far more likely to… nod along.”

I’ll bet. It’s called “Parkinson’s Disease”. The New York Times reports on the Presidential Forum at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.

“I did exactly what I should have done. Always have, and always will,” said Hillary Clinton, nodding vigorously. “Now, can someone tell me whatever the Hell it was I did?”

All right, I may have edited that last bit. Anyhow, it is interesting to see that Hillary managed to stay on her feet without collapsing and provide answers that were at least tangentially relevant to the questions.

A good reason to vote for Trump

Fred Reed, no die-hard Alt-Righter, explains:

A good reason to vote for Trump, a very good reason whatever his other intentions, is that he does not want a war with Russia. Hillary and her elite ventriloquists threaten just that.  Note the anti-Russian hysteria coming from her and her remoras.

Such a war would be yet another example of the utter control of America by rich insiders. No normal American has anything at all to gain by such a war. And no normal American has the slightest influence over whether such a war takes place, except by voting for Trump. The military has become entirely the plaything of unaccountable elites.

A martial principle of great wisdom says that military stupidity comes in three grades: Ordinarily stupid; really, really, really stupid; and fighting Russia. Think Charles XII at Poltava, Napoleon after Borodino, Adolf and Kursk.

Letting dilettantes, grifters, con men, pasty Neocons, bottle-blonde ruins, and corporations decide on war is insane. We have pseudo-masculine dwarves playing with things they do not understand. So far as I am aware, none of these fern-bar Clausewitzes has worn boots, been in a war, seen a war, or faces any chance of being in a war started by themselves. They brought us Iraq, Afghanistan, and Isis, and can’t win wars against goatherds with AKs. They are going to fight…Russia?

Every now and then, one starts to conclude that Fred has lost his fastball in his old age. After all, this is the man who used to write articles like this one, about his adventures with tankers at Fort Hood. But the old man still indubitably has it.

Of course, there is another straightforward reason to vote for Trump beyond avoiding a suicidally stupid war, and that is the fact that he can engage in high-risk activities such as drinking water without running a high risk of keeling over before Christmas.

Hillary appears to have Parkinson’s Disease

That is the conclusion of a a board-certified Anesthesiologist with 36 years of experience, backed up by the observations of a) a victim of Parkinson’s Disease and b) a registered nurse who cares for patients with Parkinson’s Disease.

HRC probably has PD.

She has had clinical symptoms for a minimum of 4 years, and probably much longer, given that the fall leading to her head injury required a significant progression of the disease. All of her bizarre physical actions since that time fit nicely into the spectrum of signs that we expect in PD. And since PD explains all of them, we have a high probability of a correct diagnosis. It has almost certainly been treated with levodopa. Some of her symptoms may be related to this drug treatment.

It is most curious that all of the bizarre physical signs seem to be in 2016 videos. HRC was a public figure in 2015, with a lot of campaign work underway. Yet all of the oddities seem to be within the last several months. This suggests a significant progression of her PD. We also know that her contact with the public has been rigidly controlled. She has not done news conferences during the campaign. These would be highly stressful to a PD sufferer and would elicit many PD signs.

PD is a chronic disease with a downhill prognosis. HRC’s instability and frequent cough suggest that her PD is advanced. This is not a good outlook for someone running for the Presidency. The office of the President is one of the highest stress jobs in the world. Stress sets off PD episodes, which render the sufferer incapable of proper response.

At this point, a bit of speculation seems appropriate. HRC talks about her yoga sessions. But no one we know of has ever documented one. It is possible that this is cover for sessions designed to teach her coping mechanisms for PD or for rest breaks. Exhaustion makes PD worse.

HRC’s coughing suggests that her swallowing disorder is advanced, placing her closer to an aspiration pneumonia that would disable or kill her. That’s bad enough, but PD has one more, even more dangerous step in its progression.

Read the whole thing at Mike Cernovich’s place. This is more than a meme, it is a medical observation by an expert. It is increasingly obvious to even the most casual observer that something is seriously wrong with Hillary Clinton, and given what appears to be her rapid decline, it’s probably not something that the media can conceal for much longer the way they did with Woodrow Wilson, FDR, and John F. Kennedy.

Mike also noted on Twitter that the treatment for dysphagia is the use of thickened liquids, which explains why Hillary has been observed refusing bottles of water in favor of specially prepared glasses.

The prophecy of Silverberg

The media-politico complex is deeply, deeply concerned about people being provided any reason to trust their own eyes regarding Hillary Clinton’s health, which is why Dr. Drew appears to have some concerns about his own:

Dr. Drew Pinsky is so afraid of Hillary Clinton and her supporters, he won’t blame them for the cancellation of his show on HLN, the sister channel of CNN.

“No, no, no. I just want them to go away!” he told one friend.

“Dr. Drew” was canceled eight days after Pinsky discussed Clinton’s health on a radio show, saying he was “gravely concerned not just about her health, but her health care.”

“CNN is so supportive of Clinton, network honchos acted like the Mafia when confronting Drew,” a source told me. “First, they demanded he retract his comments, but he wouldn’t.”

What followed was a series of nasty phone calls and e-mails. “It was downright scary and creepy,” a source close to Pinsky said.

The Clinton campaign increasingly reminds me of Robert Silverberg’s Majipoor Chronicles, in which it is revealed that the ruler of the massive planet, the Pontifex, is a comatose elderly man whose life is being artificially sustained by technology, while the Coronal, ostensibly his vice-executive, rules publicly in his place.

Seriously, though, what are they going to do for the next four years if Hillary somehow avoids the coming Trumpslide and actually wins the election? They can barely wheel her out in public once every few weeks as it is.

Alt Deutschland

Here is hoping the AfD exceeds expectations today:

Voting began on Sunday in the German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, where polls show the anti-immigrant Alternative for Germany (AfD) party making huge gains amid growing discontent with Chancellor Angela Merkel and her open-door refugee policy.

The election, taking place exactly a year after Merkel’s decision to open Germany’s borders to hundreds of thousands of refugees, will be followed by another key vote in Berlin in two weeks and national elections next September.

Voters already punished Merkel in three state elections in March, voting in droves for the AfD and rejecting Merkel’s Christian Democrats.

Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is a small coastal state in northeastern Germany with just 1.3 million eligible voters, but losses there would be humiliating for Merkel, who has her own electoral district in the state.

Founded two years after the last election in the state in 2011, the AfD is expected to capture 22 percent of the vote, the same as Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union (CDU), junior partner in the state’s ruling coalition, according to a poll by broadcaster ZDF.

I’m putting this up just to confirm what the expectations actually were, before the media starts attempting minimize the significance of whatever happens.
