They should have sunk the ships

Not only would fewer people have drowned, but slavery would not have been reinstituted in northern Africa:

It is widely known that the U.S.-led NATO intervention to topple Libya’s Muammar Gaddafi in 2011 resulted in a power vacuum that has allowed terror groups like ISIS to gain a foothold in the country.

Despite the destructive consequences of the 2011 invasion, the West is currently taking a similar trajectory with regard to Syria. Just as the Obama administration excoriated Gaddafi in 2011, highlighting his human rights abuses and insisting he must be removed from power to protect the Libyan people, the Trump administration is now pointing to the repressive policies of Bashar al-Assad in Syria and warning his regime will soon come to an end — all in the name of protecting Syrian civilians.

But as the U.S. and its allies fail to produce legal grounds for their recent air strike – let alone provide concrete evidence to back up their claims Assad was responsible for a deadly chemical attack last week – more hazards of invading foreign countries and removing their heads of state are emerging.

This week, new findings revealed another unintended consequence of “humanitarian intervention”: the growth of the human slave trade.

The Guardian reports that while “violence, extortion and slave labor” have been a reality for people trafficked through Libya in the past, the slave trade has recently expanded. Today, people are selling other human beings out in the open.

“The latest reports of ‘slave markets’ for migrants can be added to a long list of outrages [in Libya],” said Mohammed Abdiker, head of operation and emergencies for the International Office of Migration, an intergovernmental organization that promotes “humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all,” according to its website. “The situation is dire. The more IOM engages inside Libya, the more we learn that it is a vale of tears for all too many migrants.”

The Law of Unintended Consequences is always going to haunt the foolish and those unable to grasp that actions always have consequences. And the do-gooders and humanitarians need to be held accountable for the unintended consequences of their actions, particularly those that are predictable.

Those who proudly welcomed refugees are absolutely responsible for slavery now. They are not good and virtuous people, they are stupid and evil people and they need to be regarded as such. And it’s a bit ironic that it was America’s first black president who is chiefly responsible for spreading slavery around the world.

When the migrant flotilla began, I immediately said that the boats and ships carrying migrants should be sunk as soon as they enter international waters. For this, I was decried by more than a few, even on the Right, as a monster. Just remember, then, that all of you who took the “moral” position of not sinking the ships bear at least some responsibility for both the invasion of Europe and the reinstitution of slavery. Preventing the use of lethal violence in defense of national borders is akin to trying to stop doctors from cutting into human bodies with knives and lasers. Never mind that they’re only doing so to remove cancerous tumors that will kill the patient.

More terror in Paris

Fortunately, all this diversity is only making the surviving French stronger.

Paris attack: two police officers and suspect shot dead on Champs Elysees with ‘several assailants on the loose’

The real tragedy, of course, would be if the French people decide that they do not want to be murdered by Muslims anymore and launched Reconquista 2.0. Or, you know, made them feel less than entirely welcome.

The loyalty of Fake Americans

As is so often the case, the inexplicable unjustices of history turn out to be entirely explicable once more of the details behind it are known:

On December 7, 1941, Airman First Class Shigenori Nishikaichi (c. 1919/20 – c. 10:00 am, December 13, 1941) (age 21/22), who had just taken part in the second wave of the Pearl Harbor attack, crash-landed his bullet-damaged plane, an A6M2 Zero “B11-120” from the carrier Hiryu, in a Niʻihau field near where Hawila Kaleohano (1912-1986), a native Hawaiian resident, was standing.[2] Kaleohano was unaware of the attack at Pearl Harbor, but knew from newspapers that the relationship between the U.S. and Japan was poor due to Japanese expansionism and the U.S. oil embargo on Japan. Recognizing Nishikaichi and his plane as Japanese, Kaleohano thought it prudent to relieve the pilot of his pistol and papers before the dazed airman could react. He and the other Hawaiians who gathered about treated the pilot with courtesy and the traditional Hawaiian hospitality, even throwing a party for him later that Sunday afternoon. However, the Hawaiians could not understand Nishikaichi, who spoke only Japanese with a limited amount of English. They sent for Japanese-born Ishimatsu Shintani (an issei), who was married to a native Hawaiian, to translate.

Having been briefed on the situation beforehand and approaching the task with evident distaste, Shintani exchanged just a few words with the pilot. He paled; the pilot froze. Shintani left. The puzzled Hawaiians then sent for Yoshio Harada. Harada, born in Hawaiʻi of Japanese ancestry, and his wife Irene (both nisei), constituted the remainder of the Niʻihau population of Japanese ancestry.

Nishikaichi informed Harada of the attack on Pearl Harbor, a revelation Harada thought prudent not to share with the non-Japanese natives. Nishikaichi desperately wanted his papers returned, which he had been told should by no means fall into American hands, but Kaleohano refused to return them. For unknown reasons, the Haradas decided to assist Nishikaichi to retrieve his papers and escape.

In other words, those second-generation United States citizens proved to be considerably more loyal to their people than to their paperwork citizenship. They weren’t “every bit as American” as the descendants of the Mayflower and the Founding Fathers, they were Fake Americans and precursors to the post-1965 crowd.

Yes, nisei ultimately proved loyal and others didn’t. But the salient point is that no one could possibly know. Then, as now, the genuine loyalties of citizens of foreign descent and dual citizens simply cannot be assumed.

That doesn’t mean that the internment of all the Japanese citizens on the mainland was necessary; it was not because there was never any risk of an invasion of the West Coast. But the Niihau Incident does make it considerably easier to understand why internment was considered, and why few Americans had any problem with it at the time.

Nationalism intensifies

As if yet another indicator were necessary, overseas adoptions are at a 35-year low:

Overseas adoptions by Americans have dipped to the lowest level in 35 years, data released on Wednesday showed. The State Department reported that it issued 5,372 visas to children who were adopted abroad or were coming to the United States to be adopted by American parents in 2016, down from 5,648 in 2015 — and a fraction of the 22,884 overseas adoptions in 2004, the peak.

There are, of course, a variety of factors involved. The economy is bad, fewer people are getting married, and married women who are not inclined to bear and raise their own children are even less inclined to raise someone else’s children.

That being said, the decline of international adoption in America is interesting in light of the celebrity fad for virtue signaling by adopting Africans; those religiously reading People magazine would almost certainly have assumed the complete opposite. First, it is a sign of rising national consciousness by other nations who don’t want their children to be taken away and raised as pseudo-Americans. And second, it is a sign that Americans are beginning to realize that many of their friends and neighbors don’t admire their cuckish virtue or generosity for giving a home to yet another invader.

About ten years ago, a straniera we knew was shocked by how she was not infrequently met with sneers and disdainful glares by Italians when she was out and about with her adopted African daughter. She found it hard to understand that they did not, on the whole, view her decision as a good thing or consider her to be a good person as a consequence. It would be understandable if this European nationalist perspective is becoming increasingly common in the USA as Americans find it harder and harder to recognize the society in which they live.

Besides, what need is there to go to Somalia to adopt Somalians anymore? You can find tens of thousands of them in Minneapolis now.

The money quote: “No children were adopted from Russia, once a major source; it shut out prospective American parents for political reasons three years ago.”

Camping with refugees

Fun for the whole family. Thanks, Mutti Merkel!

A refugee from Ghana has been arrested for dragging a young woman from her tent and raping her while she was on a camping holiday with her boyfriend. The young couple were on a camping trip in the Siegaue Nature Reserve, north of the former German capital of Bonn, when they were approached by a machete-wielding man at about 12.30am on Sunday last week. The boyfriend was forced to watch as the attacker violated his 23-year-old lover.

Was this act evil? Or was it morally neutral, as Peter Singer would argue given the balance of interests involved? And if it is evil, then what level of force is permissible to stop it? Which then leads to the question, at precisely what point can that force be utilized?

Bomb Stockholm

Mr. President, won’t you think of the poor children, the poor dead Swedish children? Regime change is desperately needed in Sweden.

The first victim of the Friday’s terror attack in Sweden has been identified as an 11-year old girl who was on her way home from school when the Islamist fanatic struck. Her mother had previously released a desperate appeal for information about her whereabouts on Facebook. The child is thought to have been walking home from school along Drottninggatan high street at the time…. There are fears that other children and babies may have been injured or killed in the attack after reports that a pram was seen thrown into the air by the rampaging lorry.

Forget the damn Middle East. Regime change is needed in the UK, in France, in Germany, and in Sweden.

St. Breivik, pray for us.

UPDATE: Meanwhile in Egypt, Christians are slaughtered at worship:

At least 21 people were killed and 50 injured on Sunday when an explosion rocked a Coptic church in Egypt’s Nile Delta, state television reported, the latest assault on a religious minority that has increasingly been targeted by Islamist militants.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility and the cause of the blast, just one week before Coptic Easter and the same month that Pope Francis is scheduled to visit Egypt, was not known.

The bombing in Tanta, a Nile Delta city less than 100 kilometers outside Cairo, comes as Islamic State’s branch in Egypt appears to be stepping up attacks on Christians and threatening them in messages blasted out to followers.

St. Breivik, pray for us.

UPDATE: Make that two bomb attacks on Egyptian churches today:

Some 26 people killed and at least 50 were injured in an explosion inside a church in the Egyptian Nile delta city of Tanta on Sunday, Egypt’s state television reported. A second blast happened outside a church in Alexandria killing 11 people and injuring a further 66, Egypt’s health ministry has confirmed.

St. Breivik, pray for us.

The Swede’s Prayer

The ironic thing is that there will be more than a few people who will be far more offended by this meme than by what has been done to the Swedish nation by their own government.

Deliver our nation from immigration.
Deliver our people from invasion.
Deliver us from Arab, Black, and Asian.

St. Breivik, pray for us.

Question: If the God-Emperor bombed Syria because the Syrian government killed Syrian kids with gas, shouldn’t he bomb Sweden since the Swedish government killed Swedish kids with Muslim truck drivers?

The consequences of societal stupidity

It’s hard to feel any sympathy for the Swedes being attacked by their poor needy migrants. It’s not like this wasn’t entirely predictable or anything:

Up to five people are believed to have been killed in a terrorist attack when a stolen truck rammed into shoppers in Stockholm before running through the city centre shooting at pedestrians.

Three men were reported to have jumped out of the truck and opened fire.

Police said the vehicle crashed into a group of people on the street outside a shopping centre after racing down six streets. Hundreds of shoppers were seen fleeing for their lives after the articulated truck rammed into the corner of the building. Dozens were believed to have been injured.  The driver, who was said by witnesses to be wearing a balaclava, is thought to have been arrested. The incident took place at Ahlens, a department store in Klarabergsgatan.

Armed men were then seen running into Stockholm’s Central railway station and opening fire. Police shut the station down.

At least the families of the dead will have the consolation of knowing that no one will call them racist or bigoted.

There is no need for candlelight vigils or memorials anymore. If you support multiculturalism, this is what it is. Don’t cry about it. It’s not like there wasn’t 1,300+ years of historical evidence informing you of what the price was going to be.

It’s that or Reconquista 2.0.

Not a nation of immigrants

Notice that both wages and living standards rose as immigration fell, and both have fallen as immigration has increased and gotten out of hand. Immigration does not benefit a society. It destroys and impoverishes it.

The good news, such as it is, is that those higher numbers will never be reached. The USA will collapse long before that point, most likely a few years before 2040.

But at least Americans will have the satisfaction of knowing that no one ever called them racist, right?

Even the globalist Foreign Affairs realizes that the current situation is no longer tenable.

Regarding cultural assimilation, advocates of open immigration policies often argue that there is no problem. During the last great wave of immigration, from roughly 1880 to 1920, Americans feared the newcomers would not blend in, but for the most part they ended up assimilating. Therefore, as this reasoning goes, all immigrants will assimilate.

Unfortunately, however, circumstances that helped Great Wave immigrants assimilate are not present today. First, World War I and then legislation in the early 1920s dramatically reduced new arrivals. By 1970 less than 5 percent of the U.S. population was foreign-born, down from 14.7 percent in 1910. This reduction helped immigrant communities assimilate, as they were no longer continually refreshed by new arrivals from the old country. But in recent decades, the dramatic growth of immigrant enclaves has likely slowed the pace of assimilation. Second, many of today’s immigrants, like those of the past, have modest education levels, but unlike in the past, the modern U.S. economy has fewer good jobs for unskilled workers. Partly for this reason, immigrants do not improve their economic situation over time as much as they did in the past.

Third, technology allows immigrants to preserve ties with the homeland in ways that were not possible a century ago. Calling, texting, emailing, FaceTiming, and traveling home are all relatively cheap and easy. Fourth, the United States’ attitude toward newcomers has also changed. In the past, there was more of a consensus about the desirability of assimilation.

Fifth, it’s not just harder for multicultural, multireligious USicans to assimilate Africans and Muslims and mestizos than it was for Christian Anglo-Americans to partially assimilate Northern and Southern Europeans, it is impossible.

Alt-Right or else

Americans will all be Alt-Right soon, and immigrants like this are why. They have to go back. But I think you can be forgiven if you find yourself hoping that obnoxious little diversity assholes like this won’t.

This is a key reason why I find myself more and more opposed to legal immigration altogether each year.

His dad worked at Citi and has his own hedgefund… Great, model immigrant, right? His son is still stealing slots from our “top” schools and Affirmative Action rights from blacks, all the while bashing the United States, our history, and our culture.

The boy has no original thoughts, has done nothing but pad his resume, but is still showered with praise and support from Hillary, Obama, and the other loser. Oh, dear, and he’s still oppressed!

It’s also sickening how our culture actively pushes ethnic minorities to despise the US. It’s just madness. Many immigrants come relieved and grateful to be in America, but then their children find new ways to feel oppressed, largely because they’re urged to in school.

In summary, I don’t see the benefit in accepting immigrants if their children will take our spots and hate us while doing it. If you’re able to work on STEM projects, maybe, but if you’re just here to enrich yourself in fields like finance or law, then stay home and fix your own country.

The pre-1965 demographics are the absolute minimum required. If you, or your parents, or your grandparents, arrived in the USA after 1965, you have to go back. No one gives a damn if you were born American in Mumbai. Or Topeka.

You’re not American. The United States of America is not your country and you damn well know it. Now, go home before the golden goose finally expires and you end up as just another skull stacked in a pyramid along the border.

No hard feelings, you understand. It’s nothing personal. But just like too much water kills an individual, too much immigration kills a society. And the longer a society refrains from addressing the problem, the more extreme the solution will inevitably be.
