Why they spy

The Dark Triad Man explains the nature of government power, and why the techno-corporate state has erected the panopticon, in an excerpt from The Nine Laws:

The ruling power always has more resources, more intelligence, more ruthlessness and more cruelty than you can imagine. And your survival depends upon concealment until the moment of decision.
The fool believes that his vote is a determining factor in the policies of the State.
The common man thinks that parties and coalitions and alliances represent his interests.
The wise man assumes that history and culture place boundaries on the system, which rights itself.
The Dark Triad Man accepts the truth: There is always a Caesar waiting with grim and immortal ambition, nestled in the heart of the nation, who seeks to rise to total power and views blood and atrocity and horror as mere laurels of valid drama upon his entitled brow.

Americans have been fortunate in the relatively mild nature of their ruling elite, which generously embraced the principle of noblesse oblige. But that elite has changed greatly in the last 60 years, and has largely abandoned that principle, which means Americans are unlikely to remain so fortunate for long.

The lost legacy

This is the level of punitive PC, utterly fascistic, utterly Stalinist, that my liberal colleagues in the Democratic Party and on college campuses have supported and promoted over the last several decades. The whole legacy of the free speech 1960s has been lost by my own party.

Civil War 2.0

Whose side are you on, asks Pat Buchanan:

First in his class at West Point, hero of the Mexican War, Lee was the man to whom President Lincoln turned to lead his army. But when Virginia seceded, Lee would not lift up his sword against his own people and chose to defend his home state rather than wage war upon her.
This veneration of Lee, wrote Richard Weaver, “appears in the saying attributed to a Confederate soldier, ‘The rest of us may have … descended from monkeys, but it took a God to make Marse Robert.’”
Growing up after World War II, this was accepted history.
Yet, on the militant left today, the name Lee evokes raw hatred and howls of “racist and traitor.” A clamor has arisen to have all statues of him and all Confederate soldiers and statesmen pulled down from their pedestals and put in museums or tossed onto trash piles.
What has changed since 1965?
It is not history. There have been no great new discoveries about Lee.
What has changed is America herself. She is not the same country. We have passed through a great social, cultural and moral revolution that has left us irretrievably divided on separate shores.
And the politicians are in panic….
While easy for Republicans to wash their hands of such odious elements as Nazis in Charlottesville, will they take up the defense of the monuments and statues that have defined our history, or capitulate to the icon-smashers?
In this Second American Civil War, whose side are you on?

This is why the Fake News is so desperate to draw a mythical line between Nazi vs Not-Nazi, rather than Nationalist Right vs Globalist Left, as the situation actually requires, because they know they fall on the weaker side that is actively opposed to American heritage and history and tradition.
And it is also why they are desperate to hide the obvious link between the coming civil war and post-1965 immigration. History clearly shows that there are only two ways to stop this war. One is to proactively break up the United States and implement population transfers, the other is to restore the pre-1965 population demographics through mass repatriations.
Neither solution is likely. Man seldom takes the opportunity to avoid war. That’s why he is doomed to fight them. The citizens of the USA are not exceptional in this regard.

Republicans for Antifa

The Republican establishment has gone openly pro-Communist:

As James Bond’s nemesis Auric Goldfinger famously observed, “Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence. The third time is enemy action.” On Tuesday evening, three prominent Republicans — Senator John McCain, Senator Marco Rubio, and 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney — endorsed the left-wing media’s preferred narrative and embraced the masked thugs of Antifa as heroes.
McCain and Romney used almost identical language, bending their knees to the media narrative that only two factions were present in Charlottesville during the awful events of last weekend: white supremacist Nazis and “Americans standing up to defy hate and bigotry.”

No, not the same. One side is racist, bigoted, Nazi. The other opposes racism and bigotry. Morally different universes.

Neither of these gentlemen can claim ignorance of Antifa; the reason both of them piped up is that President Donald Trump mentioned them in his Tuesday press conference. Left-wing politicians and media personalities responded by thundering “there is only one side” for all right-thinking Americans to be on, because there was only one squad of villains on the ground in Charlottesville.
McCain and Romney obediently bent the knee to this narrative. At the very least, they’re agreeing Antifa should be invisible, accepting the incredibly stupid idea that calling out their violence somehow dilutes criticism of the Tiki Torch Terror. Mentioning Antifa is damned under the left’s new doctrine of “Whataboutism,” which originally held that history began with the inauguration of President Trump and all prior Democrat sins were absolved, but has mutated into an unlimited free pass for the #Resistance to do whatever it takes to bring down the Trump administration without a peep of protest from tame Republicans.
Senator Marco Rubio went much, much further. He launched a brief tweetstorm that completely absolved Antifa of all responsibility for its actions in Charlottesville, blaming all violence “one hundred percent” on those who organized the events leading to the “Charlottesville terrorist attack”.

Economic war

The culture war in the USA goes economic:

A white nationalist was fired from his job after Twitter users began naming and shaming alt-right supporters involved in yesterday’s deadly Charlottesville rally. The rally – which was described by the Southern Poverty Law Center as ‘the largest hate-gathering of its kind in decades in the United States’ – attracted thousands from neo-Nazi groups, the Ku Klux Klan and other far-right organizations.
It also culminated in a horrifying alleged attack on a group of antifascist counter-protesters as alleged white supremacist James Alex Fields Jr allegedly drove into a crowd, killing one person and injuring 19 more.
As the reverberations of that deadly assault continued to be felt on Sunday, Twitter user Yes, You’re Racist began naming and shaming those who were photographed waving torches and allying themselves with violent far-right extremists.

Tit-for-tat is now in order. Do you have an employee who supports Black Lives Matter on Twitter? Fire them. Do you have any employees who are SJWs? Fire them. Anyone who puts rainbows on Facebook? Fire them.
If James Damore and Cole White can be fired for their beliefs, so can everyone else. Once a tactic has been legitimized by the Left, don’t hesitate to use it. The Left has made it very clear that peaceful coexistence is no longer possible, so stop trying to coexist with them.
This development isn’t something to fear. Why are they doing this now? Because they are terrified of the gathering momentum and they are desperate to somehow stop it.
Meanwhile, (((Ben Shapiro))) is still lying about the Alt-Right. It is correct to say that it includes white nationalists, but it is blatantly false to claim that it is entirely white nationalists, or that it is a white supremacist philosophy.
The fact that our enemies feel the need to lie about us and misrepresent our views is one of the strongest indicators that our views are convincing and catching on with more and more former conservatives and libertarians and liberals alike.

Riot police called out in Charlottesville

#Charlottesville city officials have declared a local emergency.

I don’t understand why the lesson of Berkeley with regards to the police didn’t register, but regardless, it should be eminently clear that peaceful protest by the Right will not be permitted.

Government theft

The federal government is literally the biggest thief in the USA. In fact, it steals more than all the private sector thieves combined. It now steals the equivalent of the GDP of Lichtenstein every year. “Rapacious” doesn’t even begin to describe it.

President Congress

The Saker argues that the God-Emperor is participating in his own foreign policy neutering by the Congress:

I submit that the key to the correct understanding of the Russian response is in the fact that the latest US sanctions contain an absolutely unprecedented and, frankly, shocking feature: the new measures strip the President from the authority to revoke the sanctions. In practical terms, if Trump wanted to lift any of these sanctions, he would have to send an official letter to Congress which would then have 30 days to approve or reject the proposed action. In other words, the Congress has now hijacked the power of the Presidency to conduct foreign policy and taken upon itself to micromanage the US foreign policy.

That, my friends, is clearly a constitutional coup d’état and a gross violation of the principles of separation of powers which is at the very core of the US political system.

It also is a telling testimony to the utter depravity of the US Congress which took no such measures when Presidents bypass Congress and started wars without the needed congressional authority, but which is now overtly taking over the US foreign policy to prevent the risk of “peace breaking out” between Russia and the USA.

And Trump’s reaction?

He declared that he would sign the bill.

Yes, the main is willing to put his signature on the text which represents an illegal coup d’état against this own authority and against the Constitution which he swore to uphold.

With this in mind, the Russian reaction is quite simple and understandable: they have given up on Trump.

Not that they ever had much hope in him, but they always strongly felt that the election of Trump might maybe provide the world with a truly historical opportunity to change the disastrous dynamic initiated by the Neocons under Obama and maybe return the international relations to a semblance of sanity. Alas, this did not happen, Trump turned out to be an overcooked noodle whose only real achievement was to express his thoughts in 140 characters or less. But the one crucial, vital, thing which Trump absolutely needed to succeed in – mercilessly crushing the Neocons – he totally failed to achieve. Worse, his only reaction to their multi-dimensional attempts at overthrowing him were each time met with clumsy attempts at appeasing them.

For Russia is means that President Trump has now been replaced by “President Congress”.

Is he correct? Quite possibly. But remember, Donald Trump has a long history of making initial missteps and then correcting for them. It is far – FAR – too soon to count him down, let alone out.

College graduates are stupid
